I've been taking my dog here for years. I can't recommend this place enough to people looking for a…read moredaycare/ boarding for their pups. They are amazing. At one point, there was a Dogtopia that opened up 5 min. from where I work, and I made the mistake of switching daycares because it was much closer. Ended up bringing my pup back here after she was injured at that Dogtopia and I never heard back from the owner. I will never make that mistake again. Wag is so much better in terms of communication and how responsive they are to anything I bring up. Plus their staff is amazing with my pup, every time we come in they know her and are so excited to see her and vice versa. She practically forgets about me when they lead her in. Lol. And she always leaves exhausted after a day here because they have so many activities and cute little crafts they do with the pups depending on which day of the week you go. Also the indoor pool. I also boarded her here for about a week during a vacation last year and felt so at ease knowing she was safe and in such good hands. I received updates constantly. That's another thing too, the text communication makes things so quick and easy, especially for appointments. Plus they keep on top of vaccinations and fecals, which is so important. I could go on and on, but this place is like the Hilton for doggy daycares, but it's actually affordable. Lol. You won't find a better spot for your fur baby.

The questionnaire made me confident and proved they wanted to learn about the dogs in advance. Once our puppy was old enough to join, I reached out to Lisa because I was concerned that Moxie was scared when meeting new dogs, especially puppies, and due to her being too young + covid, she had not met as many. I was probably more worried than necessary, but Lisa NEVER made me feel that way. She spent lots of time talking with me about a plan to make sure Moxie and I were comfortable. She had us come in the evening after most dogs had left, and she knew that the dogs that would be there were good dogs for Moxie to meet. It went very well and Lisa assured me that Moxie's behavior was normal for a puppy and nothing to cause concern. Lisa suggested a specific day for Moxie to start coming based on personality matches with the other dogs. Now Moxie goes at least once a week and sometimes three. Moxie gets very excited and I can barely stop her from jumping out of the car to get in. She has boundless energy and Dawg On It helps with that, but above all, we know Moxie is safe and happy, while we can get some work done at home! Thank you, Lisa, Al, and Kai for your amazing help and for always texting back so quickly!

They have daycare at their lovely home for a full day or half, overnight boarding, and can also come to your house to take your pup for a walk. All for very reasonable prices. I couldn't have imagined a better doggy daycare; they are so loving. They even send picture updates throughout the day. I am so grateful to have found them! Check them out! You will not be disappointed.

Snowflake Pet center was a total Godsend today. One of my larger dogs attacked my smaller dog and…read moreleft him with some pretty intense wounds on his face. My regular vet office couldn't fit us in but Snowflake would, even as a new patient. I was able to save SO much by avoiding the animal ER. Every staff member was genuinely personable, kind and honest with me. I felt comfortable asking questions and they gave me honest answers and advice. The prices were more than fair and my pup is well on his way to recovery. I am very particular about the care that my fur babies receive and I 100% recommend Snowflake to anyone who needs care or boarding for their pet. Thank you, everyone at Snowflake. You made a scary situation as smooth as possible.

In the record the receptionist wrote more about me than they did the dog. Wrote awful things about me. The last note said that they told me to go back to my to my prior vet. They said I called irate and that they were going to stop prescribing my dogs medicine because I didn't want to have blood work done. She is 18 and I don't want to put56 her thru the stress of the car ride. I thought what does it really matter about having blood work done. She is 18 now so its just about keeping her comfortable now. She is my bf and I would do whatever she needed. The receptionist wrote all sorts of things. Wish they paid more to my dog than me. The receptionist is also curt, passive aggressive making comments under her breath. I'm deeply disappointed in the behavior they exhibit as well as the care. I liked the vet he was informative. A place like that is replaceable. Many vets around that are good without the problems. It is a competitive market now with 15 vets or so in each town. We have choices not to pay an reasonable amount and have great healthcare for our animals. I am now going back to our old vet, they don't have to tell me twice. Unreasonable receptionist who thinks she is the vet herself.
