Dr. Dogra is very attentive and explains everything in detail so that you understand what he intends to do. He even called me in once just to make sure I knew what his plans for my teeth were. He has a wonderful staff that will work around your schedule and reminds you a few days in advance of your appointment. This was the worst dental experience of my life. Never go here for dentures. Dr. Dogra deviated from the impressions and added length to the eye teeth giving the appearance of FANGS. My boyfriend went to confident smiles a few months ago to get some issues taken care of. We decided on their office because they accepted his insurance and it is literally a minutes walk from our apartment. Luckily it was a good choice! He had to get a root canal and was worried, but he said their was no pain, and he liked the staff. I ended up going back for myself, they don't accept my insurance but I decided to pay out of pocket. The staff, especially the ladies at the front desk, are so sweet and helpful. The office is cute and clean, which is always a good sign. Dr. Dogra's office is in a cute little old Victorian building, but everything inside is modernized. Digital x-rays and intraoral cameras to get a better looks at your teeth. Love everything about it. The front desk ladies were very welcoming, I was greeted with a gift and by name as if they've known me forever. My hygienist was amazing!!!!! I came in twice for a cleaning and a full examination and let me tell you. The amazing and beautiful girl Alina, at the front desk helped me out with everything I needed to get situated. She has the prettiest smile I've ever seen and the nicest character I've come upon. She has great social and sales skills. Later Trish did a great job deep cleaning my teeth with much care. After Tish, who kept making me laugh, did the full examination Dr. Dogra came in and explained everything that was going on with my teeth. When I first called to make the appointment, Julie offered to contact my insurance for me to confirm my benefits. She called me back within the hour to schedule my appointment; I was able to get my appointment within a week. At my appointment, everyone at the front desk was helpful and kind, Lindsey (my hygienist) was gentle (pain-free! woohoo!) and nice, and Dr. Dogra was personable and informative. I have been very skeptical about seeing a Dentist for a long time due to bad experiences. This facility was referred for teeth whitening. However, when I got there the front receptionist was really awesome. They made the experience so personalize it gave me the insurance that they were there to take care of their clients. (Angel and Carmen) were very thorough about my coverages before scheduling an appointment. They made sure that I was confident and knew what my costs were. Dr. Dogra is nice, conservative, knowledgeable... great dentist! BUT KATIE, the dental hygienist/assistant is EXTREMELY reckless!! She goes WAY too fast, she just doesn't watch what she's doing. She'll start a procedure then lose focus... she NEEDS TO SLOW DOWN & KEEP HER EYES ON THINGS UNTIL SHE'S DONE. She starts then in a few seconds she looks around the room vs keeping her eyes focused at my mouth & her tools! It's not like she doesn't know it either... I've TOLD HER. She scrapes gums, chips teeth, splits lips, pokes check, jerks the xray machine -- she even knocked my glasses right off my face once! All of this is because she's not finishing things methodically. She's just NOT CAREFUL at all. When I'd flinch or moan, she MIGHT say "whoops"; NOT EVER I'M SORRY. The WORST thing, is after she knows she hurt me, SHE DOESN'T MODIFY HER BEHAVIOR! It's as if she might be A.D.D. or something, because she just can't stay on track with the things she starts. I also think she's bored, but ironically she's very UNmotivated. BAD COMBINATION = RECKLESS & BORED!!!! I've NEVER BEEN AFRAID of a DENTIST or DENTAL WORK IN MY LIFE, but AS SOON as Katie comes into the room, I start shaking; because I KNOW there's a 95% chance she's going to hurt me ... and 100% of it is PREVENTABLE! When Dr. Dogra comes in, I immediately relax. Also, Katie just makes stuff up. I asked her a few questions about my teeth; then when she left I asked Dr. Dogra the same questions, and he said "NO... don't ever do THAT!" I said "But Katie just told me..." He said "You must have misunderstood" I said "No, she very clearly, said ... and she also said ..." He's like "Huh, that's weird" Well, needless to say, I don't ask Katie ANYTHING ABOUT DENTAL CARE ANYMORE -- NOTHING EVER AGAIN... I also don't pre-ask things. I used to say "Hey, remind me when Dr. Dogra gets here, I want to ask him..." then, Katie would jump in to answer. I don't mind a know-it-all as long as they KNOW... Katie is just a BSer. So now, I just wait until he comes in and I ask him directly. She just confuses everyone. Dr. Dogra: Either SLOW this chick DOWN & tell her NOT TO GIVE PATIENTS ANY DENTAL CARE INFORMATION, or FIRE her! As long as Katie is working there, continuing to hurt people, feeding the BS information, then expect to lose business. She might be a nice person, but she's a "bull in a china closet". It's rare to find a dental office where you just click and hit it off so quickly. Carmen handles billing and she's awesome. She's even getting my fillings pre-authorized with the insurance company to eliminate surprises. Alina runs the front desk and she's a total sweetheart. Patricia has the perfect personality for a hygienist--- she will definitely let you know if you aren't doing your job ha. Both wife and I experienced a lot of pain after cleanings, bite wasn't right, and we both had adjustments but it never felt right. Wife is getting a crown, and has a temporary on. Though confirmed insurance, we are asked to pay in full up front before services are rendered. Wife didn't have the Dentist examine her bite correction, and Dentist didn't examine teeth before Endontist Appt, who ruled out a root canal. Blame it on the amount of work and treatment size we've been recommend, so maybe this is not their fault, but it has skewed our experience overall. The office staff & hygienists are still wonderful folks, and always pleasant and friendly. We just aren't that confident about our smiles... read more

I'm afraid I didn't have the great experience the other people did. I was a patient of the 2 previous dentists at that location. Both accepted my insurance as payment and were really great dentists. They were always familiar with me. Their staff was very friendly and helpful. This new office has been completely different for me and I won't be going back. The doctor recommended that I get some crowns. So I thought I should follow his advice, he's the doctor. It was the most painful experience of my life. When I went back in to get the permanent crowns, he didn't numb me and I thought I was going to jump through the roof. I finally insisted on some novocain, but it only numbed my face. By the time I left, I was nauseated, shaking and light-headed from the pain. I went back to my office, took some ibuprofen and laid on my floor until I got stronger. I've never been afraid of dentists, but now I feel much more cautious. And then I find out that he doesn't accept insurance for payment and I had to pay almost $200 after all of that. Maybe that's more common place these days, but it was the first time I had to pay in addition to my insurance. read more

After a sudden crippling toothache, I was referred to this office. Absolutely worth it. Everyone was very helpful, understanding, and kind; reminded me of a small town office. Finally a dentist I feel confidant in (business name is suiting) to work on my teeth. Since moving out to this state I have seen a new dentist every year for one reason or another. My husband referred me as he hasn't been happy with other dentists as well until coming here. I was aware I may be due for new bridges however financially I wasn't in a place to get replacements this year. They have not pressured me about getting them done ASAP like other places would have and respected my decision to put it off for a year. Holy wow, I am so impressed with this office! I switched dentists only for convenience but I am so happy I did. Before coming here I would push my visits out years between cleanings or services. I am actually looking forward to my next cleaning here. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I called to make an appointment to the very end of our visit (my husband and I both went in). Carmen and Alina at the front desk helped to lookup our insurance information and explained our coverage for all of the services needed. Also, they gave us a welcome kit with some teeth cleaning tools and a cute mug. Tina, who cleaned our teeth, was cautious when I expressed concern about sensitive areas and was super thorough in her explanations of what was going to take place and why. She also used a neat sonic cleaning tool that lessened the scraping; the scraping is a definite part of the reason I've been known to space my visits out. When I met with Dr. Dogra he continued with the great explanations and used really cool technology to help me understand the what and whys of his diagnosis -- he took pictures of my teeth in addition to the X-rays so I could see where in my mouth he was looking at and which teeth the X-rays corresponded to.
