Wonderful evening with friends at Cooper's Hawk last evening. Great meal with great friends at Cooper's Hawk Winery this evening! . We tried Cooper's Hawk Pinot/Riesling blend, and it was just the perfect balance of acidity and fruity flavors. Hubby stayed loyal to his burgers and chose the Black & Blue Burger, cooked perfectly. Entrees also included 2 of the risotto selections, and one ordered the pork chops. Abundant portions of each. Everything was beautifully presented and delicious. Great food, great wine, and best of all, great environment for a dinner with friends -- a pretty perfect evening!

We came here for a birthday dinner with some friends - it was a great night with good food/wine! First off, every person gets 2 FREE.. yes free wines to taste, they will ask you what kinds of wine you like at the very beginning and pick wines for you to try based on what you say!! (Very fun!!!! we got a tootsie roll wine ) The food was very delicious! Started with the over the border egg rolls, it comes with 6 so enough for us 4!! - very flavorful / would order again Both gnocchis were SO YUMMY, I do think that the allá vodka one had more Italian flavor, but the carbonara one was very good but in a more simple flavor way! My friend got the flat bread and said it was delicious, not too heavy if you're looking for something light! Because the birthday girl was present, we ended the night with a salted carmel creme brûlée! And they gave us 2 free truffles!

Short rib dinner was so delicious!

Posting an update after our first visit... This trip we went on Thanksgiving. It was nice that they offered a traditional turkey dinner, but the full menu as well. We all had something from the reg menu. Started with the ahi sashimi & drunken shrimp, both excellent! For our entrees we had a surf & turf with filet medallions & grouper, braised short rib and soy ginger salmon. We were all pleased with our meals. Our server was so nice & efficient! We had a really nice time!

This was a new-to-me spot recommended specifically for their Gnocchi brunch dish. When I came here for brunch with a friend we opted to not think too hard and went with the suggestion. It's the breakfast gnocchi carbenara and when I tell you it was delicious you just have to believe me. The only downside, to which my friend agreed, was that we wished it had more gnocchi than sausage. They didn't skimp on the meat but more gnocchi would've been preferred. Alongside that we had the pretzel bread and side of toast with jam. As someone who doesn't drink too often and likes any alcoholic drink on the sweeter side, I opted for the Rockstar mimosa (passionfruit) in honor of having the true brunch experience and it was very tasty - would recommend. The interior was quite large, the service qas attentive and I honestly want to go back to try other things from their menu which both sounded nice and seemingly weren't overpriced.

Loved this so much last week, went with a friend for lunch on 11/13. So very good. I could wax poetic about the mashed potatoes. Who knew that mashed potatoes could be so very tasty? Our waiter was nice, offered suggestions and was not intrusive. The greeters were friendly and polite. The restaurant is clean and the noise level is great. My only complaint was that a glass of iced tea and glass of Diet Coke cost $4.99/each. When you are charging $19 for a lunch entree you shouldn't charge that much for soda and tea.

I went here on a Friday for lunch and it was my first time here! Our server was great when we said it was our first time dining in and allowed us to try a few samples of wine before ordering, along with giving descriptions for a few. We ordered a glass of the Cooper's Hawk Lux White Meritage and a glass of the Cooper's Hawk Lux Pinot Noir. The wine was spectacular and the server really helped us decide with the samplings. For our meal, we ordered the Classic Tomato Brushetta - we both don't like tomatoes (go figure!) but this was an amazing appetizer. It was light and delicious. The person I was with got the Chopped Wedge Salad and Lobster Bisque. It was a great mix and the perfect size for lunch! I got the Cooper's Hawk Chicken Giardiniera. When I tell you this chicken was fantastic.....!!!!!! Everyone needs to try this. It was a great lunch and the pickled veggies and mashed potatoes with the chicken made it 10x better!!!

Had a really nice time at this restaurant. As a winery they have a huge list, can also get flights. The food was very delicious, everyone in my party enjoyed their food. Would definitely recommend and will return. Our server was very nice.

Everything was delicious!! It was a super busy night, but the service was still great! I didn't even remember to take pictures of everything because my meal was so great, I only remembered to take a picture of dessert! I got the bubbles flight, drunken shrimp, caprese flatbread, the crab, shrimp, and lobster bisque, the filet medallions with scallops, and then the Banoffee Pie for dessert. All the food was 10/10. Will definitely be returning!

This was my second visit and everything was even more delicious than before. We went for brunch. The candied bacon was the perfect texture, very thick and not flimsy (I requested it more well done). The creme brule French toast was heavenly. The breakfast potatoes were well seasoned and crisp. The carbanera gnocchi was tasty as well. All of the ingredients in the dish were great quality. Our server was down to earth and very attentive. Excellent service! We made reservations online the day before. The restaurant didn't open until 11a so all the patrons walked in at same time. The staff did well to accommodate and organize the mass.

I went here on a date and it was really nice inside. It was very busy and the inside held a lot of people, but it was also very nice inside. Our server was very attentive and informative. As it was our first time eating there, he voluntarily explained the menu to us and the wine list and gave us his person. The food was pretty good. There were a lot of menu options but I ended up ordering the country rigatoni which was pretty good. My boyfriend got the gnocchi carbonara which he enjoyed very much. For dessert, we shared the salted caramel crème brûlée which was my favorite part of our meal. We also ordered the white wine flight to try which I loved. Our server also gave us complimentary blueberry wine for us to try and it was amazing. I might even buy a bottle of it next time I'm in the area! I would recommend Cooper's Hawk for a nicer dinner. If you are looking for a more intimate restaurant setting, this is probably not the place for you but my boyfriend and I really enjoyed our time there.

Now let's talk about the food and drinks! Like I said, there was a special menu (see included picture) but we could order from the regular menu as well. Tucked away in a wooded setting near the Lake Erie shore, Paper Moon has a really cozy, laid-back atmosphere. The indoor tasting area is comfortable and inviting, with board games available to play, and there's plenty of outdoor seating throughout the grass, along with a covered outdoor dining area. It's a great place to relax and spend a leisurely afternoon with friends. It's a casual, counter-service setup. You order your food at the counter/bar area, you're given a buzzer, and then you pick up your food at the counter when it's ready. I ordered the Blackberry Sangria Slush, which was refreshing and perfect for a summer day. For lunch, I had the Hot Italian Panini with chips and a pickle spear. It was tasty and had good flavor, although the panini was a little on the thin side and I would have preferred it to be a bit more substantial. Overall, Paper Moon was a fun stop during our girls' day. I really enjoyed the peaceful, wooded setting and casual atmosphere. They did not have a chardonnay or anything close. The traditional cheese tray was obviously pre- cubed cheeses, some plain soda crackers and a half a peach. I asked about getting a half order or the "gourmet " cheese tray but the server said they don't offer it because everything is pre-proportioned, which leads me to believe it's from Costco or the like. All in all pretty disappointing. Ww love stopping at wineries but unless friends want to go, ill avoid this one.
