I've been going here for literally over 15 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else! I have had several dogs groomed here but my great Pyrenees is a challenge. She's 110 pounds and she hates water but these people make it pleasant for her my dogs have never been stressed out here and they are always happy. Today we have Mr. mochi groomed here and he looks fabulous!

Gabby is absolutely wonderful! She's so gentle and patient with Mochi, who usually gets a bit anxious about grooming. Now she actually gets excited to see Gabby! Mochi always comes back looking adorable, feeling soft, and smelling amazing. We're so lucky to have found her -- highly recommend!

Staff was excellent and very nice. First time using them as we just got our dog from a puppy mill rescue. He was nervous but the staff was so great that he seemed to calm down almost instantly and when I picked him up he didn't seem shaken at all. The facilities were clean and nice. They send text messages when dog is ready for pickup. Took approx 1.5 hrs which was expected. We will be back and I would strongly recommend this place.

I use Cookies N Clean for both the dog wash and the grooming services. The dog wash amenities have gotten better over the last few months. The water temperature is great and the blow dryer air is warm now! Before that was not the case and my dog froze. They offer plenty of shampoo and conditioner options in the dog wash along with ear wipes and coat spray after everything is done. A big shout out to groomer Danielle who has been there a long time...maybe since they opened. She has groomed two of our dogs and we continue to schedule only with her. One of our couldn't stand or walk and she was amazing with her. We will always trust Danielle with our dogs. There is also a great store full of dog toys, treats and supplies. They offer a variety of cute and creative dog cookies (at the counter) at a great price. I often get the fire hydrant cookie or poop-head cookie for my dog Carly. They have really cuty "Happy Birthday" decorated cookies as well! I recently discovered that they offer custom-order dog cakes. I haven't taken advantage of that yet!

Victoria has been grooming my two doodles for a couple of years and they always look and smell amazing. I highly recommend Cookies n Clean!

The girls were amazing with my obnoxious pups. It's been a while since they've been groomed so they were overdue and so raggedy. Now they look so cute and adorable. I could not appreciate this place more if I tried. They got them in quickly, cut them perfectly, and my dogs are happy and so am I.

This is the only place we take our rescue dog. We been coming here for about 5 years since we moved to Anthem. Olí had another groomer and since we were too far from Scottsdale we had to find him a new one. One of my main concerns is he is older so I stress that if he is tired and needs a break they have my permission to stop the grooming. They really do an amazing job! The most important thing to me is his well being. I do communicate properly with every groomer about olí and they have notes from previous groomers about him. We originally started with Anna but because she is now training sometimes olí goes to different gals. I never had an issue any groomer after her. After the groom they will point out if his feet are not perfectly cut as he hates having his feet and toes done. They have to does his feet and toes last! From the photos he looks pretty much identical as every groom. Summer cuts are different than winter or spring cuts so there will be different lengths or no skirt cuts for him depending on the weather. I always get asked what I want before and after the groom I get walked through the completed process. It's important to properly communicate with your groomer what is important to you and your baby. As you can tell we have gone here multiple times and I should write more reviews but I do honestly recommend this place olí is our family and would not leave him in hands I don't trust! Unfortunately we did have a bad experience at a Pet club location about 7 years ago but it was the management and the groomer if they can't listen to your instructions for the safety and wellbeing of your pup then you definitely have to do what's right and find somewhere else! We love cookies and clean and we appreciate everything they do for my lil one ! thank you for everyone who works here! read more

Tristan has been grooming our husky for months and he is AMAZING with her! And she always looks and smells sooo good! He has had trouble trimming her pads as she was a bit squeamish. Today when I went to pick her up he said "I was finally able to get her pads trimmed. Turns out all she needed was a little love". I highly recommend him for that personal touch. Rudy loves going to Cookies N Clean. It's a lovely little place on Carefree and I-17. The have homemade dog treats, snacks for cats, all responsibly sourced. There is an option for self washings too. The groomers are excellent with the animals. The staff is friendly. And a great little store. read more

Audra is amazing! We have one pup who is easy and one who has trauma from groomers (a mini goldendoodle rescue who was so matted we had to have a vet sedate her in order for her to get groomed). Every time we take Bella, it's been difficult to find a place that can groom her without it being a bad experience. Audra is the first person we found who is willing to work with Bella and take it slow and easy to retrain her brain to enjoy getting groomed! We are glad we fell upon this place and met Audra! read more

We, myself and several family members have been long time patrons, and until recently were satisfied customers. Several months ago I took my fur baby to get groomed. When I received the bill it was more than the previous groom. When I questioned the amount I was told they raised their prices. I told the receptionist that I wasn't informed of the price increase. She apologized and said that I should have been notified when I booked the appointment. We all make mistakes... my dog looked great so I chalked it up to an oversight. I took my dog in again last week and again received a bill that was more than the previous groom. They raised their prices again and again I wasn't informed. Not only did they raise their prices (twice) they started charging a surcharge to use credit cards; I wasn't informed of that either. I received a text message and a phone call reminding me of the appointment, but nothing about the price increase. In today's economy, we all expect to pay a little more, but companies should inform their customers when they increase their prices. We, my extended family and I will not be taking our fur babies back. read more

My dog has really bad anxiety and doesn't do well with groomers. We've had groomers refuse to take her because of it but I've been taking my dog here for a little while and they are AMAZING!! So patient, so kind, they take such great care of her!! Couldn't recommend this place enough! I'm moving states and plan to travel back just so she can continue to be groomed by this team! I requested a quote on Yelp and the owner responded within 24 hours. He answered all my questions and helped to schedule our first visit with our 6 month old German Shepard. When we arrived, we were a little late as it took us a while to get her into the he car and settled, she was pretty scared of everything. When we got to the location the staff was understanding and friendly. We were greeted right away and they took her back to get started. We returned after about 30 min or so and they explained that because it was her first time, she was pretty scared of the drier. They told me they could only dry her most of the way to not scare her too much and gave us a discount because of this. Our pup was so soft after her visit. The grooming session was also reasonably priced and we will be returning. read more

For dog sitting, in our home, we've used Michelle several times now and she is great. Our 3 dogs love her and she clearly loves them too. We have 2 Great Danes and Beagle/Boston Terrier mix who are getting up there in age. Our male Great Dane has a number of health issues and Michelle handles it all so well. There's a laundry list of medications for the dogs and she does a great job keeping up with it all. She doesn't mind when I'm that helicopter dog mom and I check too often on my sick boy. Regardless of his illness, Michelle sends many pictures and text updates on how things are going with all the dogs. As a very protective momma, I trust Michelle completely with my furbabies and home. We love having Michelle take care of our babies... so much so that when we were planning the August trip we just completed, she wasn't available on our original dates, so we moved our trip to make sure she was available. I appreciate the freedom Kristie and Michelle offer us to get away several times a year. I completely trust them. Give them a shot!

She's been great and I was so impressed with the experience I had with this rescue that I started volunteering there. The rescue takes in mostly German Shepherds and Belgian Malinois from puppies to seniors and from various backgrounds - strays, owner surrenders, from other shelters (some on the e-list), medical hardships, etc. Once under SPRA care the dogs are well fed, are walked and/or get play time outside of their kennels 4 times a day, receive medical care if needed, etc. The volunteers and staff also work with the dogs on socialization and basic training. It's also important to know that SPRA is a no kill shelter. Bottom line, if you're looking for a German Shepherd or Belgian Malinois please check out Saving Paws Rescue Arizona. They have so many wonderful dogs looking for a family like my pup pictured below, adopt don't shop.

Hello, I'm writing to express a serious concern that has come to my attention. I was considering bringing my pet to your facility, but I recently heard troubling reports that a current employee previously worked at a pet resort near the Anthem Walmart and was allegedly involved in physically mistreating dogs. If true, this is deeply disturbing. Animal safety and trust are the most basic expectations anyone has when choosing care for their pet, and even the possibility of this kind of behavior is enough to make me reconsider doing business with a facility. I strongly encourage you to investigate this matter thoroughly. If there is any credibility to these reports, I believe you owe it to the animals, and to your clients, to take appropriate action. I would not feel comfortable entrusting my pet to a facility without reassurance that situations like this are taken extremely seriously. Until this concern is addressed, I will not be moving forward and will be sharing my experience and concerns with others who are also looking for safe care for their pets. Perverted old man working here! I stopped by a few weeks ago and witnessed the manager or owner who they called James, an older man 60+ years old harassing the young women working here. I saw him "bump" into one of the girls butts, clearly on purpose. I also witnessed him stand behind an employee, a young girl when she bent down to pickup something she'd dropped. I heard him say to her "he likes seeing her bent over". She looked extremely uncomfortable. If he's acting like this with a customer in the store I can only imagine what he's like when no one is around. All of this within a few minutes of being in the store! I have two daughters and I hope they're never treated like this! I will never shop here again. Beware of this repulsive man! I wanted to note that the groomers here are amazing! Unfortunately the ownership either isn't paying attention or just doesn't care that an employee (maybe the owner) is sexually harassing the female employees. read more

Couldn't get in to our normal place so decided to give Cookies N Clean a try for our two small dogs. We were able to get next day appt and our dogs were long overdo. One is a Pomeranian Shih-Tzu mix and was so matted up that we knew it would be a tough groom, and our other also had pretty intense mats. Appt did take longer than expected but when I called they explained groomer was working on mats and it was taking a while. We were fully expecting them to just have to shave them down but she worked on them for a long time and was able to keep some of the length. They came out looking and smelling great. We were expecting a huge upcharge for the mats but was only $10 - completely worth it! Will be coming here again for sure! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would! I set an appointment two weeks out, and the day of they text and call me to switch for no reason given. ( I get it was halloween day, but should not matter, if they had plans or whatever don't let people schedule on holidays!) I do switch, and then they cancel the rescheduled appointment on me. Again I did them a favor by switching my first appointment. They can't even fit her in today at all? This is a very unprofessional place and I would not bring your dog here. Definitely don't except to have the appointment that you scheduled - For how much you pay this place find somewhere else that is actually professional and affordable!!! read more

I love taking my dogs to Cookies n' Clean whether its it's for grooming with Ashley or self washing ourselves. Our dogs are not nervous like they are when they go to other places. It's a nice, peaceful and clean atmosphere and it smells so good when you walk in. The staff is friendly and helpful and Ashley does an amazing job on my pups. I also like that there is no time limit for the self wash and each station is completely separate so you aren't in the same space with a dog you don't know. There are plenty of stations and separate drying stations too.. Would recommend Ashley and Cookies N' Clean for all grooming needs. read more

Just got done giving our dog Jax a bath at Cookies N clean and while checking out I noticed the special for nails and realizing how bad one of our other pups,Norris, needed his nails trimmed I asked if hey could get him in. The groomer (Melissa) was getting ready to leave but stuck around so I could run home to grab him! They do such a great job down there and are always so helpful and great with the pups! Salinda was so great with our German Shepard this morning! She arrived early and made sure to have plenty of time to give her the attention and love she needed. Our Shepard is older and had never been groomed before, professionally. I explained that she didn't like getting in vehicles and we were hoping that mobile grooming would work for us, and she exceeded every expectation. Went in as a new client. Brought my pup, Stella in and as you know, animals can sense the energy of the environment. She was so happy to be there & instantly loved the staff. Her grooming experience was perfect & I was completely happy with everything! I love that they have a doggie bakery with a great variety of treats. Also Ioved the purple ear bow she was wearing. Vianne is the absolute best groomer! Our dog used to be so stressed and had to be dragged in just to get groomed. Now, she actually gets excited to come in and see Vianne! My pups Dodger and Penny love Cookies N Clean! They've been going since they we babies and still a year later they don't mind going to get beautiful! I love that they can do them quickly while I wait and they don't have them in a cage for hours like most places! Cookies N Clean's owners and staff are great!!! It was easy to make an appointment in a short timeframe. I did not have to wait 6 weeks out to get my dog groomed. From the time I dropped my dog off and picked her up was about 90 minutes. We were greeted by our groomer Ivy, who listened and asked questions on how I wanted Katy Fay groomed. This was our first trip to a groomer since I've always had easy, low-maintenance breeds. My 8-month-old Mini Dachshund was due for her first visit, and the gals here were amazing! They were so gentle, kind, and really took their time with her. We did the full package--bath, blowout, nails, and haircut--and it was totally worth it. What a great "trek" for my dog and I! We walked right in got an open tub despite the crowd ( they have a bunch of washing areas). They have an automatic soap dispenser that mixes with the water. I just picked the organic one and started going. My dog was WAY more behaved than at home! Drying stations were equally easy. Wonderful employees! Kind, considerate and helpful. Followed my instructions to the letter. I had one big dog and one little dog. Handled them both easily. My little dog looked adorable, I asked them not to cut her hair too short, they cut out the worst mats and left the rest long, like I asked, I was very pleased with the results. I have a very nervous dog who is really shy around new people, but the groomers took their time to make him comfortable! Now every time I bring him in for grooming he happily greets his groomer and always comes home happy looking and smelling great. So I have been to cookies n clean twice now to get my cat Elliot groomed, and I have to say I'm glad I took a chance on this grooming salon despite some of the reviews I've read prior. Every time I come to this store its very clean, the associates are nice and helpful. The groomer did an awesome job of de-matting Elliot with out putting him under to much stress. I have never had a groomers care for my dog SO WELL!! She can be quite energetic and jumpy (especially for nails), but they were patient & she stayed happy the whole time with her tail up and wagging! They are amazing people & amazing at what they do! My "pup" gets super nervous when she goes to get groomed, but Ana, Jimmy, and all the other staff are super sweet and welcoming. It seemed to make her much more calm.
