Was it the best food I've ever had? No. But our server, Courtney (I think her name was) was very kind and though she was obviously busy, checked in with us often. Wow wow wow! This place is great. Went here while visiting Bristol R&R. You would think with such an extensive menu the food wouldn't be good... wrong! Husband ordered BBQ nachos and I ordered the prosciutto pizza. The pizza was amazing! The right amount of flavor. Balsamic drizzled was the perfect touch. A little messy but well worth it! Husband ate nearly all of his nachos and you can see from the pics that they are massive! Also the house made chips are great, especially as a starter while you look at the large menu. I find their options to be great. I personally don't eat red meat so I love having Turkey burger and black bean burger options. I also find their menu to be vast and prices to be reasonable. I've had nothing but great experiences when I've come. I've tried several things from here over the years and find the alternative burgers, jerk chicken, pizza, and Jerk Chicken Salad to all be top notch. 5/5 stars! read more

I am traveling for work and had actually yelped a Chinese restaurant that I was driving to. I passed this place and it was so colorful and looked busy at lunch time so I turned around and pulled in here! I had no idea at first if they'd have vegetarian options but I decided it was worth taking a chance. I was immediately greeted by a friendly smiling face and he seated me in the bar area. The decoration is very eclectic and the menu looks like a newspaper. I was surprised at the various vegetarian options available. They have several different homemade veggie burgers and pizza with a vegan cheese option. Upon seeing the menu, I was excited to eat lunch!! My server greeted me and she was amazing! I ordered the traditional homemade black bean burger which had just the right amount of spice to it! I added mushrooms to it and the vegetable medley for my side. The burger was very filling! It is spicy, so if you don't like spicy I'd try something else but I absolutely thought it was in the top 3 best veggie burgers that I've ever eaten in my life. Ordered my son the chicken tender meal, the chicken came out BURNT and was so tough I couldn't pull the tenders apart. Got our waiters attention, he said he would get it fixed and bring out some new ones. About 10 minutes later he brings out "new" tenders and they were burnt just as bad as the first ones we sent back. Also, they didn't give fresh ribbon chips so they were cold and hard as well. We didn't even bother attempting to send them back a second time. My son ate ribbon chips off my husbands plate and a slice of my pizza, his meal was a complete waste. read more

Stopped here on the way home from vacation in NC with my fiancée. This place was decorated in a loud but very fun way and we enjoyed the 90s music they had playing on their sound system. We ordered the BBQ nachos and weren't disappointed. They did not skimp on any of the toppings and the cheddar cheese looked like they shredded it there, not some pre packaged stuff but the real thing. Oh and they were huge, enough for a family and we did our best to make a decent dent into them. I ordered the BBQ pizza and it was piled high with pork and had a nice ratio of BBQ sauce and cheese. My fiancée ordered the Jamaican pizza and she loved it, especially since the jalapeños were cooked/baked perfectly. We love key lime pie and ordered a slice, and were a bit disappointed. While the restaurant started to get busy, we were still comfortably distanced from other diners. The wait staff was excellent and everything made its way to us quickly! Alright so I just dry heaved trying the key lime pie, it might've just been the pie I was given, I'm not sure, but 8'm a huge dessert person so I'm not too picky when it comes to key lime pie. Server was great- easy going, on top of it and kept the water flowing. Our food was tasty. The menu was big but creative it was in the form of a news paper. This use to be our go to Cootie Brown location until we ordered take out one night. An entire meal was missing even though my husband went over the order with the lady and she "confirmed" everything was in the bag. He had to drive 25 mins back to the restaurant where he had to argue to get them to remake the now 1 hour old food. My daughter has a gluten sensitivity and I said 3 times on the phone the meal NEEDED to be gluten free. Within 15 mins of eating her meal she became sick like she always does when she accidentally ingests gluten. We have never had these issues with this location in the past and my husband asked to speak to the manager. Turns out the lady who confirmed the order and he had to argue with to remake the pizza was the manager. Additionally, by the looks of the pizza when he got home it was not actually remade. The box was saturated with oil like the pizza had sat there for over an hour. Given their attitude about their error, I would not be surprised if she just lied about remaking the pizza. I will not go to this location again. Mistakes happen but poor attitudes and mis-truths when it comes to my food are not tolerable. read more

I just ordered a gift card for my sister who lives locally and she was so excited to try out your place near Kingsport. The food here is incredible! Service was a bit slow but good things come to those who wait. I'm from a small town in central Illinois and this place makes pizza just like my hometown.
