Visited Cookie co on a Friday evening after dinner. The store was very clean and employees were nice and extremely helpful. I decided to go with the parent trap cookie which was peanut butter and Oreo. It was just ok to me. I would definitely say Crumbl is a good comparison to this place. The cookie was huge and still had some doughy parts. They did explain that they are able to warm certain cookies but not the ones with icing on top. This place is worth a try if your a fan of large doughy cookies similar to the ones at Crumbl if your more into smaller crispy cookies this may not be your spot.

Got 4 different cookies, all were dry. Like my humor, dry like sandpaper, dry like the Sahara. Did I mention they were dry? Also expensive for even a moist cookie, but they were dry, not sure I mentioned it. Half price may have been more appropriate for the dry cookies. So here is the deal, not my first time with this place, (we try very hard to support local) sooooo third time is not the charm. Take it from me, if you want a cookie because ya can't get one from your favorite baker or sweet Auntie, go to CRUMBL then. Ugh. ****My better half and her thoughts below. (I ordered 4 different cookies, all were pretty terrible. The chocolate one is horribly dry and flavorless, the sugar cookie tastes like almond extract, yuck and the monster cookie crumbles in your hand as it's all oats. The cookies are way overpriced for the quality, this was my second go here and will be my last, not worth it.)

Pretty rich and sweet - what I expected. Crumbl definitely has more options but these weren't bad at all!

Crazy Mason takes ice cream treats to an over the top level as each mason treat is topped with cake or candy. Don't eat a big dinner before because you will not be able to finish your treat. Order at the counter and your treat will be ready for pickup in a few minutes. I had Cookie Butter Takeover. The ice cream mixed well with the waffle, Butterfinger, and other toppings. The ice cream itself is on the softer side so it did melt a little quicker than I would have preferred. If you're seeking an over the top dessert treat and have an appetite you will satisfy your taste buds at The Crazy Mason.

We've been wanting to try the Concord location, so it was nice to finally check it out. I ordered the peanut butter overload milkshake and went with the simple version, so mine came in a regular cup--not one of the big mason jar builds. I did get a few pictures of the mason jar ones though, and they are definitely over-the-top and loaded. Even with the regular version, my shake was really good--super thick, rich, and a lot to get through. I made it a little over halfway before I was done. It was about $9, which feels pretty reasonable for the portion and quality you're getting. My niece had the cookie crumble, her friend got the banana pudding, and my sister had butter pecan in a waffle cone. Everyone enjoyed theirs--no complaints at all. The space itself is really cute. It's very kid-friendly and family-friendly, but honestly, it would make a fun little date night stop too. Just know going in--you can definitely share because the portions are heavy. I'll be back to try one of those fully loaded mason jar shakes next time. Service was good. 10/10 recommend.

It's a very happening spot for young and old, families and friends, people looking to work, and others just there to chill and relax. The line was out the door for the duration of my time there, but do not let that deter you. They have ample space to handle the crowd and it's well staffed with people constantly walking around helping and answering questions. Service is fast and everyone is so nice. They have a variety of seating arrangements which makes it great for large or small groups. This may sound like a lot is going on, and it is...but at the same time it's very relaxing and chill. You place your order at the counter and I'm telling you, they have a great variety to choose from. My party shared some chicken flatbread, a Caprese style appetizer(not its name), and sweet potato cheesecake. Whe all enjoyed some coffee made to order for our liking. We even ordered some pistachio and dubai chocolate desserts to go. Everything was superb! We sat and talked for hours and just soaked in the environment. I had such a great experience and I'm really looking forward to dining here again.

I've been for morning coffee when it's not as busy and late at night weekends during it's busiest times. Finding a parking space is challenging, especially on weekends. But once you step inside Vavela's you forget all about that because the vibe catches you instantly. The music, upbeat yet relaxing, transports you to another place and time. As soon as the doors open it's impressive! Seating is welcoming and abundant, be it at a table, on sofas or a grouping of comfortable chairs. When you walk up to the counter to order they have all of their drinks and deserts chilling and on display. And there are a lot of them! I don't know if they are made from scratch or premade, but I've had about 6 different kinds and each one was better than the next. All delicious! On my last visit we got our coffees, shared chicken flatbread, a tomatoe/cheese appetizer and sweet potato cheesecake and EVERYTHING was delicious!!!! They always have a lot of servers and they bring your order to your table. Because it stays busy I notice they have to constantly be on top of cleaning the tables and floors and often people will grab a seat before the staff has a chance to clean the area. But they overall do a good job staying on top of it. I highly recommend Vavela for a group meeting, or if alone, bring your laptop, your studies and get some work done while grabbing a bite to eat...and a Latte.
