What we loved most about dealing with Clear Choice Windows & Doors was the personalized service we received. They have a large selection of window frame materials to choose from and our choice of fiberglass was an easy one. It was explained to us that fiberglass windows are stronger than both vinyl and wood, making them incredibly resilient to weather and climate -- perfect for PNW homeowners. From start to finish, our team of window installers provided friendly service, excellent craftsmanship, and it took only two days to install the 10 new windows in our home. Before, during and after, the team cleaned up and kept the work site tidy at all times. There was minimal damage to our landscaping as well. We can feel a definite difference in the inside temperature of our house since the new windows were installed. Our AC doesn't seem to work as hard and it takes less time to cool off in the summer and to heat in the winter. The outside look is classy and fits well with the style of our house and the neighborhood. We highly recommend Clear Choice Windows & Doors if you're looking for new windows.

We have a front door that needs replacement soon, and I definitely know who I will call when we're ready for that project!

Said the "engineering" and permitting would be expensive. Instead, we worked with city building inspection/permitting. Wrote our own permit application, drew diagram, and paid the cheap fee of $30. All approved; no issues. Window was not of the quality we could have purchased from lifetime but at least I have a window in what was a previously dark cave of a bathroom! We will try to use them again in future if need arises. Don't confuse this company with Lifetime exteriors (I don't believe it's same company).

Long story short, we discovered so severe leaking during a kitchen remodel that required opening a ceiling. Key fob go to Harry's Key Service on 117th. Specifically the 117th location does vehicle fobs,…read moreothers do not. They've got high tech machines that copy the key part flawlessly. They have several very kind and informative employees. It turns out, the key copying is only part of the trick for the key fobs, as (at least my) cars have a radio sensor on the ignition that checks if the fob part is approved (programmed). If the key part matches for my car, it'll turn radio on but won't kick ignition over unless the fob part is programmed. In my car's case this was a set of steps such as insert old key, turn on for some seconds, turn off, insert new key, turn on off several times, then it programs it in the car. The people at Henry's explained all of this to me made it very clear that I am welcome to Google and try and do the fob programming myself to save money, or they can try it, or they can order a fob that's more reliable than the flimsy Amazon fob, and if none of those work it'll take an actual dealership unfortunately to get the thing to program. And, they have TONS of key designs to get inexpensive copies of your house keys!

At first, we were a little worried because his bid was low and he seemed a little nervous when he met with us. He turned out to be the best contractor experience we've had. He had a really good understanding of the period and architectural style that we were after for the moldings and quickly built out example pieces for us to look at based on suggestions that he added. For the doors and windows we gave him basic specs and he could have cut corners on the actual materials. Instead, he installed really high quality materials that probably exceeded our expectations. We had both a flooring and drywall contractor on the job and, despite the fact that they were nice guys, Rod is the only one I'm writing a review for. While we are generally happy with the other contractor's work, it is Rod's work that shines; uncompromising quality, honesty and within our budget. We would call him back in a heartbeat.
