Very unprofessional!!!! Store hours open at 11. Myself along with a few other people were waiting in front of the store to finally open at 11:30. Couldn't call because a business number is not listed for this establishment. I was on melrose awhile before opening hours, killed time at the Starbucks across the way. I noticed there was aUdi A7 parked in front before 11. Why I mention this...? Because it's those kids ,4 teens, that were parked in front of the store who opened the store at 11:30 even though they were parked in front and saw customers waiting and smelled of marijuana. Cmon!!! When we finally stepped in the store, one employee started to sweep the floor with no regard to the customers meaning very rude no "excuse me". Also, prices are marked up more than Stock X. There was no sense of customer service no one asked if we needed a size and finally when we asked for a size they didn't come back to tell us they didn't have it, we had to ask again. Poor customer is an understatement. I ended up buying shoes from RIF in Little Tokyo which I found for $50 less. This store is just over "hyped" for kids. I drove all the way to Cool Kicks hopping to have an amazing time and sell some of my shoes. They have a very cool looking store but it is smaller than it looks in pictures. Right when I walked in I was the only person on the store and non of the employees looked up from there phones. The customer service was absolutely horrible. I tried to sell them my shoes and they gave me an offer that was insulting. Overall just a bad experience and it did not live up to the hype at all. If I could give them a star less than one I would. This is a pretty cool sneaker shop in the LA area. They are a bit pricey since their shoes are mainly limited Jordan, Nike and adidas. If you're looking for off white 1s, Jordan retro's, etc then this is the place for you. If you are looking for cheap shoes, there's a shoe palace around the corner. This is my second time coming to this store since I was in the area. I ended up buying some ovo 12's which were fair in pricing and was a shoe on my list to have. The customer service there was great, no hassle, and were attentive when I needed a price. The reason why I am docking a star is they have new and worn shoes all over the place. When I saw a shoe I liked I couldn't tell if it was ds or slightly worn. I had to look at the shoe twice then get a pricing afterwards. Overall I'd definitely come back. read more

Of all the resale shops I went to this had the best prices for used stuff which is what I was looking for, specifically a pair of shadow 1s which I have been looking for, for a while now. They had them in a good condition for $100 which was a great price! Also got some pure money 4s which are another fav of mine for $100 also. Great store with pricey stuff, but considering what they have in stock, mostly everything is a steal. I am a size 8.5 in most shoes and finding a pair was a challenge. Although when I did find the special pair (NMD tricolors), I got them for a good used resale price, $200, yet they were hardly used other than some dirt that I scrubbed off and a tiny scuff on the side of the boost. The service was great, although they turned down my size 6.5 pair of glitch NMDs due to small size. Yet the day after I went I saw on their instagram page (@coolkicksla) that they had a size 7 ultraboost in stock. But hey, things happen. They were very quick to check me out and get my pair of shoes ready. My only concern was that they didn't ask for my signature. Overall, it's a great place to go in melrose if you're in the area, with awe-strucking prices compared to places like flight club and round 2. They told me to hold on to one pair of shoes because they don't sell them as often and I appreciate that they told me that instead of just taking the shoe. I asked price he said 400 I was like alright down! End up cashing out and it was near 500 and I was like fuck taxes over a 100$ I fucked up never checked receipt and they charged me a extra 50 dollars!
