    Avoid! These guys are only interested in selling new hvac units. Terrible value if you respect your hard - earned money. Did you know that the technicians get a commission off "finding" any unit that is 12-15 years old and reporting it back to the sales team? Guess what happens? Most systems magically "need to be replaced" to the tune of several thousands of dollars. Anyhow, Can all of these very bad reviews be wrong? In my experience the many bad reviews here are unfortunately true. But n my service, the technician tried to razzle-dazzle me with a fake coolant leak detection, supposed mold buildup in the vent (it wasn't),and a fan that motor that pulled too many amps 1.6 vs 1.5A) It was all a lie! Turns out the tech somehow shorted out the hvac/ furnace control board. On the callback they are a no-show. AVOID this nightmare. Don't even bother trying to explain your way out of this CONway. The word is out around town you are not a good value if you are misleading customers like all the bad reviews show. Very Bad form. I would recommend anyone to NEVER even consider this company for any kind of service. Had to call another tech and spend $600 for a controller board replacement and about a pound of coolant because that's all that was wrong in the first place.

    I contacted Air Serve on 5/17 to service my inoperable unit. In short yes he attempted to upsale…read moreme to purchase a new unit, which I didn't fall for. My bigger issue is (1) they don't provide you anything in writing even after asking multiple times (2) I agreed to have them complete the repairs on my unit for a total of $1,300, minus the amount of the service call ($62). (3) The tech was supposed to be processing my payment of $62 for the service call on my debit card and he charged me for the entire $1,300 repair that hadn't taken place. I was ASSURED by this tech that it would be reversed first thing this morning by their office team. I never intended to pay the actual repair on my debit card, which I told the tech before he ran the charge. I have now placed 4 calls to them for a status update, each time i'm advised an urgent message has been sent to accounting to reverse the transaction but no reversal has taken. There is zero sense of urgency for them to rectify their "mistake". This was only caught when I asked the tech to provide me with a receipt for the amount I was paying. I have since canceled my service call with them because I have little faith in their integrity based on something so simple that was an error on their part taking an entire day to resolve. Remarkably unprofessional, inconsiderate and poor customer service. I will share this review on every platform.

    I returned home from an out of town trip to find that I had water pooling and running in my yard. I…read morecontacted my water department and the technician confirmed a leak and that I would need to contact a plumber. A friend recommended Smith's based on their 5 star rating on google and the A+BBB rating. I read the reviews and checked out their website. I called and Amber was extremely nice and helpful in getting me setup for an appointment. She even gave me a number to send the video of the leak I had. My appointment was the next afternoon. The next day Amber had texted to let me know that if it rained the technician would reschedule since it would be difficult to find a leak in the rain but that the technician would let me know. However the rain held off and I received a text that the technician was on his way. The text had a picture along with the name of who was coming. That is something I liked and really felt stood out with customer service. The technician Joe arrived extremely nice guy down to earth very professional. He got right to the job and literally within 15 minutes checked out what was going on. He gave me the estimate-and military discount. I was ready to schedule for the service to see when they could do it. I pulled my calendar out and Joe was like are you going to be here and I said yes and he said ok I'll go get my tools. Lol! I was like this is great I had no idea he had time to take care of it today. It was perfect. Joe got to work and I mean this guy worked! He got the job done and made sure everything worked ok. Found the problem, fixed it better than before with better parts. He made sure that the work he did I was happy with and I'm telling you the service from this company from the first phone call to Amber to meeting Joe was "Top of the Line" excellent service! The quality of work and I felt the price was fair. I hope I do t have another leak but if I need any plumbing done, Smith's will be my first call. They service a lot of areas including North Mississippi and they give military discount. Thank you guys again! I'm one happy and freshly showered customer!
