It only takes a few minutes or as long as it takes for you to decide on how many sweet treats you want. We stopped in the other day in the late afternoon and built a four box, carrot cake, butter cake, chocolate chip and the half and half option that day. Place your order on the screen, fill out your info and digits, then pay. An employee will build your box while you wait and call you when its ready. Crumble is a chain of franchised spots the began in Utah in 2017. Due to its very strong social media presence (very big on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook), it has grown rapidly, in some ways creating artificial hype using paid influencers, partnering with celebrities and other well known brands like Dove. As of August 2024, there were over 1070 locations in the US! But at the end of the day do they make good cookies and give good value - opinions vary. Lots of folks seem to like the cookies offered here, and many are fond of the variety that rotates fairly often, though what is available at any one time is limited. The couple of cookies I've tried were simply too sweet for my tastes, and the base of the cookies seemed much the same! And I'm no fan of the sterile fast/casual environment or the impersonal ordering setup. Crumbl seems to be a victim of their own success. 5:48 pm Store absolutely packed with customers. Checked on the order I placed three hours ago and was told I was 20th on the list. Was on my way to a birthday dinner, planning to bring mini confetti-cake "cookies," just cancelled the order. (Employee handled this nicely). Disappointing! First time at this location. I saw about four young men and women working at the time I stopped by. A young man offered to help me as their wifi had gone out and he needed to use the hotspot on his phone to get my order in. I appreciated his help. The store delivered delicious cookies in a timely manner. My only critical point is that the store could've been cleaner. Especially given all the staff there. Blueberry pancake- served warm and loved the blueberry topping with the dollop of slightly salty buttercream on top. Delicious! Toffee Cake- light and moist but lacked the toffee flavor I was hoping would be pronounced in it. I'd skip this one if it was available. Ordering online to have your cookies ready when you arrive is the way to go. You get in and out super fast. On Mondays- at least as of the date I posted this review- you can get their mini cookies in all the weekly flavors. The mini cookies are simply the size of a regular cookie while the regular size ones are giant cookies. I have yet to get the mini ones personally but I love that they offer them. Now, I don't usually grab something here because my previous experience trying some of their cookie flavors were just TOO sweet to the point where I just couldn't even finish it. I ordered 2 cookies: their original Milk Chocolate Chip and the "Mom's Recipe" cookies. Did I ended up finishing both of them? The next day yeah, lol. Their milk choc. chip is served warm and it was just decent. I was actually surprised with the "mom's recipe" cookie 'cause I didn't know they have oats in there! I love oatmeal cookies (no raisins pls) and this was actually pretty good. There's bits of toffee chips in there along with chocolate chips and a hint of cinnamon. I had a terrible experience today. They were out of milk and the cookie dough cookie, which makes no sense for a cookie place. Gotta love a warm chocolate chip cookie! However, I'm always surprised by their chilled fruit based flavors, whether it's strawberry, lemon, orange or even mango, the fruit cookies always seem to be my favorite. We tried the Toffee Cake, and while it was quite large, it was a very light cake with a light whipped topping, plus a light caramel sauce... so much lighter than expected. So I went to this location yesterday because it was my birthday and I had a free cookie. I first want to say that the cookies I got were absolutely fresh and delicious and everything I could ever want in a cookie. But when I walked in, there were a few other people waiting none of the employees said hi to check in if I needed any help no one said a word. My first experience at this location was a bad experience. I ordered the mango frozen yogurt cookie. The topping had minimal mango yogurt. It was majority vanilla frosting. The actual cookie didn't even taste like a mango cookie, more like a sugar cookie than anything. There was also no mango piece on top. Rip off for the money I spent for a gourmet cookie. The rotating flavors is something that adds excitement and keep you from eating your weight in the same flavor every week. The store is quiet and easy navigate. There are kiosks for self service and a register for those who like to order in person. The cookies are a little pricey in comparison to your cheaper grocery brands, but Crumbl cookies are always a good size. I may not have a flavor I want to try every week, but I always check just in case. read more
