I ordered it medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. The chimichurri sauce was divine! It was a delicious dish. They have a small bar and parking lot out in front. Knowing that, I ordered the medium wings as an appetizer and they were tasty. To make clear, the wings were crispy and juicy. Also, the sauce was flavorful and had a nice spice to it. Following that, I ordered the Barn Burger with fries for my entree. With that known, the burger was delicious. To explain, the meat was juicy and cooked to perfection. Similarly, the garlic mayo was excellent and it helped elevate the burger. In addition, the bun was fresh and enjoyable. My only problem with the burger was that the caramelized onions were undercooked. However, the burger was still very good. In like manner, the fries were pretty tasty as well. To enlighten, the fries were hot, crispy, and salted well. As a final point, The Exchange is a good restaurant with solid burgers and fries.

Reason for 4 stars instead of five. My grandson enjoyed the Shepherd's Pie. Since he is a growing lad, he also had the well made fries. The three salads ordered were excellent. One salad had salmon, one had Buffalo Chicken, and one had beets and goat cheese. Generous amounts of protein were served.
