Literally, like one minute after checking in and sitting down I was called up by the assistant at 1:45 p.m. exactly. Gave them my order. They immediately instructed me to come into the back and get my labs done; urine and blood for annual physical. Nurse did a good job didn't hurt or have any after soreness. I was done and out by 1:53 p.m. No complaints on my visit. Easy, free parking also. Plan ahead make appointment if no hurry. Fill out the insurance info they request from you ahead of time. Bring your orders. Use the Kiosk and they text you when they're ready to see you so you can walk around or sit in your car if extremely busy.

This place is so frustrating. I took my mom here for her lab appointment. We had a 15-minute window…read moreto make it to our appointment. We were past our original time frame, but were still within the 15-minute window. For some reason the automated check-in system didn't recognize that we were within the window and had automatically scheduled us as "walk-in" which meant hours of waiting with my infant...absolutely not. I tried to talk to the person that was there and she was so unhelpful. I seriously wish labcorp had a better system, cause what do you mean people have to wait hours to get their labs done? Kaiser never has this issue with a wait that long. I hope LabCorp can get better at what they do, cause it is such a frustrating experience.

So, I fasted for my blood draw and then I overslept missing my scheduled appointment. I took a…read morechance and walked in, only 2 of us were waiting. The lady at front counter was very polite and tidy in her appearance. It turns out she would be the one to draw my blood. Her name was KARLA and she was one of the best phlebotomist that have ever drawn my blood. She engaged me in conversation and that distracted me. Before, I knew it she was done. I got to my truck ripped open my box of chocolate covered raisins when my phone rang. It was Karla advising they missed one test! Argh ! Too late I was halfway thru my box. I returned on Friday and had a completely different experience. The lady at front counter was nice enough. But, she looked very messy, her hair was raggedy ann red. She kept making weird faces. I waited at least an hour, the man who drew my blood was ok. He wasn't as gentle as Karla. I bruised from his draw. So, my suggestion is to go when KARLAS working shes the best!

If I could give this facility no stars. I would. My doctor ordered fully panel bloodwork and 2…read morestool tests. I went to this location, and the older male phlebotomist drew my blood. I had to lift my arm out of my one sleeve so he could draw my blood. Then he gave me the instructions for the 2 stool samples. One had to be refrigerated. I took the 2 tests back the next day. He asked if I had the paperwork. He had already made a copy of the order, so I thought that was odd. I ran back home and picked up the paperwork. The facility closed at 2:00, so when I walked back into the facility, it was 2:00. I made the comment that I was glad that I made it on time. The phlebotomist said, "Well, you showed me one of your breasts, so I waited for you. I was so shocked that I didn't know what to say. I had an appointment with a gastrointestinal doctor the following week. He looked up the results of the 2 stool samples. He stated they weren't there. I went back to Labcorp, and the lady at the front desk had no idea. She told me to call the corporate office. That was a joke. I called, and the customer service rep had no idea where they were. She actually told me to come back in and redo the tests. I told her that the tests had to be done at home. Really?? I made 4 phone calls to Labcorp and finally spoke to an actual person. I asked to speak to a supervisor. He left me on hold for a long time, then finally took the information. A supervisor did call me back, and I explained the problems. He told me that it was probably lost. How would it get lost since I gave it to the phlebotomist? The supervisor told me that he would call me back. He never did. Is this the way for a facility yo operate? I would never go back there. The phlebotomist was unprofessional, and they lost 2 of my tests. Those tests were very important.
