Concierge Coffee is a modern coffee shop in the Arts District that focuses on specialty coffee, matcha, pastries, and a carefully designed café atmosphere. We walked into a clean, minimal space with a more relaxed feel than a typical grab-and-go coffee shop, and the boutique element inside adds a layer of discovery that makes it feel like a place to slow down and spend time rather than just pick up a drink. The layout is open and inviting, with seating that accommodates both quick stops and longer visits, and the back patio adds a more open, comfortable feel that shifts the energy of the space. The drinks are the main highlight, especially for anyone who enjoys specialty coffee or matcha. We tried a few options and found the matcha offerings had a lighter, smoother profile that works well for people who prefer a more balanced drink instead of something overly sweet. The cold brew with foam was another standout, adding a creamy texture that changed the usual cold brew experience, and the foam itself was light and well integrated, not just a layer sitting on top. The yuzu matcha tonic and saffron latte gave the menu a more creative direction, with each drink offering a distinct flavor profile that felt intentional rather than just experimental. The drinks are well crafted and the preparation is careful, with each order arriving with attention to temperature and texture. The pastry selection is also worth exploring. We grabbed a pistachio croissant and a slice of banana bread, both of which paired well with the drinks and felt more thoughtfully curated than a standard café pastry case. The croissant had a good flake and a generous pistachio filling, and the banana bread was moist with a balanced sweetness that did not overpower the coffee. The bakery side adds a nice pairing option for a longer visit, and the selection is small but well chosen. The atmosphere is one of the biggest reasons to visit. The interior is stylish and quiet, with seating that works well for reading, casual meetings, or getting some work done. The back patio is a nice addition and gives the café a more open and comfortable feel, though seating can be limited during busier times. The energy of the space stays calm throughout the day, and the team manages the flow without disrupting the relaxed pace. Concierge Coffee is a solid specialty café that stands out through its design, drink menu, and slower-paced experience. The combination of quality coffee, creative beverages, and a well-designed space makes it a worthwhile stop in the Arts District, especially if you are looking for more than just a quick caffeine run. The balance of craftsmanship, atmosphere, and attention to detail makes it a place that rewards lingering and exploration.

I was craving a cortado as Ive never tried one. I was exploring LA and I saw this really cool spot on Yelp so I decided to try it out. But the reviews kind scared me because a 3.8 score isn't good to me. the reviews were mostly for the service, which is something I usually try not to include in my score unless it was exceptionally bad, so I decide to give it a try despite the poor reviews. Yea, that guy (TEMU Bieber) in the front purposely ignored me for almost a full 3mins, I waited right there in the front, the machine faces the customers so there's no way he didn't see me as it is also right next to the counter to order. I wait right there and he doesn't look up, doesn't greet, doesn't acknowledge my existence for some time. Cool I said he's busy, let me go look at the cool merch they have, as the interior is very very nice but still under construction I believe. As I walk away to look at the merch another customer walks in, and he stops whatever he's doing, greets her and is super attentive and friendly to her (she may have been pretty attractive, but that's no the point lol) and then when I get back in line after her, he repeats the ignoring lol finally the owner walks out and we chatted, I believe he said he was Russian, I complimented him on the really cool store, and he was friendly. But it felt like the TEMU Bieber employee was rude and unwelcoming. yelp reviews don't lie, so many negative reviews on service and he is causing your business negative reviews, tell him to fix his attitude, the coffee was solid but not good enough to overlook getting treated rudely. But I digress, Thank you for the coffee Concierge hopefully next time my experience will be better.

First time & will be back. Super cute & I heard their latte options are good. Wanted to try the yuzu tonic matcha bc it was a hot day & it was good! Very tonic & lemon flavor - didn't get that matcha kick but it was very refreshing (not sweetened). The inside was very cool, no tables just benches. But there was a back patio that had tables & free wifi from cafe. Parking was a con.. it was a bit tough to find parking since a lot of metered for 2 hrs. I found one that was 4 hrs but it honestly I think I'd pay the $5 flat rate parking spot they have bc my total for meter was almost $5 Service was sweet & good. Will be back

As this cafe is located in dtla, parking is generally harder. They have a few street parking spots in front of the cafe ( I went on a Friday morning and was able to get the last spot! ) You may have to park a little further to get parking since downtown spots are a bit difficult. The outside of the cafe is nice and the inside has a great atmosphere! There is seating inside and outside (you take the back door out). They also have a restroom which is located in the back of the outside seating area. I ordered a berry pastry and the iced cortado. The berry pastry was good and I really enjoyed the blueberries on top as it added a sweet taste! The sides of the pastry though were a bit too dry and crispy for me, but if you enjoy crispy pastries then I definitely recommend it! I ordered the iced cortado, it isn't a signature drink, but it was recommended by other individuals. I had a strong taste, but was a bit too bitter for me; however, if you like your coffee a bit bitter, then this would be perfect! Definitely worth it to try out if you are in the area.

The vibe was rlly cool. The matcha tonic was good, the cold brew had a good flavor, the hojicha was a little too milky tasting, and the banana matcha was pretty good. Not bad. I totally recommend

Three stars because the experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was parking. We spent almost thirty minutes driving around looking for a spot and still had a hard time finding one. On top of that, the coffee was not very good and did not feel worth the effort. The place itself was fine, but between the parking situation and the drinks, I would probably choose a different cafe next time.

Orange and tonic really good, nice little mix of citrus and bitter. The matcha was pretty good and they got nice seating, more calm tho. Not many people talking and hard to do work. The seating is a bit low and they only had a few seats outside, great for pick up but working is a little tough. The winspar chocolate one was okay not super sweet, would rather get the orange tonic again

Finally tried Concierge Coffee and it's very cute, with seating inside and more tables in the patio out back, perfect for catching up with a friend or getting some work done. Service was okay, the barista was a little standoffish. Tried the flat white and a matcha latte--the flat white was really good, with the perfect balance, while the matcha was just okay (not super strong) Prices are a bit steep for how much you get, and there's limited street parking, so be prepared for that.

Brought a group in and someone else confirmed that, yes, the coffee really is as smooth as I think it is. Their ICED MOCHA is delicious. Their CAPUCCINO is also strong, smooth, creamy and delicious.

Unfortunately, the coffee was a huge disappointment. I tried to finish it, but I honestly just couldn't. The taste was terrible and one of the worst coffees I've had in a long time. The location and atmosphere were really nice, and I enjoyed the overall vibe. I was hoping for a much better experience given the nice setting, but sadly I won't be coming back.

Horrible service. We walked in and this is how it unfolded. No hi, no hello. Just "are you ready?" I placed my order. "What else?" My daughter was shocked. She placed her order. "Is that all?" I said yes. Walked away to start making our mocha and matcha while leaving the tablet for us to pay. I definitely didn't leave a tip. Got our drinks. "Here's your drinks" while walking away for another order. Go to hospitality school please or work at Trader Joe's to learn how to be a human. We live at the Aliso down the street and won't be coming back. Drinks were average.

Really great first experience at Concierge. Love the look and feel of the place, ample room to chill, both inside and outside patio. Really friendly service and baristas. The two drinks that I tried were spot on. Their signature saffron latte was delicious, not something I could drink daily but a very luxurious drink. And made an Americano from the espresso shot and that was really solid, no complaints on the drink end. Their signature saffron parking in the area isn't great but if you manage to find street parking this is the best coffee in that area of the Arts District of DTLA... I actually came back for a second visit before I finished my review, would still keep a four star review but I need to go back one more time to try their banana foam, sounds delicious :)

The employees were friendly, welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. As for the coffee, it unfortunately wasn't my favorite. I tried the Cloud Latte and found it a bit too thick, lacking the smoothness and flavor I was hoping for. I also tried the Cinnamon Cloud, which was smoother but still tasted fairly bitter to me. Coffee preferences are subjective, of course, but the flavor profile just didn't quite hit the mark for me. That said, I enjoyed everything else about the experience and would be willing to come back and try a few different drinks from the menu. Any of their cream tops are honestly perfection and probably what makes the drink for me. The matcha itself is rich, creamy, and really smooth. I wouldn't necessarily say it's super strong, but it's definitely not weak either. It doesn't have as much of that bitter/earthy matcha taste. The drinks do lean on the sweeter side, which is kind of a dilemma for me because the cream is SO good, but it also takes away from the matcha a little. I love the cream and wouldn't want less of it, but I do wish the matcha came through a bit more. Additionally, the cup is pretty small And getting matcha here is honestly a whole DEDICATED JOURNEY. Parking, waiting in line, waiting for your drink... you have to really want that matcha. But I would 100% come back. The pop-up is easy to find, it's outside facing into the parking lot, and they had a cute A-frame sign out by the street side. There was no line, and I ordered and sat down at one of the tables out front. The service was so warm, and I believe the shop is owned and operated by one man on his own! The staff were very kind and patient and swiftly prepared the Vienna Latte and Hojicha Latte we ordered. The Vienna Latte is so visually stunning, the layers of white milk, brown espresso, thick white cream, brown cocoa powder and Biscoff layered on top of each other against the dark green logo was so aesthetic. Having a sip before mixing the Vienna latter was incredible, the sweet cream followed with the nutty strong espresso flavour then getting a refreshing splash of milk made a great combo with the Biscoff. I ordered the Orange Mint Latte, Matcha Sparkling Lemonade, Einspanner White, Hibiscus Mint Sparkling Lemonade, and of course, a cortado. I also tried their Wagyu Sliders. Every drink was fantastic. What I really enjoyed was how different each one was from the next. It didn't feel like I was ordering variations of the same drink -- each had its own flavor profile, presentation, and unique touch. The Orange Mint Latte was especially interesting, and both sparkling lemonades were refreshing and completely different from what I would normally order. The Einspanner White was another standout. Overall, it was a really fun variety to try at once. The cortado was also very good. It had a nice flavor, smooth texture, and was easy to drink. Their approach is a little different from a traditional cortado presentation because the espresso and milk are fully integrated together rather than finished with latte art. I actually appreciate that style when it's executed well because the focus is more on getting the espresso and milk completely incorporated into one cohesive drink. The presentation across the entire order was also really well done. You can tell there's thought behind how everything is served and put together, which adds to the overall experience. The Wagyu Sliders were great as well. I think the food side of Archives of Us deserves more attention because they have some genuinely good food options to go along with the drinks rather than the food feeling like an afterthought. The space itself is beautifully designed with plenty of seating inside as well as an outdoor seating area. I love the overall atmosphere and aesthetic -- there are certain details about the design, presentation, and experience that remind me of coffee shops I've visited in Japan. The staff made the experience even better. Everyone was extremely friendly, kind, and welcoming. Overall, Archives of Us has a lot going for it. A beautiful space, great service, thoughtful presentation, a strong variety of drinks, solid coffee, and food worth trying as well. It's especially nice to find a coffee shop where I actually want to explore the menu beyond my usual cortado. Definitely the type of place I could see myself coming back to once a week.

I was really excited to try this place because of how great of a space it is to go study but the…read morefood and drinks were really disappointing. The shop itself has a really cool aesthetic and a lot of seating for working. However, the parking has one of the strongest and most disgusting urine smells that I have experienced in LA. So bad it ruins your appetite . To top it off you only get 30 min of free parking and I paid ALMOST $40 FOR ONLY 3 ITEMS that I couldn't even finish from how bad they were. Here is my review of each item: Eispanner Matcha: 3/10, really high astringency, indicative of low quality matcha and cream matcha was too runny. Vanilla latte: 8/10 great taste but they charge you for a latte and give you a cup almost as small as that of an espresso which was really annoying. I don't mind if it's small but at least charge accordingly. Avocado toast: 1/10 was sweet for some odd reason and the avocado was already turning black when I received it . Took two bites and had to throw it away. Definitely would not get again.

The outdoor seating area was spacious and parking was easy. It was a good place to hang out with a friend. They also have bakery items. It's a nice place if you're looking for coffee and something to eat.

[Parking]: The coffee shop has a free designated parking lot which I actually appreciate since parking is not easy to come by in this part of the neighborhood. [Amenities & atmosphere]: The restroom is located just outside the entrance and no code is needed. The cafe has a modern and sleek interior which makes this spot an ideal 1st date spot. There is a section where the cafe has various albums hanging on the wall. [Menu]: Some of the highlighted items to order here are Mason Latte, Hojicha Latte, and Brisket Burrito. Kitchen items are served from 8:30 AM to 4 PM. *** Steak Breakfast Burrito (24-hour marinated steak, crispy tots, cheddar, pico de gallo, scrambled eggs, avocado, homemade aioli, served with housemade green aji or red salsa - $21.00): I was given a buzzer only to realize it was for the food order and not the drink. The green sauce was very vinegary with a slightly spicy kick. The burrito itself was not bad as it had all the right ingredients. It took about 10 minutes for the kitchen to prepare this order. Mason Latte (Double shot Espresso, whole milk, homemade brown butter caramel, sea salt - iced $7.75): This drink had to be mixed and shaken first. A solid latte and not too sweet. The flavor was a tad light, but not bad. *** While no food or drink in particular made this place stand out among all other amazing coffee shops in Los Angeles, this is still a solid all-around coffee shop in my book. A big thumbs up on good interior vibe and easy parking.
