    Fire-Roasted Street Bowl
    Staci W.

My family came for dinner. I got the fire roasted street bowl which was very filling- it didn't have as much flavor as I wanted so I added some guacamole and queso and that helped. The service was good- they were short staffed but they did the best with that they had, our server was friendly. The atmosphere is cool- they have a lot of murals and TVs.

I had never been, even though there are few around Indy. I went in for lunch on a weekday and did not even realize that it was a restaurant. I assumed it was an order-at-the-counter type of taco place. When I arrived at 12:30, there were few tables occupied, but they quickly filled up. The menu is extensive with several options. Of course tacos, with different meat options, but also nachos, burritos and bowls. There are several side options too varieties of salsa, guac. and queso. I really enjoyed my chicken bacon ranch tacos and traditional guac.

you can never go wrong with condado's!! always a classic. this time i tried the southwest midwest bowl and it was delicious, very flavorful. condado's now has tofu so i tried the thai chili tofu in my taco and i liked it, tasted a little plain but still yummy. the service and seating it always great.

This restaurant is part of a small local chain. It is located in a small strip mall and has an adequate amount of parking available in the lot it shares with the other businesses in the mall. There is a decent amount of seating available in the restaurant's dining area, which also has a full bar with seating. You will see a couple of television mounted above the bar. They had football on while I was there. The restaurant has a hip vibe and is decorated with murals, which covers the walls, from various local artist. They offer happy hour deals on weekdays, from 3PM to 6PM. They have chips, which you can get with styles of queso, salsa and guacamole, but it is not free. Their menu mainly consists of tacos, as you would expect. They have signature beef, chicken and brisket tacos. Or you can make your own. I kept it simple and ordered a Lucy's Fire, a Korean BBQ, and a Blue Dream. The bar has tap and bottled beer, a wide range of margaritas and a few signature cocktails. I got the seasonal margarita, the Frozen Blue Marlin. It was very good. It took about 8 minutes for me to get my food. It was fresh, hot and delicious. I liked the Korean BBQ the best, but they are all really good. They were packed with flavor and can get a little messy (but that is a sign of some good food in my opinion). I sat at the bar and the bartender was very friendly. I felt that her attentiveness dropped at the end, After I was done eating, I was going to order another drink and taco, but I waited about 10 minutes, while she took everyone's order around me. I took it as a sign that I did not need any more food and drink and just got my check and left. I am sure that is just a fluke, because the service was great while I was eating. Anyway, I would definitely check this place out again. I like the vibe the restaurant is putting out and I am a fan of their food and drink.

I was greeted when I walked in. If you know me, you know I absolutely love condados. I havent been in awhile and it was definitely as good as the last time. My tots were pipping hot. My taco was seasoned well. It was vibey.

A friend introduced me to the location on Mass last year which we loved so we were so excited to get a greenwood location. Food is fabulous as always and service is great too. Condados is a fun, laid back, hip place. Enjoy! Tip: if you aren't into the crazy different tacos like me, get the southwest midwest. It's my fav although the most "typical."

I used to really like Condado so I was excited when I heard a south side location was coming. Is it authentic? No. But the food was always pretty good and they had excellent sauces. It's been a few years since I have eaten at one, but stopped in for dinner over the weekend. I left thinking it was ok and not nearly as good as I remembered. I had chips, queso and a build your own taco with the juju shell. They used to have a fun scantron type of menu but now have regular menus you order from. The chips were not great. Kind of thick and tough. I would not order them again. Queso was just ok and definitely needed the chorizo I added on or it would have been flavorless. My taco was fine. The juju is a hard and soft shell with chorizo and cheese and I added in rice and beans and topped it with chimichurri. This has been my go to taco here for a few years and truthfully, it just didn't taste the way I remembered. It was not bad, but I thought it was pretty much on par with Chipotle across the street but maybe not even as flavorful. No complaints about my server or the hostess. They got me taken care of and seated right away. The food was pretty fast getting to the table too. Always love the decor and funky art, but I think maybe my days of eating here are going to be few and far between now. I just didn't think it had the same taste and quality from a few years ago.

This place is new to the south side and I'm so excited to have one close to home with a private parking lot. Even better they are open til midnight. The artwork on the walls is amazing and done by some very talented artist. Take a min to look around. Upon entering we were promptly greeted and given our choice of outside, high top or low top table. They also have a full bar top you can sit at or just come in and enjoy a drink We were immediately greeted by our server AJ. She was extremely sweet and patient while we made our drink decisions. I highly recommend requesting her. I chose the seasonal margarita which was the frozen blue marlin. It was flavored with pineapple and blue curaçao. It was tart and very well balanced. I liked it so much that I ordered a second one. Hubby chose the smoke show and wow was it Smokey tasting but it was enjoyable. His second drink was the Tropicalil it was very coconut forward and strong. He enjoyed it though and would order both again especially the Smokey one For an appetizer we chose the three buds which is where you choose any 3 dips from the queso, guacamole and salsa list. You can do either half orders or full orders. We chose half which was more than enough for 2 of us. We opted for the elote guacamole which was amazing probably the best guacamole I've ever had. It's your traditional guacamole with corn and tajin and cheese on top. We got the smoked cheddar queso and dirty queso. The dirty queso has chicken and black beans in it. All 3 were amazing options. Taco reviews Lucy's fire: has a double taco shell the inner one is suppose to be firecracker however I didn't find it spicy. There was a decent amount of chicken inside with cheese, Cilantro, onion, and corn salsa. It was very good and had great flavor. Purple Haze: double shell with chorizo, sweet chili sauce, cabbage, queso fresco and cilantro and onion. It was a little sweet but overall a pretty good taco Sweet heat: this one was our least favorite and we aren't quite sure what it was that was off putting. It has pineapple salsa and a mango sauce. The meat is brisket which was tender. Definitely wouldn't order this one again The heater: steak was tender and juicy, the chimichurri was very strong with vinegar. Overall a good taco. As far as tacos go I've had better I've had worse. I do feel like they could put more toppings on them esp when you're paying roughly 5+ dollars a piece. We each chose a small side to add on to ensure we got to try a little of everything as we haven't been to one of these restaurants in quite some time. The refined beans with bacon were really good and creamy however they are spicy. So if you don't like spicy I would definitely stay away from them. The small order of tots you get 3 hash brown balls fried to perfection with queso and jalapeños. They were so good. Honestly overall great experience and I might try a burrito or a bowl next time.

The food was great. We got the combo for the chips and dip. We had the smoked cheddar, blanco and the street corn. All of it was fabulous. The server was very sweet and patient! The store had graffiti all over it - super neat everywhere you look. It's bright and airy and has a lot of seating! The store is in a strip mall so several businesses use the parking lot but I was able to find a spot with no problems! 10/10 recommend this one

We visited the new Condado Tacos on US 31 where Giordano's use to be It was busy but we got a table in about 10 minutes. When we sat down we both immediately looked at each other and both said that their small metal chairs were very uncomfortable! My big butt did not even fit on the chair and the back just didn't hit your back right... oh well... We ordered the Skywalker's Nachos and they came out really fast! And they were delicious big portions so my wife was content to just have the nachos. I also ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch Taco it was fantastic!! It comes with both a hard and soft shell. I also tried 2 of their hottest sauces which were good too! The atmosphere is very loud, but all the employees were nice. We will have to try it again

I like a dim atmosphere, but it was hardly lit enough to read the menu. It was difficult to navigate as it was mostly in Spanish. Extremely limited vegetarian options which I'm not sure I can assume were actually without chicken base in the rice, etc. I didn't even see a vegetable fajita on the menu. My vegetarian burrito sans crema and cheese consisted of little more than rice and a couple small diced pieces of avocado and diced tomato. Iceberg lettuce? I saw corn niblets and a pea fall out. Bland. Hot sauce choices not fantastic. What kind of burrito contains no beans?? Everyone else at my table received flatware. I was given a plastic fork. Once I received an actual fork & knife, they kept tearing the paper underneath my burrito. Strangely served with raw cucumber (ick) & lime wedges on the side. Edible at best. The atmosphere looked interesting upon entry, but it felt grungy, the chairs were heavy. I was seated right next to a brick wall/chimney. Service was sparse. Definite language barrier. The dish my companions received was an array of meat in a molcajete. Mixed feedback on the peppers being ungodly too hot & some of it, especially the sausage, having a good flavor. It was massive & messy. It was interesting initially but definitely didn't look appetizing to me. That came with a bowl of beans in sauce with what we later discovered were Chicharrón on top. It looked like boiled mystery chicken skin. A friend from SoCal I consulted online had no idea what it was from my photo as we tried to discern it & they didn't realize it was even Mexican food from the appearance. It was assumed I was at an Asian joint. We had to ask for drink refills far into our meal. I was given a fresh new cup. The server took another person's cup from the table and refilled it in the back. That was strange and seemed unsanitary. We didn't get everything we asked for. I'd say language was the problem except for the fact the server had understood my requests when "crema" was the only Spanish word I used. Ladies' room had room for one person at a time. The sink was backing up. It felt dingy like the rest of the building. I'm glad they had paper towels and not just a hand blower. I didn't choose the restaurant. It was one of the worst if not THE most horrible Mexican meals & experiences I've had in my life. Hard pass. I'd gladly pay more for better fare elsewhere. I can make far superior at home.

The tacos (your choice of protein) were $1.49 each. I was honestly surprised that they had plenty of onions, cilantro, two different sauces & a baggie of radishes & limes for that price. I will say, I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the shredded chicken although clearly seasoned (color wise) with sazon, it was dried completely out with only a hint of flavor. I added the green sauce on the chicken ones and it gave it a little umph but then I tasted the amazing seasoning in the rice and beans & WOW. I put a little of both on the chicken tacos and that was just what they needed. All in all the tacos were an 8/10 and the rice+beans were 10/10. The rice was cooked perfectly & the best compliment to the soupy beans. Parking: TERRIBLY positioned & shared lot, spots are tight & all the businesses stay with a crowd. Service: the cashier wasn't unpleasant BUT I had every intention on sitting down and eating inside (they have about 8 tables and 4 small booths) but she assumed I wanted it to-go without asking me as she asked the family of Spanish/hispanic/latino/a heritage before AND after me. In the moment I didn't feel slighted because I think I was just so tired & hangry but it definitely is memorable now that I'm writing the review a day later. I could have very well corrected her and said I wanted to dine in but I'm not one to force it when I feel unwanted or unwelcomed . This by no means discredits the food, it was wonderful & so was the price. I wouldn't go as far as to say I'll never be back because it would be a lie - what I WILL do moving forward is speak up for myself as it could have been done unintentionally.

Definitely needed salsa, but as I mentioned earlier, the salsas were not very good. Good. I had a roasted red salsa, salsa Verde, plus chili de arbol. None of them, had anything going for them.
