I had such a wonderful treatment from Taylor here. I came in for a custom facial with dermaplaning, which I had never experienced before. Taylor gave a wonderful massage, treated my skin well, addressed any concerns, and was wonderful to visit with. Taylor is fantastic! Right now since she is new, you can book her at a discounted rate, so get yourself a nice facial. I went to Conrad for my very first facial EVER. I was nervous about lots of things when I went in, you know -- basic skin confidence issues. But he was so reassuring and amazing. He answered all of my questions and I was so appreciative of the fact he didn't try to get me to buy expensive serums or treatments. He was honest about what my skin needed and told me that I didn't need expensive creams, etc. I almost fell asleep during the process because I was so relaxed. I got my brows done but none like this they s, they take the time to consult you, asks you what products you use, how your skin is feeling, the previous treatment history and then gives you the HONEST advise. I REALLY, REALLY, appreciated that!! My face is not symmetrical and hair doesn't grow symmetrical either. She recommend to try to grow the brows out to recover from threading that thinned to pencil thin. And also recommend that microblading could be truly beneficial because I just don't have the hair in the right place. Even through that meant I need to go get it done elsewhere. Thank you for your honest advice!! I took your advice and am getting that done today but because of your fantastic service, I WILL return for facials and other services soon! The salon is super cute. Had a Signature Spa Facial with Taylor. It was very relaxing and my skin felt smoother and hydrated for a day or so. I bought several products for my sensitive skin; they were not inexpensive. I spent almost $340 between the service and products. After a week, my skin felt more dry and irritated than it has in years. When I called to see if I could return for a spa credit - per their policy on website - I was told that opened products could not be returned. I immediately canceled my follow-up appointment. I called because I thought I was going to be a few minutes late driving in from out of town and they were totally cool about it and wanted me to just drive safely. Completed some preliminary forms and then he discussed in detail about the facial and proper skin care for my skin type. Studio is very clean and organized and has personality which made it comfortable. During the facial he told me step by step what he was doing. I felt very pampered! It was such an amazing experience. If I lived here I would see him all the time. After the treatment he told me about products I should consider using in my face. He didn't pressure me into buying any of the products in his store. I just had an amazing facial! I tend to have quite a few facials and by far this was one of the best. Conrad is great at what he does, he will analyze your skin and decide what treatment will be the best for you. I was very excited to get my facial, and extremely disappointed when I had no showed due to my infant son being very sick. The night prior I was at the hospital all night with no sleep, this was the last thing on my mind. I completely understand the cancellation policy and making sure your employees get paid. But when there is an emergency, I would expect more from a local business to be caring and understanding.
