In and out, hardly any appliance down-time. We liked them so much that we considered them when we upgraded our dishwasher earlier this year, and chose to buy from them: we paid the same price as "discount" warehouse stores, and we got delivery and installation plus removal of the old washer at a much lower price than the competition. JT staff are courteous and attentive, honest and RELIABLE. And isn't it better to pay a few hundred dollars to repair a $1500-3000-dollar appliance than to pay for a new replacement? We had originally decided to meet in december to have my television calibrated, but something personal came up on his end and he had to cancel. Not a big deal since I was having some financial troubles and didn't mind waiting until things got better. I told him I would get ahold of him when they did, likely in the spring. I contacted him in the spring to let him know I was still interested, but didn't have the money then and I would contact him later on when I did. A couple months later in the summer I emailed him to schedule an appointment for the fall. When I did this, he then quoted me a much higher price than he did in the winter, and said he needed to be paid all of it up front. I did not have the money to do this, so I said "Unfortunately I don't think I can afford it right now. I'm heading back to school in September, and thought I would have the extra funds but it's looking like I won't. I don't mean to waste your time. I hope you will be available in a couple of years when I finish and am working in a field where I will be more financially stable." His response was "I appreciate your honesty, but the fact is you did cause me to waste valuable time and effort responding to your on and off again quest to get your TVs calibrated. That's why I insisted on a pre-appointment deposit because I was very concerned about you changing your mind. I do wish you well and hope that you achieve financial stability." I found this reply to be rather rude and hypocritical considering he was the one who initially cancelled our original meeting, and costed me 100 dollars on my phone bill.
