We bought a Ford Ranger from this paid cash and still we have not title because there's a lien on our pick up most unruly unfriendly person to deal with Alex because he don't wanna help you from four years ago because he's gotta do a little footwork poor baby. I went there looking to purchase a vehicle and the owner was very rude when I asked him about being able to test drive one of the vehicles he said it depends and I said it depends on what and he said on what your intentions are. I have a citizens Medal of Honor on a national level and this guy looked at my skin and assumed I had bad intentions like I was going to steal the car if I took it on a test drive when I came in a car that is in better shape than all of the cars on their lot. It messed up on me multiple times, i have pics of the problems it would give me SAVE your money do not buy cars from these people, thats the amount of money i have spent fixing the piece of shit car i bought from them in less that 9 Months !!! And there is another problem i had fixed that had to do with the alternator thats coated me $255 to fix but lost the paper. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!!!!!!! Went in there ready to buy a car they had. Noticed a few things wrong with it and asked if they'd be willing to negotiate on price because of this. He was rude about it. Saying that I want him to fix all these things and still negotiate on price. Walked out and told him I didn't want him to fix anything. I wanted to drive off with it today not weeks from now. When someone goes to buy a car they want it that day, not a week or so later. Don't be rude to customers. The guy needs to improve his customer service. Worst place ever!! Repoed my boyfriends car with no warning this morning because he lost his job due to the Coronavirus and doesn't have a job to match the loan anymore is what they said! Not knowing he works two jobs, just assumed he couldn't pay the payments so came and took it with all our money wallets and sons car seat inside and now will not tell us where it is. I was going to buy a used car (Toyota Echo-8000$ for my daughter) and I had experience with Alex. It couldn't get worse. So here it is. I took it for test drive, I found couple issues with it and as a customer I pointed it out to Alex. He started to be visibly upset. I told him that there is a rear brakes issue that brakes squeak and drag and there is metallic sound when I use brakes. Alex told me that It was certified by Toyota mechanics. I tried to get him to understand that rear brakes have issues, but he kept repeating there are not issues and I have a different standards for brakes than Toyota mechanics. He told me car is 17 years old, so there are going to be issues with brakes. Haha??? Alex evidently doesn't understand you can have a good brakes on a car 17 years old (for 8000$). Other issue was power windows. 2 windows didn't rolled back up. To my surprise Alex told me that issue is a weather(107 degrees). Haha?? Alex evidently doesn't know anything about how to reset or troubleshoot power regulator. Alex thinks it is a weather problem. At this point I understood that Alex should be working in a Walmart instead in a car dealership. He doesn't even understand basic mechanics. Regardless what he understands, he got into my face (when I told him I am going to write the review) and I told him he should work on on attitude how he deals with costumers. He was literally standing 1 foot away from my face yelling that I am threatening him with a review. Recently bought a car from them. The office staff and salesman (Pilar) were extremely helpful and friendly, and helped to make the transaction run smoothly. Can't say enough good things about them. After driving the car for a day or two, we noticed some noises that sounded a bit troubling, so we had the problem diagnosed from two different mechanics who confirmed the same problem. We took it back knowing that we had already bought the car "as is", but hoping to receive some help (financial or otherwise) from the dealership. Unfortunately, we had to deal with the co-owner Alex Raffio, who gave us attitude from the moment we walked in. He completely dismissed the problem we were having, and was extremely condescending to us, even speaking down to an elderly lady who was in our party and walking off mid-conversation. We were in utter shock of his behavior. Totally unprofessional. In the end, we received no help at all and wasted our time and energy in the process. Pretty sad that such a kind and helpful staff have to work for such a jerk. read more

Test drove a car with literally no gas so I had to go to the gas station and use my own money if not I would have stayed stranded. Sold me a vehicle never told me it had damage reported. Did not find out until I tried trading it in at another car dealership. When I asked about the report and why I never got told about the damage they said they would call me back the next day.
