Stumbled upon this as me & my boyfriend were going to Ross next door and we decided to check it out after shopping. We were so close to not going because we were still full from dinner & I am so glad we did! This is the perfect treat to have after shopping. Right when we walked in, they were all so welcoming & friendly. They were so nice & personable. They are a family owned business & you can tell they love what they do! I like that every Friday they drop new flavors, that keeps things exciting. Today we tried oatmeal chocolate chip & peanut butter Nutella and OH EM GEE! I am pretty picky when it comes to my cookies and wowowow, the oatmeal chocolate chip was baked to perfection. It was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft but not too soft on the inside, they got the formula down to the T. I don't even like peanut butter but damnnnn that peanut butter Nutella was good!! They also have drinks too we didn't get to try but we will definitely try next time. Me & my boyfriend absolutely enjoyed the cookies & the service. Can't beat good food & good vibes! 10/10 recommend! We loved it so much we're going back tomorrow to try their drinks & then get more cookies to share with our friends. I really wanted to like this place. I'm giving them 3 stars for the service and for the pumpkin spice cookie and key-lime cookie. The guys there were great, super friendly. Cookie Friday is my favorite specialty cookie store in Henderson. I like them better than Crumble and all of the others. There's never been much of a wait when I pick up cookies, and you can even get them delivered from all the major services. The shop has little ambiance, so I always take them to go. They come in a super cute box, which is fun. They are the best buttery cookies with the right amount of salt, and the frosting ones are super velvety. Yum!!!! read more

Cookie Friday had a booth at the San Gennaro Festival this weekend. I had a chocolate chip cookie and my friend got the Biscoff cookie. Both were delicious! The chocolate chip cookie was pure chocolatey, gooey greatness!! The Biscoff was excellent as well. The owner's husband was manning the booth and told us his wife's journey in baking and the various cookie shop locations she's had here in the Las Vegas area. Happy National Cookie Day!!! It was such a fun night celebrating this iconic treat at Cookie Friday! Located on the corner of Post Road and McLeod near Patrick, this delightful bakeshop is tucked inside McLeod Business Center. They're in the building behind Landmark Citizens Choice. Signs are displayed on the sidewalk to easily find them. Upon entrance, a sweet aroma of freshly baked cookies permeates in the air. The interior layout is spacious, it has open shelves and elements of an industrial style kitchen. This is not a typical bakery where all the goods are displayed for selection in a glass case. They have a visible prep area with trays of cookie dough and a commercial oven. After it's done baking, a set of four cookies are carefully placed in a box and are ready for pick up and purchase. It's pretty cool seeing the baker make lots of cookies! Today they offered their specialty item, a Triple Chocolate Cookie which is absolutely delicious! It's soft baked chocolate cookie with silky chocolate ganache and a smooth chocolate mousse. Cookie is huge! Its texture is similar to a light cupcake, so delicate and pillowy like a cloud of fluffy cookies, it's remarkable! Tyler and Janeen are incredibly kind and generous! They were giving each customer a complimentary chocolate chip cookie to celebrate National Cookie Day, and a Cookie Friday long face mask which is super cool. The chocolate chip cookie has a lovely exterior crisp, perfect sweetness, and it just melts in your mouth like cotton candy. I love Cookie Friday! Each week is a different flavored cookie. Next Friday they will have the orange creamsicle cookie with hints of orange zest and cream cheese, it's gonna be yummy! Amazing cookies packaged so nicely in a box, these make for great gifts. My daughter and I couldn't wait to check out this new cookie shop in our neighborhood. We aren't huge fans of Crumbl, so we were a little leery. We love to make cookies, and store bought options haven't always compared. These cookies blew their competition of the water!!! They are perfectly baked and aren't sickeningly sweet like some others. When we got home, the chocolate chip was still warm, and I have to say, it might be the best chocolate chip cookie I've ever had. Tuesday night cookie review!! I know this may not be the best day to get the freshest cookie but I was in the area and wanted to try them. I got the red velvet (seasonal) and oatmeal cookie. Tried to order a sugar cookie and chocolate chip as well but both were on display but not available, unfortunately. The oatmeal cook was good and tasted fresh. The red velvet was cold, tasted like it sat around for a while, dry/crumbed apart and was not very chewy at all. Overall, decent cookies. I'm sure fresh they are way better. Heard about this place the way you hear about all of the best things in life - from a friend. He said he knew this lady who made gourmet cookies... but only on Fridays. Well: my curiosity was piqued. So when the stars finally aligned and I had the chance to get some, I did the logical thing and got all of the cookies. Usually, I do what most people do when it comes to cookies - chocolate chip or other standard flavors. And those usually are my favorite. And while the chocolate chip and cookies and cream ones were awesome, it was the citrus-y ones that really blew my mind. I'm not even a big coconut guy. But the coconut lime blew me away. Perfect amount of flavor - present but not overpowering. Sweet but not so sugary that it just becomes a sugar cookie. Lemon? Also awesome.
