Before I get into this review... I just want to state that I work in healthcare, and I also have a high pain tolerance. I've been to this dentist twice. Once last year, and once today (it has been months since I typed this up). I have been looking for another dentist that takes my insurance but the few local ones I have called don't take my insurance, so I decided to give this place another shot. The reasons I didn't want to come back were because of the dentist and because this office would not stop calling me to make an appointment. To the point where it was not helpful or caring, but honestly just annoying. I kept telling them I will call and schedule. Then they would call me regarding my husband's appointments... and one time they even made him an appointment that he wasn't aware of. Anyway, none of that would keep me from going back... the problem to me is that the dentist seems to rush, is a bit aggressive (I have never told someone to stop the cleaning except her), and is kind of ... how should I say it politely ... insensitive. She was not only in quite a hurry while cleaning my teeth pretty aggressively and making rude comments when I would tell her to stop because she was hurting me, but she was also pretty rude towards her staff. Specially the new guy. I felt bad for him... but anyway this review has been in my drafts and I am finally posting my drafts because I am so tired of supporting businesses that do not deserve my support. I had 4 fillings done here two years ago. I already had to replace 3 out of the 4 fillings I had done here. I do not recommend this place.

Had a great experience there getting my cleaning and X-rays. However I went back to have two fillings done and totally regret it. The fillings are so rough, feel like I have two flat teeth, they are SUPER sensitive (even after paying for "desensitizer" ). I told the dentist I wasn't happy with the result. I went back the same afternoon to have them "fixed" but it was only feeling worse. I told them the fillings were better just so that I could leave, I was concerned about them getting worse and not better. My two molars that have the new fillings have no dips and grooves like teeth should have. I can't even eat on the left side of my mouth. Super disappointed. Would not recommend to get fillings done here. read more

Honestly, I never thought I would be writing a review about a dentist office, I'm going to start off by saying the dentist herself is really sweet and professional. But her front office staff is terrible. Last week my filling fell out and my route was exposed. I asked for them to send an emergency referral to my insurance company. Because I was in so much pain I can't really eat or drink. It is now been a week and I call my insurance company and they state. They haven't received anything from the dentist office. Not only is the staff extremely rude upfront, but totally incompetent. I don't understand how you let someone go in pain for this long, but offered to do the procedure without insurance for 1500!!! read more

My only feedback is that I felt a bit pressured at times to leave a review or move forward with certain recommended services. My mom has been in a skilled nursing facility since 2020 and she didn't get proper dental care, resulting in tooth loss. I brought her to Your Smile after checking Yelp reviews and they took her insurance. But what really tipped the scales for me was the office manager, Gina. Never have I had someone take the time to listen to my concerns and offer to take good care of my mom. Her first visit was yesterday and I'm hooked. I HIGHLY recommend this dental family to your family. They will take good care of you because they treat you like family! Dr. Le was very sweet, attentive, professional, and warm. My mom loved her (and she is a hard one to convince to like going to the dentist!). Dr. Le made my mom comfortable and we developed a plan of care that will be the most effective and comfortable for my mom to reduce her pain. Thank you, Smile Designer! Run away from this place. They do not back any of the work they do and it's not great work at that. Fillings fell out a couple months after they did them and they just said sorry that'll be $200 to refill it. Not to mention that they "swapped systems" and can't even see that I've been there as a patient before. Will never be going back and strongly advise anyone from going here. read more

The staff are super friendly from the front receptionist , xray tech, and the doctor. The doctor is super gently with cleanings and constantly communicates with the patient through the process and the receptionist makes sure you're all set for your appointments. read more

The best experience at a dentist office I've ever had in my 27 years. Highly recommend coming here. Very gentle procedure, the Dr was very informative of what's going on with my teeth. I use to have very bad anxiety with dentist, where I'd rather be put to sleep. They made me feel so comfortable, I'm actually very excited for my next appointment. Save yourself the trouble and time, don't come here. Horrible service and good luck trying to get thru to someone. My appointment was over 2 months ago and I'm still waiting on them to reach out to my insurance. They lie and tell you it's the insurance fault but I took it in my own hands to call my insurance and figure out why it's taking so long. They told me they responded to the dentist office over a month ago and are still waiting for a response.! Pretty ridiculous that I have to call four times a day five times a week to try and get a hold of someone. Honestly save yourself the headache and find a different dentist. Front staff don't really care and refuse to call you back. read more

I am writing this review to thank Dr. Lee and her staff. The receptionist is so caring and welcoming, unlike the usual dental offices that I have been to. Dr. Lee takes care of you without making you feel like a 12-year-old who should have taken care of themselves better. The office is clean, TVs and every room and you don't even need to leave the room for x-rays. Dr. Lee has a nice touch, where she is firm but gentle at the same time. Caution!!! My daughter has been going here for a while she is on the spectrum which they are aware of, the issues I have with them came upon my daughter needing her wisdom teeth removed. In all the months leading to the surgery for her wisdom teeth to be removed they did not have a single conversation about the surgery and more importantly they didn't disclose that they do not use any general anesthesia or offer gas of any form until the day of her surgery and this is also when we were told they will only prescribe Tylenol and ibuprofen for pain after the procedure. Had we known this upon initial discussion of the need for this surgery we would have never proceeded with this office, instead we were just led to believe someone would be in touch with us but they never were. This put my child in the unfair position of having to make a decision on the spot of having to go through with the procedure that day in a way she was completely uncomfortable with, or deal with months more pain so we could start the whole process over with another dentist. They 100% did not consider her needs or wellbeing let alone what was in her best interest and their lack of communication was nothing short of negligent. Patients have a right to full disclosure and should be given the opportunity to consent to the terms of a procedure before paperwork is ever even sent to the insurance not forced to make the decision the day of the surgery after being in pain for months. That is just manipulative. read more

Let me tell you why I would recommend Dr. Le and her wonderful staff. They are proficient at what they do. Dr. Le helped me get over my fear of the dentist after having a really bad experience 10 years ago. Dr. Le has made it easy for me to come back, she is extremely knowledgeable in her field and makes you feel comfortable. She has been able to help me with years worth of dental problems, she's done root canal's, fillings, pulled wisdom teeth and two really bad rotten teeth that I had. Through all of it she has taken care of me and made me feel comfortable.
