We tried this out tonight not very impressed. The decor is fun and loud loved the local artists who paint the murals.. Ordered a Margarita 14.+ dollars it is served in a whisky glass maybe 6 oz glass which was a bit odd but ok we got about 5 sips with the amount of Ice that's also included in the tiny glass . The Guacamole was basic from a bag or large plastic container not fresh at all had a terrible aftertaste I was the most disappointed in that. Server said it was made fresh in the distribution center but she doesn't ever recommend the Guacamole bless her heart. Brisket taco was delicious 5.50 for a taco and spork all good.. overall it's very overpriced for extremely mediocre shelf stable food.. Staff was lovely and friendly. read more

I went there for a promotional event and was told one thing but when it came time to use the promotion I was unable to use it how I was told I would be able to on 2 separate occasions. The first is I was at first told I would be able to use multiple coupons earned from the promotional event per purchase but a couple weeks later I was informed that I was lied too. Second I was told the coupons expired a year from the week they were issued but I was again lied too and they all expired a year from the event. I give it two stars for the art work and atmospheres. Definitely has an inviting ambiance. But as far as the food goes, I don't think that my husband and I would be returning. I started off with a Catus juice that had way more ice and lemons in it than actual liquid. The taste was alright but definitely not worth $7 for the small amount of actual liquid you get. The tacos were very subpar and I kept trying to convince myself that 1 taco if good enough can be worth $5 but I was kidding myself. Now, don't get me wrong, I will happily pay over $10 for a taco if it's actually worth it but to be honest I've had better tacos at Taco Bell. My husband is Mexican and we enjoy eating tacos often but this is place is not worth it in my opinion. I get that they trying to do something g different but when it comes to tacos, the simpler the better. Service was alright, took forever for someone to actually see us and then they forgot one of our dips, it was just to the point where I didn't want the dip at the end of the day. Visited for the first time after receiving a recommendation from a friend about the Grand Rapids location. The art and atmosphere was nice, however would not recommend to families with smaller children. Ordered house lemonades and our waitress suggested flavoring. I ordered a blood orange, and my fiancé ordered strawberry. The lemonades turned out to be margaritas (we were given the impression it was just flavored lemonade, and we were never asked for our IDs), of which my three year old daughter also received. After tasting her drink she let us know the lemonade tasted weird. We immediately asked the waitress and upon smelling it she rushed the drink back and replaced it with regular lemonade. We proceeded to eat and finish our meals and were given 'free taco' vouchers upon our next visit, but will likely not return. read more

Stopped by and picked up some food to go, inside seems super cool, a great place to hang out, maybe it's a little bit loud. Ordered a Bud box with a couple tacos and some guac with fresh pico, wow! My bad habit and braised & confused tacos were spot on, if I could go back in time, I would've ordered a four pack! Brand new to Kalamazoo, Condado Tacos offers a fresh new eating experience to our city. We went in for lunch today expecting just to order tacos, but walked away feeling optimistic about this new taco joint! The artwork on the walls are fresh and created a cool vibe to sit and eat. The menu was set up very easy to read and order from. Ultimately, we ordered five different tacos from menu- the server advised us that "one is like as snack, two is more of a meal", but we wanted to sample as many flavors as possible. These loaded tacos were overall delicious and flavor combinations were almost unexpected. The "Ooey Gooey" chicken tacos were surprisingly spicy, without a warning on the menu- delicious nonetheless. As with any new restaurant, you can expect hiccups from the kitchen. Two of our tacos had cold tortillas which threw off the vibe. Xavier, the manager, immediately corrected this by replacing our tacos. Service was fast and friendly, and with cold shells aside, we will definitely be back again soon to keep trying different items from the menu! read more

Cannot recommend this place more. First things first - their margs are SO good. I got their limited edition which I think was an orange/spicy situation on the rocks and I actually think it was the best marg I've ever had. My mom and I split a full order of guac which was spiced so nicely, but our eyes were definitley bigger than our stomachs - for two people a half order would be perfect. For the meal, I got the Sweet Heat and my mom ordered the Korean Barbecue. Both were incredible (I think mine was the best). They wrap their crispy corn tortillas in a flour tortilla which is so smart because then it doesn't fall apart. My mom is gluten free so she couldn't get it that way, but they were so accommodating for gluten free and really understood celiac so she could get the corn tortilla. Last thing- their service was SO fast. I swear the second we ordered anything it was on our table within minutes haha. We had Klaira B and she was an absolute sweetheart. Even If I was trying to be picky, I genuinely would have nothing bad to say about this place. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Honestly disgusting. By the time we picked it up, it was completely cold. The food was flavorless. I kid you not, the outer layer tortilla was completely untouched. Cold and un heated. They got our order wrong. I am kosher and asked for no cheese at all and every single taco had cheese on it. The nachos were flavorless, soggy, and cold. For how busy it was , and how expensive it was, we were exited and expected a lot more. It was extremely disappointing and not worth it. read more

Fast service,good margaritas and great tacos. The nachos however were bland and disappointing. I have never had nachos not served with salsa. Ordered the skywalker nachos with chicken-I would not order them again. If they were served with a good salsa they would have likely been better. I walked in and sat at the bar, right after sitting at the bar the host came over and rudely said " next time you come in you need wait for me to give you a menu before going to the bar." Then the bartender we had served us our food and drinks, didn't ask if we needed anything, and left without letting us know she was leaving or introducing us to the gentleman that would be serving us. Honestly, go across the street to Qdoba if you're looking for Mexican food. The place is very crowded with tables almost on top of each other. There is very little privacy at your table due to this. There is also no designated waiting area so if you are sitting near the door you will more then likely have somebody standing right next to your table. read more

food was amazing. drinks were amazing too!! why the 2 stars? the bartender. it was April 27th at 5:00pm and she was horrible to me and I was uncomfortable and sat on my phone for the most part, as I was alone at the bar. I asked for another drink and she didn't say anything and put in another order for a taco. I did not say anything about a taco. i asked for it to go because i just wanted to leave at this point because i felt just very very uncomfortable. she snatched my food tray so fast and didn't say a word. it's sad because this place has AMAZING food. the margarita's are also some of the best i've had! anyways, just make sure you're prepared to maybe have to deal with her. there was another guy bartending that was very nice and funny. it's a disappointment because of the food being so good. work on your customer service and being nice to other people!
