This is a long overdue review for a great service and great experience with Randy Chang during what…read morewas a stressful situation. Last year, my wife's parents unfortunately passed away. Also unfortunate, they had a few low-life family members that they let live at their house. They refused to leave after we gave them a verbal notice (being family, thought that may be easiest). Instead, we had to do it the hard way. I found Randy on Yelp and gave him a call. He was more than willing to spend time answering my questions and offering advice whereas other folks seemed like they were rushing or required a fee upfront. Right away, that was a solid sign and very cool of Randy to just talk. So we retained him for a reasonable fee. In our situation, he sent the 60-day notice (leaches were there over a year) and thankfully for us, something happened with these people where they up and moved out suddenly without us having to pursue further legal action, which Randy was about to execute on (they were about 2 weeks past the 60 day mark). So good outcome. I will say that Randy was very helpful to us through all of our incessant inquiries. Lol. Any time you deal with this type of situation for the first time, there's of course a lot of emotion involved and you almost can't help it. Randy gave very sage advice and said, take the emotion out of it and just let the 60-days pass by, we'll take it from there. Definitely recommend Randy. Great guy and solid service. Thank you!
