She asked if we wanted to drive around on our own or if we wanted a guided tour. We wanted the guided tour! She was very knowledgeable about the sites and of course the property. She also told us when the property was going to be busy and pointed out some of the better sites. We're definitely going to plan a weekend trip here in the fall.

The laundry room is nice with professional size machines. And they even have ones dedicated for pet laundry so you don't have to worry about getting fur on your clothing. The machines do not take money, you pay either by card at the kiosk or by downloading the app, which is actually awesome as it lets you follow the time left....pure genius in my book! I did meet a few people while in there and every one of them were extremely friendly and had been there for a long time. They had nothing but good things to say about it so that in itself makes me feel like I made the right choice. It is an Adult centered resort so there are no children running around all hours, not that I have anything against them, but when I'm glamping I want to enjoy the peace and sounds of nature. That's all I have for now, but will update after I've had a chance to actually do something other than laundry.

At this monthly price, you really won't find anything more conveniently located to Houston. Sure, the amenities are not what you might request of an RV resort like the large one down South but for the monthly rate it's hard to complain about WiFi. For the record, most long-term tenants have their own internet access here which Comcast and others happy to provide a direct drop for. Water and power are billed at a fair rate based on actual use. Billing is straightforward, electronic and predictable - I never have to worry about "surprise" charges or rate changes. The park is nestled with only an entrance off a residential street and we're never bothered by through traffic. The neighbors are all kind and respectful. If you are living in an RV for an extended period of time but want proximity to downtown, this is the place to be.

Only one camera at the entrance and several cars can come in with one code entry or cars come in when someone exits. We had an item stolen which really shook us up as we felt violated! The surrounding area has many homeless people and some look to be high on something. I would NOT stay here again.

A strange vehicle left a note, long story short they were trying to steal our identity. The RV park has installed a high tech camera system to catch license plates entering and leaving the park. It caught the car on camera with an excellent visual of the car, driver, and license plate. That was enough to send to the police. We love the all Adult and no animal park. Great music on Sunday afternoon while floating in pool and enjoying the swim up bar . No need to carry a cc as your fist and is what you pay with . On another note the wibit for bigger kids or adults is nasty and I'm sorry I have to say it but man it was nasty . We were not about to get or expose our grandson to the water as it looks like they out the blue chemical in it like a port a potty . There is no running water to filter it from what we could see . The kids wibit was in a Pool and very clean but only for small kids . The 2 slides are also in the pool area with the wibit . For the food from Chester's I give it a thumbs UP and the burger was awesome . They could use security around the camping areas as a kid is going to get hurt . Kids driving golf carts way too fast and their electric scooters and bikes . Kids throwing balls which 1 hit our truck but luckily didn't dent it . The camping sites are very clean and all concrete plus full hookups . We will be back just wish they would fix a couple if these issues listed above . Even at check-in, they didn't mention any of this. Well, we get there and head to the grill because we were famished and ready for a burger, walk in and were told they only had one cook and they had a limited menu: chicken strips, wings and pizza. Not what we expected when the menu online had much more of a selection. It was basically a kids menu. So, we had no choice but order what they had. A corn dog, wings and chicken tenders. Gross, gross and gross. Undercooked corn dog, dry wings and processed chicken strips. The swim up bar was closed. The snack shack was closed. The slides were closed. Kids in the hot tub (which is clearly marked no one under 18 in the hot tub). One trash can for the whole area. Water was clean enough and drinks were okay, nothing special. Everyone was nice, but the person on the phone clearly should have told us what we were walking into. They put us in the spot right next to the playground area. We called and asked if the lights were on all night and how bright they were. Yes, on all night and no, not bright, was the answer. Good thing we requested to move because those lights were incredibly bright! Even from four spots down! Sunset was nice. Park is clean and maybe it's fun when they are at full capacity and everything is open and functioning, but it was less than stellar of an experience. Limited on pretty much everything. No maps with park info or anything. We tried to make the best of it, but not what we expected at all. Pretty bummed about the whole experience. Front desk needs to up their game and offer accurate information so campers know what to expect. Should've left when they said they didn't have any maps or info about the park.

He keeps us informed so we know what he is doing to resolve the issue. He arranged for the food trucks to come in. The park is important to him and it shows. I give Erich 5 stars QRV has nicer parks than this one. (all of them) Their lack of attention to this property is sad. The accommodations here are lacking. There is a heated pool that they won't heat. Many of the concrete lots are sinking and when it rains I have to trod through several inches of muddy water to get to my vehicle. There is no grass on any lot, it won't grow due to the overgrown trees so my dogs track in mud in after being in the yard. They discontinued the cable TV. We had an ice machine but it belonged to the manager at the time so they took it when they left. Most RVs have very small freezers and it is difficult to make enough ice for more than one person. I miss the ice machine!! The other parks rent golf carts to the residents. Not here. There is no hot tub and our rec room is nothing like the rec rooms at their other parks. QRV gets 3 stars
