We came for Happy Hour and had a pretty solid experience overall. We'd checked Reddit and Yelp beforehand, so we had a good sense of what to expect, this is a chain, but it delivered. We went on a Friday after work and it wasn't too busy. We were seated quickly, service was excellent from start to finish, and everything came out fast. The ambiance is relaxed: we sat in a comfortable booth in the bar area with a clear view of the TVs for sports, which was a nice touch. Drinks were a highlight. The blood orange margarita and Italian Old Fashioned were both fantastic and definitely worth ordering again. The espresso martini, however, didn't quite hit the mark. For food, the shrimp focaccia bites were the standout in terms of flavor. The lasagna dip was the best value as it's super filling and still really tasty. The wings were a miss for us, they lacked flavor and the meat tasted a bit old. We also enjoyed the spinach arancini bites, but the tomato sauce was a little too oily. I'd recommend asking for ranch instead. Overall, a great Happy Hour spot and we'd definitely come back, just a bit more selective with what we order next time. read more

Carrabba's has a wonderful Happy Hour! Our top favorites were the Spinach Arancini, Lasagna Dip, & Zucchini Fritte, with the Calamari & Meatball Sliders right behind. Topped this all off with the Sogno Di Cioccolata "Chocolate Dream" (I would go back to Carrabba's just for this!) There are plenty of drinks on their Happy Hour menu, along with 2 non-alcoholic mocktails. The service was excellent, and there is plenty of parking at this location. I mean... Carrabba's is pretty solid for a restaurant chain. Aside from service and cleanliness, when you walk in you know what you're getting in any location. Good food. Their Caesar is awesome. My go to is the chicken Bryan with goat cheese and sun-dried tomatoes, but I ate before my phone did so no picture. It is a win every time! Juicy chicken, creamy sauce as the goat cheese melts a little. Perfect bite if you get asparagus as you side and add a little to top as a crunchy element. Good service. No one at this location is slacking. Everyone is on their game. Rarely a long wait. Easy parking situation. One star knocked off as the bathroom can be a little dicey and dirty sometimes, but I live close enough I can just hold it if needed. I don't love chain restaurants. My review is only 3 stars due to the cleanliness of the restaurant and the wait time/check in system. We had a group of 7 but they only have a few tables that can accommodate more then 6ppl, due to this we kept getting text alerts that our table was ready but they actually couldn't seat us because the tables that were ready couldn't fit the size of our party. As far as the cleanliness goes, the floors were wet in many areas and we had to be very careful walking, also the bathroom was very unsettling without going into gross details. read more

We love Carrabba's but there is no longer one near where we live. In Nashville for a long weekend, so Carrabba's was on my must visit list. We were not disappointed. I ordered the Caesar Salad and Fettuccine Weesie. This is my all-time favorite Carrabba's dish and it was very good. The Caesar Salad was OK: tasty but not as good as I remembered getting at Carrabba's. DH ordered the all shrimp Spedino di Mare with Italian Salad and grilled asparagus. The shrimp were very good. The asparagus was just OK -- guess it's a little early in the season for perfect asparagus. He loved the salad. The warm Italian bread with herb dipping oil was perfect -- I always look forward to that delicious bread. Our server was very good, friendly, and knowledgeable. read more

Carrabba's it's not a place I would recommend for a great dinning experience, it's one of those hot or miss restaurants. I had not been in a while but recent visited and it was definitely subpar. Our waiter was horrible, he knew absolutely nothing about the menu, and basically said everything on the menu is good, however he then shared he could eat anything at the restaurant because of his allergies... you would think one that could eat the food would still learn the menu and suggest or give options of other... Besides bad customer service, the wait time for our food was rather long and the food came out it was barely room temperature. We were just so ready to go at the point we just accepted it for the most part. I sent my daughter chicken tender and fries back because it was super cold and another party in my group ordered crab cakes which we pretty gross ..i tasted myself the crab cakes tasted like they were drenched in lemon. As far as food I personally ordered the lobster ravioli which I tailored to my liking. no tomatoes and added spinach top off with crushed red peppers and the spicy sicilian chicken soup was not spicy and rather bland but after you add spices (salt, pepper and lots of crush red peppers ) it helps. And no manger came out to discuss the issues we had nor did we make a big fuss, we just dined and left.... If i go back it will probably be to check out their happy hour! read more

Came in on Friday Feb 13th at at 3pm, sat at the bar as we always do a couple of times a month. Ordered the same drink as we have for years, Expresso Martini Decaf, with Vodka, Kaluha, and Baileys. For some reason this time the bartender insited on upcharging $11.00 for the Baileys, this has never happened in the 20 years we have been coming there, or any other Carrabba's for that matter. As a result we each had one drink instead of 2 or 3 and then were on our way. We will not return in the future. I really hope your upcharge was worth losing a longtime customer. read more

Once a week I pick up a meal from Carrabba's at their drive up pick up spots.. their food is always delicious the orders are always correct, the servers that bring it to your car are super friendly and very willing to help you with anything you may need even bringing you out an extra bread . We've been coming to Carrabba's for over 20 years for a good reason. From Memphis to Franklin to Knoxville, the service and food are consistent across locations in the state, and you can expect the same ambiance in each location, though the restaurant layouts may be unique. We always make friends with the wonderful bartenders (shout out to Patricia in Hendersonville) who fill us in on the specialties and introduce us to the locals at the bar. We've also bought the Carrabba's cookbooks over the years and have made our own versions at home. We've even gone so far as to buy the Carrabba's red pasta dishes on special request so we can serve our versions in the same bowls and drink from the same wine glasses. My only suggestion--please bring back the veal and the Italian music. We'll manage on without it, but it was sure good! By the way, we definitely take advantage of dining rewards and it's one of the reasons we keep coming back. I love taking home an additional meal for 10 bucks; can't beat that in today's economy. This was our fourth visit. All three prior visits were PHENOMENAL! Especially thanks to our waiter Alan. This time was just absolutely horrendous!! Eric D was our waiter and he was just horrible. He took our club soda with lime and wine order... he brought those and said he would go ahead and take our appetizer and entree orders ( we said okay because the pace had been impeccable before). Two minutes later we had our bread and appetizer delivered at the same time. We had not even had time to enjoy our wine and complementary charcuterie! Less than 5 minutes later our soup and salad came out... had not even had time to enjoy our wine, bread or appetizer!!! Less than 3 minutes later they tried to serve our entrees!! We had been there about 15 minutes and there was NO PACE WHATSOEVER!!! It felt like food dumped on our table, no welcome, no chance to enjoy ANYTHING!! We said no on the entree and said they were bringing things out WAY TOO FAST!!! The cook was extremely loud and obnoxious making the entire ordeal even worse. They finally held off on bringing the entrees.... But ... BIG DEAL HERE!! THE BROUGHT OUT THE SANE ENTREES 15 minutes later and they were COLD!! Our waiter, ERIC D AND HIS FELLOW WAITRESS ( who slapped our food down onto the table) never apologized!!! This was BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE DINING EVER!!! We are rewards members and tip extremely well. We wasted $125 on this dining experience and are reluctant to even go back because of it. This is such a shame because ALAN had made our dining experience so wonderful and then we got completely destroyed by Eric D. Someone needs to contact me because this was OVER THE TOP!!!! read more

Horrible. Our server was pleasant. We ordered entrees and salads. 15 minutes after ordering I asked about our salads and they were delivered shortly. Two minutes later our entree were delivered. The Chicken Bryan was less than warm. The sautéed spinach seemed it had never seen a heated pan; it wasn't warm or even wilted, just a pile of spinach. We reported to server who offered us a complimentary dessert. We had enough bad food. We left most of our food and the server cleared our plates and left the check. On Saturday night and restaurant was less than half full. No manager check in. Never again. read more

Pseudo reservations or "call ahead" a joke. Made plans for 4, no seating in sight for us and people walking in off the street now eating while we wait. Update from the rest of the meal Despite the frustrations at the beginning, the wait time was not all that long though longer than I expected since we did their plan ahead seating and the restaurant was only about 2/3 full. Carrabba's used to be one of our favorite places to eat as a family and we have not eaten there in quite a while so we were looking forward to it. Things apparently have changed. It used to be that when you were seated They brought warm bread, mixed the olive oil in herbs and you got started with drinks. In this case before we were brought anything we were asked if we were ready to order so we did. After a while, we had a runner bring out the drinks, cold bread, salads, and the appetizer in one trip drop it all and take back off. Up to us to do their special blend of olive oil and herbs. No bread plates. No sweeteners for the unsweet tea and no one available to ask for anything. Then there was another runner who dropped off all of our food and tried to take back off, though I did grab them and ask for sweeteners. Obviously the days of fresh Parmesan for your dishes are gone and none available at the table either. Halfway or so through the meal, our waiter came back by. I mentioned that I was still waiting on some sweetener for the tea. I did finally get that just before I finished the meal so I had a few sips of my four dollar tea before I left. I guess it's because it's been a while since we've been in but the difference in food quality and presentation was huge. My wife and I always love the grilled chicken and always said we should just order one because the dual chicken breast was just so large. Now, despite it being twice the price I remember it is literally half the size. Maybe because it's so small it was extremely dry. Disappointing since on the way over we were talking about how we wish we had the secret for the juicy chicken served by Carrabba's. Bread in addition to being cold has definitely got a different recipe that none of us cared for. Would not re-order the fettuccine and even the chocolate cake at the end seems to have changed for the worse. We did not order any alcohol and yet for a basic meal with tip it was over $160 for two adults and two teenagers. For a nice meal that's fine but for what we received, I have no interest in going back. read more
