TLDR: good crepes, terrible service They're crepes. It's a perfectly cooked flat pancake with Nutella, strawberries, and bananas. That combo will always be good. The issue here is the customer service. I ordered the southwestern, it was great. Peppers were delicious, I just wish the chicken was more seasoned. While I was waiting for my food, a different customer came up to the counter and asked for a knife. The employee in the truck seemed annoyed by this question, asking the customer if the knives they had put out on the counter had run out (they had). After finishing my meal, I decided to go back up to the truck to order a dessert crepe, but it seemed like they were closing up shop. I asked if they're closed and the same guy gave me sass and attitude as he responded, "Yes we ARE closed." No wonder these guys used a digital ordering system, I can only imagine the sheer number of customer service complaints if the boss tried to make this employee actually interact with customers. read more

It seems like this was once a food truck that has now become this tiny little shop in downtown Fullerton. There is seating for about six people inside, but this place smelled like a delicious crepe house. I checked out their menu and they had a little bit of everything from savory, to sweet. Being my first time trying this place, I wanted to try one of my favorite combination of crêpes, which has strawberry, banana, and Nutella. And they just happen to have it and called the Hazelberryana. It also comes with whipped cream and some drizzle over it. I loved the texture of the Crepe, which was very soft and slightly chewy. Definitely one of the better ones I've had and I enjoyed it a lot! You can also add on ice cream if you want but I decided to stick with the way it comes. I found this little spot after exiting the art shop right next door & I ended up loving it. I come every Sunday for crepes with my children. The staff is always friendly However, it has it cons. Parking is difficult to find during the weekends but it's normal as it's right in DTF. They only accept contactless payments, no cash accepted. Also, during the weekdays they open till 5:00pm. We visited their food truck at the Monrovia Friday night farmers market and were very disappointed unfortunately. The crepe we received had a terrible, strong taste of burnt oil and the edges were fried to a crisp with the rest of it being super chewy. We ordered the Cookieberryana crepe which has strawberries, banana and cookie butter inside. The crepe was awful as I mentioned - one of the worst I've ever had. And the cookie butter was a tiny little dollop piled into the very tip of the folded triangle - barely any at all. I'm only giving 2 stars instead of 1 bc the presentation was beautiful and the fruit was very fresh and abundant. Their prices are exorbitant for the quality - definitely not justified. Also - customer service is nonexistent. You order at the tablet and they slap it down at the window and call you in a barely audible voice so it's hard to know when your order is ready. I greeted the staff both when I walked up to order at the tablet and when I picked up my crepe and my greeting was ignored both times. And they have the nerve to ask for a tip on the tablet when you order - tip for what?! Very disappointing experience and would not consider returning. read more

We were in town looking for dinner place. I've always love crepe and decided to give this place a try. We had to park in the back of the place, supposedly need to pay for parking. Hesitant that we had to pay for parking for downtown Fullerton. Went inside the dining area and saw the sign that we can get two hour free parking if we tell them which parking space we parked. Okay cool! I can deal with that. Server was okay, not warm or friendly, more of matter of fact. Wish she could be more personable. Food came out pretty quick. I have the southwestern crepe, husband has the ham and cheese, my daughter has the banana's foster. My southwestern crepe has a lot of stuffing and a lot of chicken. All three of our crepes are so delicious. I wouldn't mind come back here to try something else. Seating is limited with around the window bar seating.
