While we were in the line the staff were taking time to get to know the guests which I thought was a great service touch. I got the NY Cheesecake Stacker and wow. It was good. It was A LOT, portion-wise, which is never a bad thing. Flavor was great. It wasn't as aggressively sweet you think. This was a fun place to try. I mean line out the door, people being loud, the cashier and other person seemed so entirely overwhelmed, but by the time it was time to place my order, she still managed to smile and greet me. From what I listened to while O was in line, the customers were irrationally agitated. I also loved the buttery crust. The White Chocolate Raspberry was rich and creamy, with the tang of the raspberry exactly where and when you need it in every bite. I had to take bites out of each, you know, to treat them fairly. Lol Although I paid dearly for eating too much dairy, it was worth the experience. Sometimes, you just have to eat the lactose pill and jump in! I'm so glad I did. Now you know that Cheesecakes by Alex is Kiesha Speech approved. Hands down, they are bringing more than flavor.
