I would definitely recommend coming here on a visit to Wilmington. We came in the middle of the day to try their famous espresso martini menu. We were seated instantly, but was told that we could only stay for an hour and a half. I think the only time I've ever been told I have a time limit was when I was in New Jersey. We were seated outside under an awning with a couch area that also included a fire pit. Unfortunately, it was warm that day so no go on the fire pit. We also were the only people seated at that sitting area. It looked a little busy at first, nothing crazy and the longer we were there, the emptier it got which questioned why there was a time limit. I ordered the tiramisu espresso martini, which had an amazing flavor, but was one of those drinks you ordered only once. I honestly can only handle one sweet drink in a day. My girlfriend ordered the normal espresso martini which she did not like at all. I tried it to see what the issue is and the espresso is clearly burnt. I would've returned it, but I guess she just was one of those people who don't say anything. So this is me saying something, your espresso that you used was burnt. They don't have much of food options which if I can remember correctly, it was only pastries. More sugar with my sugary drink. I just can't do that anymore. Would I come here again...I would. it's a fun atmosphere and I'm sure when it's colder and it's nighttime. I went to Concorde Espresso Bar on a Saturday evening for pre-dinner cocktails. I will caveat this review and say this is probably not my typical spot. It seemed like the concept was meant to be exclusive, but I felt like it was more like entering a nightclub. I had the espresso martini flight. While the drinks were not bad, the cookie butter and regular espresso martini tasted very similar. In addition, I like espresso martinis when I can taste the espresso. Love this new coffee place and its concept! Very neat that they have international coffee style drinks. They have their own free parking lots. It's part of the Front Street Inn, but they have their own entrance on the side. Looks like you can order drinks from their website ahead of time. Both indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating is in a covered room with a cute little heater with flames, glass windows. Still a little chilly though in that room. Then there are additional outdoor seating, which look like it was part of the inn itself. They even have a record player, which looked like you could play one of the records yourself. Sizes of the drinks are either 12 ounce, 16 ounce or 20 ounce. There is a seasonal drink menu. Milk options are whole milk, almond milk, oat milk, and half-and-half. I tried the recommended signature Latte Alesund, a latte with almond lavender syrup, Nordic style. I forgot to mention to not make it as sweet, but luckily it wasn't. It was the perfect amount of sweetness. The lavender and almond flavors were subtle. Also got to sample an iced Matcha latte they were testing out, made with one shot of espresso, 8 ounces of milk, Matcha, and whipped cream. It had a nice Matcha flavor, but a bit too much milk for my preference. They have some small/sample size snack options, many just like you get on a flight, including Biscoff, Stroopwafel, milk chocolate and caramel cookie squares, hardshell nuts, etc. Great customer service! 05/23/26: We went here for espresso martinis while walking around Front Street. I had the Tiramisu Espresso Martini with a side of Cookie Butter Gelato. My wife had an Affogato with Oreo Gelato. We both enjoyed them. It's a good trendy spot. I would recommend and go back. We didn't care for the plastic wrapped spoons. We ate in and had take out utensils. We also didn't care for ordering on our phone and paying on our phone. I know, we're old and it's a personal preference. The place was good. I'd recommend it and I'd go back. Definitely one of Wilmingtons coolest spots. Located on Front street in one of Wilmingtons old historic houses Concorde offers a one of a kind Wilmington experience. We stopped in late one evening and unfortunately wasn't able to get a table outside which looks to be one of the nicest outdoor seating in town. The seating inside was nice and quaint however we were sat at a table that was a bit too small for 4 people. Between multiple drinks, a martini flight and the s'more kit we were getting for space. Best to just make a reservation to avoid this. All the drinks were fantastic and learning more on the after dinner desert drinks but they were all delicious. The S'mores kit was the star of the show. The Homemade marshmallow was fantastic. They could tweak the set up just a little to make it easier to assemble the S'mores but I can't complain. First of all, you have to have a reservation -- this is not your walk in sort of spot (they do offer a 15 min grace period for reservations). Secondly you'll check in and they'll scan your ID and let you know whether or not your table is ready. I'm giving the place 4/5 stars only because the check-in host we encountered last night was incredibly rude and abrasive, despite everyone later on (security guard included) being extremely kind and easygoing. They have all sorts of seating that kind of reflects different vibes if I'm honest. We sat inside in what looked like a sunroom of sorts with moody dangling lights -- very cozy vibes. There was seating outside with fire pits and then intimate dimly lit seating further inside. Hubby and I were encouraged to get a lay of the land by ordering their infamous Espresso Martini Flight, which includes the chocolate espresso martini, cookie butter espresso martini, and the classic espresso martini. They were sooo good, sweet but not overly sweet and strong. We followed it by ordering the Tiramisu expresso martini afterwards, which was so delicious. I explained the we couldn't use the QR code and they made us try twice til they saw both times we error signals even after asking if we can do the order thru the server. She was nice but ultimately my order came out wrong. I got an iced drink rather than warm and decided to keep it rather than wait. We got a s'more kit. That was funny. None of us had a clue what to do. I ended up dropping globs of marshmallow all over the fire and cover area. They were cordial but it seemed forced. I didn't like being put in the corner outside not covered. I didn't force the issue because it would have caused an issue. The waitress told my friend to smoke on the opposite side of the property and then he got for yelled that. We ended up leaving before getting drenched from the rain. I went this past weekend with my friends and we stopped here on Saturday around 9pm for a night cap after dinner at Pilot House. There was no wait and they seated us out back at a 5 top. Our server was really friendly and told us that they were known for their espresso martini flights which is exactly what I went for. One of my other friends got a watermelon margarita and we also decided on the smores kit for a sweet treat. The espresso flight was delicious - classic, chocolate, and caramel were the standard options that I stuck with. The smores kit totally hit the spot too! I can't remember the last time I had smores, so this was an extra special and enjoyable occasion. The watermelon margarita came with a popsicle too - a fun, tasty addition. Upon arriving, the exterior staff were not welcoming and they were discouraged from staying. I'm not sure if it was their dress, ethnicity, or what, however, they returned to the car discouraged and without a good reason except that the staff was not welcoming.
