    Milkshake time and place

Worst cook out in the area for sure I ordered a burger tray and when I was eating it I noticed that what was in my mouth was a nasty twist tie not a burger :( chicken quesadillas were cold and the chicken in it was inedible. Milkshakes are always okay.

Food this time was iffy at best. The order ended up coming out wrong and then after looking at the receipt, I was over charged for a small drink and a side of the cheese bites. Sometimes cook out hits the spot... this time not so much.

CALLING ALL MANAGEMENT If this is your store, franchise location or even if you are the regional manager! I want to see all hands on deck! I'm currently STUCK in the line for 45 min on a Monday night for a burger and fries and I haven't even ordered yet! I know there is a shortage in food and beverage but if you are sitting at a desk collecting money on this location you need to get your ass down here and put on some gloves to slap some chilly on that dog. Everyone in the location is trying hard to make it happen but your ass is waiting for a paycheck. I would have left 35 min ago if I could but I'm stuck wasting gas and time. I could have eaten at Waffle House 4 times by now. Get yo ass up and hurrah!

I ordered a beef quesadilla with chili and cheese bites and waited in line for 20 minutes to get them. I got the cheese bites but the quesadilla and the chili weren't in the bag so i had to get back in line and wait another 30 minutes to get the rest of my order. Halfway home i realized one of the bags was wet and it was because the chili container was busted and half empty. It was nearly midnight after a long day at work and I was not wanting to go back for a third time, hoping a call tomorrow can fix this messy experience.

I'm honestly not sure how a fast food place is so slow. It literally rooms us over 30 minutes to get our order.

50 for a burger the size you get from McDonald's or Burger King, small, a tiny cheese quesadilla and a small order of hush puppies.

Right away, the service stands out. We were greeted and immediately offered a sample of brisket, which set the tone. The staff were super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and the ordering process has a really smooth, well thought out flow that keeps things moving without feeling rushed. We sat on the covered patio, which was clean, comfortable, and a great place to enjoy a meal. Now, the food. This is where it really shines. I'm a bit of a BBQ aficionado, so I'll be a little nitpicky, but none of this takes away from how great it was overall. The brisket was phenomenal. We tried both lean and fatty--both were excellent. If I had to critique anything, it leaned slightly salty, but the bark, smoke, and overall flavor were outstanding. The pulled pork was just as impressive. Tener, moist, and packed with flavor, with no wasted bits. The Texas sausage was incredibly flavorful, though slightly on the mealy side texturally. That said, the green chile cheddar sausage was an absolute standout. Loaded with flavor, chiles, and cheese. A must-order. The sides were the only area that didn't quite keep pace with the meats. The beans were a bit undercooked and lacking depth of flavor. The slaw was fresh and well-balanced, but not particularly memorable. The corn pudding was solid, but again, nothing that stood out. The sauces also deserve some recognition. All four were fantastic, each with its own unique profile. Honestly, I could've just sat there sampling them on their own. They paired perfectly with different meats and added another layer to the experience. Overall, this is an incredible BBQ spot. While it may not quite reach the level of some top tier Texas joints, it absolutely rivals them and stands out as one of the best you'll find outside of Texas.

The employees at this eatery are incredibly attentive and friendly, walking around the dining area with regularity to keep tables clean & check in each customer if you need anything. I have wanted to stop in for lunch at this spot for a while and on an early work release snow day…read moreon a Friday lunch, my desires all came true for rotisserie chicken. I mean, it is rotisserie chicken and that is a good thing! This was a tender, juicy chicken wing and thigh (1/4 chicken, dark). I really could not tell a discernible difference between this chicken and one of the standards from, say, Publix or Costco. But it was good. The sauces are a different story. They are why the Peruvian chicken really crosses the road. This is the differentiator. The sauces are, Aji Amarillo Sauce (Mild / Yellow), Huacatay Sauce (Medium / Green), Roasted Rocoto Sauce (Hot / Red), and Huancaina Sauce (Creamy Queso Fresco Sauce). I did not try them all, but I did roll with the Rocoto sauce. It was spicy, maybe too much for the average "mild" sauce person, but for me, it was a nice compliment to the chicken and sides that I ordered. And I received two of the small plastic "ramekin" type sauce containers for "to go." Which is good, because my order was "to go." Service was quick and polite. Restaurant is smaller, but very clean. Kitchen is open enough so that you can see the process in the works. My sides were cilantro rice and Peruvian corn salad. Both very healthy and both very bland. Which is another big plus for the sauce. I would also add that the location is at the corner of Garlington Road and Woodruff Road and not the easiest place to get into and out of unless you are going in a certain direction. Which I was. A minor win there. All told, this is a good option if you can get in and out with traffic, the chicken is good, the star of the show is definitely the sauce and I would say that overall their menu has very healthy options. My quarter chicken listed for $10.39 with two sides. With my Viva Chicken desires satisfied, I would recommend this restaurant if convenient to your travels, but honestly would not make it a destination.

Right by Fluor Field with a fun, lively vibe. We sat outside, which was clean, comfortable, and a great spot to hang out before an event. Service was fantastic. David, our server, was friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable, and really helped elevate the experience. For food, we started with the wings (dry rub and Jamaican jerk). The flavors were decent, but the wings themselves were rubbery and a bit underwhelming, especially considering the price point. One standout though... the ranch dressing. Easily some of the best I've had. The breakfast tacos were good overall, and the chimichurri was fresh and flavorful. I think adding a creamy component would have taken them up another level. The sweet potato fries were fantastic. The chicken and biscuit was decent. The Nashville-style chicken had good flavor, but the tenders were on the smaller side, making the portion feel a bit lacking. The biscuit itself was solid. The tallow fries were also well done, and the Lefty's sauce was a nice addition. One unique touch at the end. You're given the option to send a postcard, and they handle the postage and mailing for you. A really fun and memorable detail. Overall, a good spot with great service and atmosphere, though some of the food execution and portion sizes could be improved.
