Scheduled an estimate/measurement for a few days later, ordered my glass and a week later their tech Nick knocked out the job in an hour flat. Nick was swift but delicate throughout the process & his caulking was very clean. His removal and install were impressive, never forced anything & clearly mechanically inclined. Final all in price was $251.32! I called 2 competitors for estimates and they were 1) not as friendly and 2) 30-50% more expensive. The house was empty at that point when they had done the work, we had gone to the house two days later and noticed that one of the windows was not completed, and the wood frame was taken out. We were never contacted about any issues, since then I have called three or four times leaving messages for the manager Beth to call me back. My realtor has called multiple times requesting a call back as well, I have also emailed the manager with no response. So far, my experience is their customer service is very poor. Only one window had some dry rot and other damage around it, and I was so glad to find this company who sent out an estimator (who is also a carpenter and would be the person installing it/fixing all the trim etc). This wasn't an emergency, so the length of time between my initial call, when the estimate happened, when it was emailed to us, work confirmed and deposit paid. another visit to get exact measurements for the glazing (that's a technical part I maybe misspeaking) and then the actual installation/repair was approx 6 weeks total. Which was fine. Everyone at the glass guru was very responsive, communicated easily and thoroughly at all steps. The total didn't change even though we had some ant infestation issues and more wood repair work was needed than initially estimated. So thankful to not have to spend $$$ to replace all windows, but only the one that truly needed to be replaced.
