Had a flat on way to work, had to park my truck all day and get to work. That evening went to change tire and could not break the last lug nut loose. Called Concord Tow. Driver Rich arrived and started working on the last lug. He had as much trouble as I did. But he kept at it. Called his dispatcher and was told maybe find an open shop and get them to help. Well we didn't want to tow it so he once agagin tried with the old fashioned tire iron and after three tries he got it loose. yeah!!! Changed out the tire, made sure the spare was inflated properly and off we went. Have used these guys in the past and will again and recommend to anyone who needs a tow. read more

They were due at 08:39, but showed up 15 minutes early; fantastic timing! Danny, the driver/tow operator was professional, helpful, and courteous. Sometimes what makes a company good is how they handle problems. We had a battery go bad so Concord Tow came out and replaced the battery. Unfortunately, during the install process the battery bracket was dropped and fell into nether land never to be seen again. This required another call and have the desk folks set up a replacement for the bracket. 'Steve' called back saying they would get a new bracket and install it. He was really helpful and no hint of frustration. They came back and replacement was done, and I started the car just for a second to make sure the connections were good. I bid them adieu! However, starting the car again the next day, and attempting to drive the car, it had a rough idle and would stall every couple of minutes with a check engine light on. Another call.....thought they would hang up on me, but very polite and came out yet again. Enter Dustin (?), who came and reset something common with Volkswagons and having the battery replaced. All I know now, is the check engine light is no longer on, and the car is running as smooth as before. Kudos to the office and all the drivers that got us up and running again! read more

The BEST! I honestly would not call any other tow company. The office staff is very professional and I have always had tows done in a timely manner. (it's happened more than once, I know...) The drivers are very professional and I have had them assist me (even without tow) and they have done it no charge. I know my company will do things here and there as a courtesy and it really does help to continue creating good relationships with customers and ongoing business. The driver damaged my vehicle while loading it onto the truck, he was friendly and helpful in giving me information to resolve the problem at the time of the accident. When I went to meet with the manager he informed me that the driver claimed my car was already damaged upon picking it up and that they would NOT help with any repairs. I was not having a great commute home last week. My phone battery died. BART had to offboard one stop before mine. When I got to my car at BART, the battery was dead. I called AAA at 5:30pm. I have had to call AAA Concord Tow World twice in the past month - once for a dead battery and once for a flat tire. Both times, they arrived in 20 minutes or less, less time than the original estimate. The technician that arrived for the dead battery was prepared with equipment to test the electric system to be sure that the battery needed to be replaced and that everything else was working. He also had the right battery on his truck. For the second call, I just needed the technician to swap the flat with the spare and he was done in 10 minutes and on his way. I recently stayed in Concord at the Crowne Plaza. I came out to my car that morning only to find it wouldn't start. I suspected a dead battery. I'm a AAA member so I called them at 8:39 a.m. I got a text message at 9:10 a.m. stating a AAA roadside assistance technician had been dispatched and should be on site at 9:25. Concord Tow World showed up at 9:23. Dustin checked my electrical system to determine my car needed a new battery. I'm sorry I don't remember the other technician's name. I purchased a new battery form them and was on my way by 9:41. AWESOME SERVICE, Concord Tow World!! Both technicians were nice, cordial, and very informative.
