I really wanted to like this place however after placing my last/third online order each experience was less than desirable especially this last time when a free drink card was thrown at me. It also could be a close tie between a separate time when I came in to pick up a online order and was told "you guys are always late" when I walked in. In shock, I realized she was talking about online orders are always late. However I make online orders after the gym, so I can avoid being in the shop longer because there's quite a few people in there and so I can get to work on time. When I asked around about this coffee shop I was told that the bedside manner is not great but the coffee is good. I definitely have to agree with that review because each time it has been a rude, rushed or like this time a disrespectful encounter. Sadly this has to be my last time going in as I tried three times hoping someone was just having a bad day or they were just busy. Asked for the best coffee spot in town and was directed here. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. When we mentioned we were from Jax they even knew some of our favorite coffee spots. There is covered outdoor seating as well as lots of indoor options, great atmosphere. I ordered a oat milk latte with one of the seasonal flavors, orange mocha. Very impressed. This is a cute little place located in a combined building. The interior is nice and the staff is friendly. I got very religious vibes while there, which made me uncomfortable, but I'm not sure how much of that is just Lakeland? Regardless, this is a wonderful spot to get tea and a scone if you're in the area. This place definitely has good coffee, but it's missing everything else you'd want in a coffee shop. The vibe is very upscale but not comfortable. Seating is limited and most of the chairs are metal. It's not a good place to meet a friend because there may not be two seats together. The biggest negative is how crazy high their prices are. Literally THE best cup of coffee I've ever had, and I've been in real Italian Ilia coffee shops. Seriously, try the flat white made with 1950 brew. The servings are on the small to medium size, which is a good thing... No "venti" things going on here. Why? Because a good cup of coffee takes time, knowledge, and right-sizing. The ambiance of the area is unique, but they may need to reevaluate what they charge consumers for a simple cup of joe. FAVORITE COFFEE SHOP IN LAKELAND!!! It's so chic and chill in the shop. I love sitting on the couch watching them make drip coffee! The coffee and tea is so good. You can tell it's a good coffee when you taste it. This is so much better than Starbucks. A bit pricier but well worth it! Great place for college students. Concord coffee is one of those places that you'd go all the time if you love coffee. It's a clean shrine to all things related to coffee and I'm glad I stopped by. I like coffee enough to know what I like and don't, but not obsessed enough to know the nuances of different beans brewed through different methods and whatnot. I thought I'd be intimidated with all the choices and such but the baristas were extremely helpful to explain as much as I needed to hear to make a decision. I eventually told the barista I trust them with my drink decision and I'll get whatever they recommend. I'm glad i did because what I got was a very skillfully executed drink that made me appreciate all the work they put into what they do there. If only I still lived in Lakeland... read more

I always get an iced caramel latte, its always made quickly and the taste is great and improved with some sugar provided for you on a stand next to the door . I love their coffee because it always wakes me up unlike other places like Starbucks . The atmosphere is chill and the decor is just my taste . The staff (young adults) are knowledgable & friendly. I'm an avid coffee drinker but I'd say the only complaint is the fact it's quite 'high-end'..the prices are steep for such small portions/cups and I didn't understand the fancy menu. However, the actual coffee could use some improvement (it's very bitter and acidic tasting), and it's quite pricey. However, I have tried their London Fog (Earl Grey tea, steamed milk, and vanilla, for those who don't know), and I think it tastes wonderful, so now that's my go-to drink whenever my friends want to go here. read more

I had been hearing a lot of buzz about Concord Coffee since it opened. The location is terrible and there is no signage so I spent 20 minutes driving around looking for it. When I got there, the customer service was terrible. The staff all came across as pretentious and my questions about the menu were met with eye-rolls and smirks. I then had to wait 20 minutes for my drink all while the staff inappropriately joked around and slowly made my beverage. I was the only customer, so I felt that a 20 minute wait was excessive. I immediately left after I got my beverage. The coffee was fine, but the atmosphere was terrible. I will not be back again and I do not recommend this shop. read more
