Everyone who came in was incredibly polite, and I never felt judged for a second. Morgan was helpful, informative, and kind throughout the entire situation, making me feel safe and genuinely cared for in a way I have never experienced with a medical caretaker before. The one near my work doesn't have availability until several weeks out, but this one had a ton of availability. It's a little run down and not in the nicest plaza but I think because it's kind of hidden upstairs, it's fairly quiet here which is excellent. They had the same check in process as other Labcorps that require you to use their computer check in system. Overall, everything was the same but it's just so quiet here that I'm giving it 5 starts.

Literally, like one minute after checking in and sitting down I was called up by the assistant at 1:45 p.m. exactly. Gave them my order. They immediately instructed me to come into the back and get my labs done; urine and blood for annual physical. Nurse did a good job didn't hurt or have any after soreness. I was done and out by 1:53 p.m. No complaints on my visit. Easy, free parking also. Plan ahead make appointment if no hurry. Fill out the insurance info they request from you ahead of time. Bring your orders. Use the Kiosk and they text you when they're ready to see you so you can walk around or sit in your car if extremely busy.

For some reason the automated check-in system didn't recognize that we were within the window and had automatically scheduled us as "walk-in" which meant hours of waiting with my infant...absolutely not. Kaiser never has this issue with a wait that long. I hope LabCorp can get better at what they do, cause it is such a frustrating experience.
