If you're looking for some warm & fuzzy customer service........this is NOT the place. It was our 1st time & we were in the area to try it. Walked in & a young lady came out from the back. She said Hi, 1st time here? We said yes and then tried to ask a question but was cut off with "well this size is this price & that size is that price, so what would you like?" - Everything was very cut & dry like she wanted us to hurry up & stop interrupting her peaceful time in the empty store. As for the cookies, the 12 mini's were almost $25 and we still had to bake them when we got home. Not sure they can warm them for you & if they can, it definitely was not offered. Cookies had great flavor & there was a good variety to choose from, but I think for the price, there are better options in the area.

Undercooked & overly sweet. Somehow worse than Crumbl... these chains really struggling to bake a simple cookie. Sad. Go to cinnaholic instead get their cookie dough 0/5

Atmosphere was nice. Nice vibe when you walk into the business. Cookies are pretty thick as they advertise which can be much or little for some. I like that the instructions on how to store them was on the box cover, which all 7 cookies ended up getting frozen. I also like that they only rotate certain cookies and not get customers hopes up by taking away the best seller. Service was great and the cashier was very informative.

Visited Cookie Plug for the first time while doing some Christmas shopping. This was a great sugar boost to get me through the end of the day! The interior is very small, for take out orders only, but bright, colorful and very eclectic. The cashier was very friendly, telling us about all the flavors. They offer their cookies in 3 sizes, though by that time of day, they didn't have each flavor still available in all the sizes . We got 11of their medium cookies for $11, and they allowed us to mix and match. We got some red velvet cookies, some double chocolate, some chocolate chip, among others. They were warm when we left, and the perfect consistency, slightly doughy, but still cooked. As far as other cookie shops go, these are my new favorite, they don't need to be loaded up with frosting to be good, just the cookies themself. I will definitely be returning, and suggest you check it out too!

Update: so I didn't like Cookie Plug much the first time I tried it. I found it a little salty and just overall okay-ish. But, over the last few months, I've come to like their cookies a lot. They are a nice size, thick, but still soft in the middle. I don't think I'm a big fan of the cereal one, but the rest have been a delight. So the first off experience of mine will be blamed on the opening day chaos. But otherwise, this is a great cookie spot.

Got the 12 pack minis. The guy at the front seemed like we were ruining his life by asking questions. Cookies were not good and dry. The snickerdoodle one was the best and it was a 5/10. Kroger has better cookies. Don't waste your time. The best part is they come in cool tubes that are probably useless but fun to play with. The ambience of the store led us to question if we were ordering weed cookies or not. Not coming back-even if we are high.

This is the first store in NC! I came in for their grand opening and it did not disappoint. I got an assortment of cookies. The cookies are thick and soft. There are 13 regular flavors, OG chocolate chip, crunch nugget, pink elephant...just to name a few. And they also have a few keto options. The box has instructions on how to heat them up. The inside of the store is so colorful and nicely done with the murals on each wall. They also have a little merch section in the corner. This is a grab and go spot so there is no seating on the inside. For it to be their first day open, they were very swift with their service so the line was moving fairly quickly and everyone was friendly.

My friend wanted to come here but I wasn't interested. I didn't think I would enjoy the cookies. The decor was so colorful and fun. The staff Christina was a lot of fun also. I could tell she enjoyed her job. They have daily deals and their cookies are huge. We got seven cookies and a baby bottle for $25! You ain't getting that a crumbl lol. The cookies had hard edges but were soft in the inside! Now that's a perfect cookie. My favorite was the purple elephant

Walk in and was greeted with a big smile. The customer service was amazing. She helps us to make good decisions and also told us upfront on the savings. We got 4 cookies for a good price. I also wanted to try the Purple Baby Bottle with was a very tasty lemonade drink. Cookies by far the best I have had in a long long time. Nice crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I will definitely be back again.. Highly recommend

The keto cookies taste pretty good. They are super small and just as expensive as the bigger non keto cookies. This locations DOES NOT PARTICIPATE in national promotions though so don't come here based on some deal you saw on the main Facebook page like we did because they won't honor it.

The decor was cool. Airbrushed walls. Hip hop theme. Cool cookie names. The cookies were delicious. Pretty big too. 1 for $5. They also offer a sample bag for $12. The cookies come in a ziplock bag. The lemonade was a 4 on a scale of 10. Needed more flavor and sugar. I didn't taste the fruit punch. The drinks are served in a double cup with no lid. (HadI known it wasn't going to come with a lid, I would not have ordered it. Driving and making sure nothing spilled wasn't fun.) I didn't understand the reference of it. The employee said it was like something, but I didn't understand the reference. lol. The purple lemonade was $4 in a baby bottle or $3 in a cup. They offer a rewards program. 1 free cookie when you sign up. And then you accrue points. The staff was very friendly & greeted us asap. Some are in training and learning, so patience is a virtue. (Wink) I recommend the cookies. Not the lemonade.

The sweet potato pancakes were really good, and the steak and eggs surprised me because the steak portion was huge and cooked really well. The avocado toast was also delicious, and even something simple like the eggs and cheese tasted amazing -- they really know how to make good scrambled eggs there. I also thought it was really cool that they had a little French market section where you can shop for French products while you're there. Most of the mimosas were really good too, and on Sundays they're only $5, which was a nice bonus. The wait time was definitely long -- over an hour and a half -- but honestly, the food and overall experience made it feel worth it in the end!

Really great flavor but I barely made it halfway through the bowl. I also ordered the lemon ricotta pancakes. They're probably my favorite thing on the menu. Taste, texture, consistency, all perfect. Tried their crepes for the first time and loved it as well. As someone who drinks coffee daily, they make really good lattes. The salted honey was that perfect balance of sweet and salty without being too much of either. This is the perfect breakfast/brunch restaurant. They're consistent, personable and efficient. Can't wait to come back and check out some new items.

Just inside, the pastry case is centrally displayed under the main counter, stock full of an array of traditional French pastries, so long as you arrive before they are sold out. To the left, is an open view of the kitchen, where you can watch the bread shaping and baking take place. I ordered an americano, alongside the sausage roll, the chocolate almond croissant, and the oranais, a traditional apricot filled pastry. Each croissant was flaky, buttery, and flavorful, washed down by the americano, leaving nothing to be desired. To top it off, the pastries were enjoyed on a beautiful, sunny day among the patio seating within the alleyway.
