The technician was polite, diagnosed the problem quickly, and initiated repair and maintenance all in the same trip. He spent less than an hour performing his duties and was extremely polite, clean, and professional throughout the event. He determined that he needed to remove the panels at the bottom of the fridge to assess the problem . Showing tremendous patience and fortitude, he spent over an hour trying to remove the panels without success. He left after about 90 minutes, said he would research the problem, and I should call back the next day. There was no charge. I called back the next day and was told that Dmitri located the info he needed to remove the panels but could not return until Monday, 8/31. Upon his return on Monday, he encountered even more difficulty removing the panels but he kept at it and ultimately was able to remove the panels. The drain pan fan was frozen shut. He did a very thorough job defrosting the fan and the refrigerator now is working properly. Kudos to Dmitri for his efforts, extreme patience, and a job well done. Given all the time he spent, the charge was quite reasonable. I am another very satisfied customer.
