Came here for an after Mass lunch. First the menu is not big at all. It appears there is food served that is not on the menu as well. We saw multiple soups come out of the kitchen but there is no soup on the menu! It's almost like In and Out Burger. The menu off the menu! The food we had was delicious. It was simply done and expertly executed hitting all the right flavor notes one would expect! It's a somewhat small location with an attached store that has some delicious treats as well. We didn't get any of the treats but we know it's there for next time. The server was a bit over worked (she was the only one) as the place was packed. She did a great job though taking care of everyone in the establishment. Would return next time for the menu off the menu!!

I really like Mi Mexico Lindo because it is clear to me that a lot of love goes into their food. They are short staffed, but service is quick. It is a very casual and comfortable place - like you just stopped by your aunty's house unannounced and she happened to be cooking. The birria tacos was served without the consume which I thought was strange. You have to ask for it. The food is good, not amazing, but good enough to make one want to return and try more items. My fish taco needed sauce or heat or both, but it was cooked perfectly.

I loved this place! It was a cool place that felt truly authentic! It even has an attached Mexican market with both fresh and dry goods. The young lady running the dining room portion of the place was super nice and very efficient. She made it a point to check on us several times to make sure we were having a good experience, other restaurants take note, your guests matter. The complimentary salsa with chips she put down were fresh, the salsa itself was authentically spicy! Which is great news when you're looking for some authenticity in a place. They don't dumb the food flavors down for certain guests rather than others. Another thing that struck me as a wonderful thing as I sat there enjoying the delightfully spicy food was that other than my party of guests, all the other guests were from the local Mexican community. A guarantee in my book for great authentic food in any location. Now on to the tacos. Great tacos! I will religiously be back here and so should you be!! I got the Al pastor, chorizo and the carne Asada tacos. Each taco was individually flavored, fresh and covered with fresh minced red onion and cilantro. And a unique detail that I have never experienced before, these tacos came in a fluffy double bonded corn tortilla. Loved this! They are housemade guys! These are definitely not mass produced or store bought. If I could inject heart eye emojies into this review I certainly would! Just please go eat here!

This place is so good. I've gone twice in the last two weeks with my girlfriend. We both love it. Everything was amazing. Beans and rice were so good and the cheek and Cabeza tacos are absolutely out of this world. The salsa verde sauce they have in bottles is the best I've ever had.

Stumbled in here after visiting The Other One Brewing Company at the other end of the strip mall, and I'm so glad I did! It's an authentic Mexican market and taqueria in the middle of Clifton Park. They have a few tables, or you can grab your order to go. They offer 20 different kinds of tacos, so there's certainly something for everyone! I opted to dine in and chose a carnitas, chicken, and shrimp taco. The tortillas were homemade, and each taco was absolutely delicious. My favorite was the carnitas - the meat was so tender and flavorful. They were served with red and green hot sauce, which both packed heat and flavor. After eating, I browsed the market and bought a coffee hot sauce - something I've never seen before. They have a great selection of Mexican products and baked goods. If you're in the mood for authentic Mexican tacos, definitely put Mi Mexico Lindo on your list of places to try!

From Right: Cabeza, Cochinita Pibil, Pescado. ALL INSANELY GOOD!

This is my 2nd time here, and once again... it was absolutely amazing!!! This place makes truly authentic street tacos that are super fresh, flavorful and done correctly! I'd put these tacos against 99% of other places, no problem.

This small Mexican store opened in October 2022. It is currently operating only as a convenience store with Mexican food supplies. The staff are friendly and helpful. They are planning on adding a few tables in the center of the store and then operate as a sit-down taqueria also. I can hardly wait for that to happen. In the meantime, they are a wonderful source for fresh and dried peppers, masa, cactus, tortillas, very large pots, non-alcoholic beverages, canned goods, and more. They are located in the Glennpeter Jewelers Plaza a couple doors away from Nonna Maria's and the Green Grocer.

Authentic Mexican food, friendly staff and quick service! They also have a Mexican grocery store attached; bonus!

It was so good that I forgot to take a picture before I ate it all. Quesabirria tacos

If you're looking for an authentic Mexican taqueria this place is perfect! This inside is small and clean, and filled with many exported Mexican goods. So many things to try, and along with that their food came out fast and was incredibly good. I had made a mistake and I ordered the Birria tacos when I really wanted the quesabirria tacos (where the shell is fried with cheese and you can dip in the consume). Even though it was my fault the waitress was so apologetic and immediately offered to remake it for me. In a few short minutes the replacement came out and even when we left she apologized for the mix up even though it was completely on me ordering it wrong. That just shows they have incredible customer service and they really care about the food they serve and the people that come in. This is definitely a local gem and I can't wait to come back often!

So this is a small restaurant/store that serves some great food. Tacos, gorditas, Tortas quesadillas. They have different options of meat from tripe to Cow tounge, pork, pork skin, vegetarian - there's a huge list. If you go to the Google Website you can see the menu. The food is awesome. They also have a little store where they sell so much of Everything Herbs sauces cheeses cream fresh specialty vegetables, lots of different canned items, they sell coconut milk which is heavenly. They have herbs and Jarred I think guava and Jarred sugar cane. Just things I've never seen before. It's not huge but it's so extensive in the store itself is really nice got to hire a ceiling one part and through Windows was a lot of light coming in and there's two tables if you want to sit and eat maybe three I can't remember. They even sell personal items stuff like soap I think the first time there I saw slippers. The store has a little bit of everything.. You can eat there or take out. The food is amazing and the staff is very so pleasant and very helpful. The food was cooked up pretty quick; we were taking a long time shopping and it was done before we were done. I can't share videos but they have a nice range of options if you like to cook. I don't take the greatest pictures with the food was amazing. They're in the plaza with Green Grocer and Nonna Marie's on route 9. A fun fun fun trip to go shopping and eat some yummy food. https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100085506704565&mibextid=ZbWKwL https://g.co/kgs/Zvq6nb (google page)

YUM! Finally an authentic Mexican taqueria in this area! This store and restaurant has a great selection of Mexican cooking essentials and snacks and delicious made-to-order food with a few dine-in tables. The service is very friendly and their menu has a great selection. The pollo taco was well seasoned and the pineapple on the pastor taco was a great addition. I could drink the salsa verde they have. I hope this place does well! Everything was a delicious taste of Mexico - take me back!

Horchata was amazing on the hottest day of the year so far. Not in town often but when I am I will definitely be stopping by again, both tacos were amazing. I somehow ate four and still wanted more.

Curiosity got the best of me and I went exploring. They have their own small yellow sign hanging outside their door but the website listed doesn't seem to work. Per talks with the employees, they have been open 4-5 months. Walking around felt like going through most ethnic stores. This place was small and I gravitated towards the snack food (crackers, chips) and desserts (candy, treats) sections. It is all in Spanish but there are some helpful signs. Prices are marked but not consistently. If you are familiar with the Spanish language or Brazilian foods you should be fine. They also had staples like rice and beans, and some cooking appliances too. I saw beer coolers but never looked inside because it was pretty busy with about 10 people in a small store. They don't take credit cards and don't make that fact obvious on the door. In fact, they have a card reader but it wasn't on. They do take cash or Vimeo (I think that is what he called it). First for the experience of seeing many Muslim families shopping together on a Friday, and particularly the happy customers waiting at the busy halal butcher when their orders are delivered. It turns out I had reasons to be hesitant. The rice is too sticky for bibim and there's not nearly enough toppings. On the other hand, the frozen kimbap rolls still impress me and are clearly a hit. All in all, I'm appreciative that they're with us and I can source goodies without needing to travel hundreds of miles. Long live Kim's.

I erroneously thought Don Juan's Mexican Grill & Cantina was part of a chain. It's an easy enough…read moremistake to make with similarly named Mexican restaurants throughout the States. And seeing how extensively the former Denny's Restaurant was remodeled you definitely get that large corporate feeling. This is not your Mom & Pop's home-town restaurant effort. But that corporate feeling begins to fade somewhat while you are dining. The staff are friendly, helpful, and appear to be enjoying themselves as evidenced by some of them singing along to the authentic Mexican background music. The menu is huge! Would you believe 20 pages of drinks and food? Fortunately, there are photos for almost every dish, so you have no problem wondering what it is that you are ordering. Besides, most of the offerings are Tex-Mex dishes which Americans are quite familiar with by now, e.g., tacos, burritos, enchiladas, fajitas, quesadillas, and chimichangas. One thing that I found puzzling was that tamales were only available in each of the three Combo dishes. You apparently cannot order tamales singularly. Upon being seated, we were promptly served complimentary chips along with a red salsa and a refried bean dip with cheese, pepper, and tomato. The salsa had no spicing at all. We each ordered a large (24 oz.) draft Modelo Especial ($10 each). My initial test of a Mexican restaurant is to try a dish with their Mole and compare it with memories of the home cooked meal I was served by a close Mexican friend more than 30 years ago. However, I had wanted to also try something more than the Pollo Mole at Don Juan's. I zeroed in on Tampiqueña ($27); a marinated grilled steak and a mole enchilada coated in their house made Tia Maria Mole sauce. The dish was also served with refried beans, rice, lettuce, tomato, green onions, and guacamole in place of sliced avocado. The steak was pounded very thin so that the likely tougher cut that was used was not overly chewy. The flavors however, with the grilling and marinade were quite tasty. The enchilada was filled with tender chicken, and the mole coating on the flour tortilla was more sweet than savory as opposed to what I would have expected from a more traditional chicken and mole combination. I guess it was the Tia Maria. Once again, I did not notice any spiciness . I was also provided with a container of four fresh, warm, flour tortillas. While I'm not a fan of flour tortillas these were the best flour tortillas I've ever encountered. My wife ordered the Tacos Al Pastor ($21), choosing steak over pork or chicken, topped with pico de gallo and fresh cabbage in corn tortillas. The three tacos were also served with rice, lettuce, and tomato. The red salsa served on the side had no spiciness. However, a second container of salsa more brownish in color had plenty of spiciness. She was very pleased with her meal. One additional item on the dessert list called out to me from the moment I saw it on the menu. Sopapillas ($9), as served here, they are triangular shaped pastry dusted with cinnamon sugar, whipped cream, and a drizzle of chocolate sauce. They were tasty and enjoyable but nothing like what I first encountered in a Mexican restaurant more than 55 years ago in Albuquerque, New Mexico. There they were a basket of fried dough morsels served to us before our meal, with honey to be poured on them. YUM! Overall, we were pleased with our Tex-Mex experience and are very likely to return to try some additional menu items. If you want spicy, be sure to request the appropriate salsa.
