I really enjoyed the baked goods I tried from here. I found Baked by A.K. when I was randomly shopping at the Great Park Farmer's Market in Irvine. I was looking for the best organic pasteurized eggs and stumbled by her booth. We had a bunch of questions and she answered them all. I asked which was the most popular and she told me the Cranberry Crumble Cake and their Zucchini Chocolate Cake. OMG they were both so good. They were both very impressive. I am not on a Keto diet but I couldn't even tell! The Cranberry Crumble Cake had the best texture. I love the crumble part on the outside. The cake part was very moist and had fresh tart and sweet cranberries inside. I loved it. The Zucchini chocolate cake was also very soft and super tasty. I love anything chocolate and this was delicious. I wish I bought more from her. I liked that she was super nice offered to give us samples and even asked us if we wanted to take a photo of the nutrition labels so we can check it out when we were ready to eat them. I highly recommend if you are health conscious but still want to treat yourself. I cannot wait to try her other items.

My first vegan pastry was with Baked by A.K. Let me tell you that it's pretty darn delicious! Never knew eating healthy can be so YUMMY! My in-laws enjoyed the treat very much! My favorite is the banana bread :) Sesame cookies were my aunts favorite as well! Definitely a yes! For some healthy treat! Catering a yes as well! We can all start 2021 by eating healthy and spoiling ourselves with some cookies and bread hehehe (Never too late)!

Baked by A.K. is just fantastic. There's a heavy emphasis on vegan baked goods and even though we aren't vegan, we do try to eat as many vegan foods as we can. Our family also consists of some real baking snobs, so trying new baked goods tends to get done through a more scrutinizing lens. Vegan or not, these are simply delicious scratch-made baked goods made with a real artisan's touch. They're quality. And for those ardently non-vegan types, the non-vegan baked goods are equally delicious. I really like Baked by A.K.'s versatility and variety, and honestly everything I've ever tasted has been first class. Here's my picky daughter giving one of Baked by A.K.'s Christmas cookies the thumbs up. You have to understand how picky she is to fully appreciate why her thumbs-up means so much, LOL!

I'm far from vegan but what I appreciate is something that is tasty. So I write this review as the products I've tasted from just a baked good perspective. My favorite item is the keto orange loaf which was super moist and delicious followed by the chocolate chunk cookies. The cookies had a lot of chocolate and when slightly melted was gooey goodness. I highly recommend trying out this small business and see what she has to offer. Vegan, gluten free or just a dessert lover.. her products cater to all of them.

Soft, slightly chewy, and sweet.. but not overly decadent. Yummy

I'm not vegan but I am a cookie lover. I saw the website for chunky chocolate chip cookie and had to try. The owner delivered my order in 2 days and loved them. They are best kept at cool or room temps. Packaging is cute too!

I would like to contact you to see what you have available. Do you have a phone number?? also where are you in your farmers markets? Is there anything close to Dana point?

I will be at the Dana Point farmers’ market tomorrow, 9-1.

Hi. Do you make vegan gluten free cakes? I'd love to order any flavors you offer. Please let me know. Thank you

    I do!

I want to buy some things from you?

Sure, we are at local farmers' markets around Orange County throughout the week. We are based in Fullerton (where our kitchen is). If preordering, you can preorder and schedule a pickup at the kitchen or at any of our farmers' markets.

I'll start off with the parking. There's plenty of parking in the shopping center if you get there early enough. The decor was on par with the theme. The place is not big but every inch of this place was decorated. Definitely gave a Halloween vibe. My husband and I wanted to try the food. At the entrance I was told to ask a waitress about a table. Some were reserved already so we waited a little while. Paola hooked us up with a table about 10 minutes later. We ordered our food and some drinks and within 10 minutes we were eating. We ordered some wings a burger and Cajun fries. Everything was delicious and although the drinks are kind of pricey they were delicious. Paola kept checking in on us and once we were ready to close the tab, she got us a high top table by the area where people were dancing. She still would check in on us from time to time and even brought us some water. So shout out to her! The dj played good music and the whole place was vibing. Everyone was having a good time. They played music that made me reminisce of my high school days as well as current music. The only thing I was not to fond of was the bathroom. Only two stalls for the women's restroom and a bathroom for either gender. At times the line would be long. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves very much and would definitely go back next year if they do it again.

Luckily, my friend and I had a great time meeting new people (way younger than us) and dancing our butts off. The bartenders were so nice. Loved James. Hes super cool. The signature cocktails (I forgot what I had but it has vodka lol), was actually refreshing. Not overly sweet. Can't say much on food since my friend ordered fries. But otherwise, I hope they bring back more pop-ups (hinting for Xmas theme, guys???)

Their pop-up restaurant moves around to various venues, like wineries and breweries. The service was very good, and Chef Taylor (owner) and his staff were super friendly and open to my feedback. We tried the Old Yeller ($14), a Wagyu beef hotdog served with chips and a sweet pickle. We also tried a bowl of their Wagyu Homestead Chili ($12), topped with cheddar cheese and jalapeños. Their menu primarily focuses on Wagyu burgers, but we had eaten a large breakfast, so we just wanted to try something smaller. I enjoyed pairing the chili on my chips with the red wines we were tasting. We enjoyed everything we tried, and I would love to check them out again to try a burger. I recommend that you follow them on IG ("eatparlor") to see where they'll be popping up next.

So i am a bit confused about the photos here, because there is an actual restaurant looking place,…read moresome little cart and a food truck. Hopefully they are all related. My review is based on the food truck. It was my son's birthday. He was allowed to chose anything he wanted for dinner. Any price point... anything. Well i had seen this on Instagram and shared it with him two weeks prior. At first he wanted to go to Nobu or there were a few other high end options, but that is not his style honestly. Luckily, he remembered the post that I shared. He wanted to go here. Well, buckle up kids, we are going on a field trip! We left work/schools early and took a drive to Compton. When our navigation said we had arrived it suggested we park in the lot across from the library. Ok. There directly in front of the library was the food truck. There was a small line, so that was ideal. Not a long wait. My other smaller human and i went to wash their hands in the library. When i came out he had ordered the hungry man or something. It was more than enough for us. The oxtail was good. The ribs were good. The chicken was good. The cornbread was yummy. Just not over the moon for the greens... and i loooove collard greens. But that's ok. We went for the meats. They were out of the dinosaur ribs, so maybe if we go early enough next time, we can try those. We took it across the street to the park and ate and that was enough time for the small one to also play to get energy out before we headed home. The drive home was long, now that rush hour traffic had started. But none of us complained, because the meal was worth it.
