After several quotes and on-site interviews at my home I settled on Beyond Sound. Mike, the Owner and another employee did a thorough walk-thru and discussion of what I was expecting along with my budget. The system was purchased from several distributors who inventoried upscale audio & video products. The installation started in about two weeks, per Mike's estimated schedule. The install took a couple days including wiring up in the hot attic and down the inside of walls. When completed Mike took lots of time explaining the remote system along with my iPhone connection. Wow, what a sound system with the beautiful TV. Who needs to go to the theater for the perfect sound and picture. I have it all. The finished product and install was on time, within budget, and I actually like Mike, the owner and his employee, who treated my Wife and I like the valued customers we are. I've called the company a couple times for software assistance when I've upgraded my WiFi with quick response. Save yourself some time and effort and request a quote from this company.

The…read moreturntable needed to be recalibrated after a move, and Carl called Sony tech support as well as the shop in Sonoma County where I bought the turntable years ago, and he did it himself! Keep in mind this was not his problem. He was just determined to get everything working for me, and he did! He had also recommended new speakers for my system, which I got, and they're wonderful! Then he didn't want to charge me for all the extra time he spent with the turntable. I paid him twice what he asked for, and that wasn't even enough. Faith in mankind restored!!

After my home got broken into i called a few places to get estimates on an Alarm System. Carl came…read moreout immediately to take a look and not only did he have better prices than the other people that came out, he was very savvy about where i should place the cameras i wanted installed. I ended up getting an entire Home Automation Package from him. For security system I ended up getting a 5 camera set up with DVR, he hooked up a live feed TV that i keep in my closet, and a shattered window sensor. Carl also installed the app on my phone so i can view my live camera feed anytime. He hooked up a Ring doorbell and set that up on my phone also. The initial setups took some time to getting used to and he didn't just install and leave. Every time I have contacted him with questions he has been available to help. The other items Carl did was install a Nest Thermostat. Which is great because sometimes i leave the house and forget to to turn the AC or Heater off. Again, with my phone, i can now adjust or turn my thermostat on or off without having to go back to the house. Lastly Carl installed my House Vacuum System. I love the system he installed and have not had one issue. I use it every day. Especially the sweeper vacuum in the kitchen. Carl was very informative and never tried to oversell me on anything i didn't need. I haven't had any issues with any of the products to date. He also made sure to clean up any mess he made while installing everything. Professional Service. I highly recommend to have Carl come out and give you an estimate of what you need. I really don't believe there's anyone out there providing this level of service for his prices.

The soundbar that Patrick installed last year stopped working the other day, after some obscure…read moremessage about HDMI flashed across my LG TV screen (too quick to read.) It wouldn't start along with the TV and the sound was coming from the TV's speakers, not the soundbar. Patrick walked me through a way to reconnect the bar to the TV and then helped me to re-enable HDMI ARC on the TV's settings and- voila! - sound through the soundbar again. All this over the phone, too! Great service, again. I will certainly call Patrick for future audio needs!
