The customer salesman/representative misused my debit card/ debit information and when I called him on it he treated me like I was the criminal. In less than a month my service fee jumped from $53.99 to $54.99. Do not sign a contract with these people. If they knock on your door demand that they leave your property immediately and call the local police. They are supposed to bill you monthly however, they bill every two weeks. People it's a scam. I'm in contact with Elder Abuse Attorneys for financial abuse of seniors. Please contact me if you would like to start a class action suit against ADT. You don't have to be a senior! I deducted a star since I felt the sales rep wasted our time (it was very difficult to try to politely end the video call with him) by trying to tell us that consumer-grade cameras weren't going to meet our needs and he tried to upsell us by showing an unrealistic simulation of how fuzzy the images would look compared to their systems he wanted us to buy. Brian wasn't able to get one of our pre-existing wired professional camera system to work, and he dropped communication and delayed appointments by months several times while this was all happening, but I appreciate that he didn't charge us for this, so I'm just adding this as an FYI.

The new app and home features are outstanding. As an insurance agent, I will shout from the rooftops that an alarm system is a great deterrent that provides peace of mind, and often times a discount on a homeowners insurance policy. I can't say enough for this company, out of alll the new…read morecontractors/services we had to hire with moving, this company (especially Matt and Scott) have been the coolest, most laid back but also efficient and attentive to detail- super responsive and understanding with requests and questions. Ami helped to coordinate installs was a total Angel because our schedule is Hectic and our project of sorting out multiple old systems, broken sensors and contacts, and a mess left by the old company (nothing was labeled or organized) required multiple visits and at odd times- I really appreciate that the installers were committed to doing everything right even though it took more equipment and time than we originally anticipated. Also love the head engineers that are familiar with lots of systems to help with random WiFi/network errors. The systems themselves are sleek and easy to use with the app. The sensors can be delayed or disabled for certain purposes. I also accidentally set off the alarm silently, they called me and the cops, and were able to call off the cops easily once confirming it was me. Lots of nice safety features to this alarm which Scott tested to make sure they worked as needed :) We compared to another well know local company that seemed a bit outdated (no app access/control) and a giant national company (expensive setup, less local, not as individualized attention). Ultimately chose safe and sound for the excellent customer service and highly recommend!

I had a phone call with one tech who logged on to my computer remotely, then figured out that they could not fix the problem. Now I am waiting for a physical person to show up, after being promised that, and they have not scheduled anyone and I have not gotten any response to my email. We spoke on Thursday, they said "We will try and have someone out tomorrow". It's now Wednesday and radio silence.
