They blatantly lie to you about everything. Useless phone staff. Ridiculously slow.

I just bought a 2025 RX 350H from Lexus of Concord. It was one of the best car buying experiences I…read moreevery had. Fredy Herrera was my sales man and was very helpful. There was absolutely no pressure. I really wanted an RX 350H but I recently retired and other than road trips I don't drive a lot of miles. Fedy showed me a 2025 with 12K miles that was about 10% cheaper than buying it new. It had everything on it I was looking for including the color. Since it was a certified pre-owned vehicle it came with a 5 year warrantee and 2 year free service. It was exactly the car and deal I was looking for. I highly recommend Lexus of Concord. They are low pressure and seem truly interested in getting you the vehicle that really meets your needs. Tom W.

Since we live…read morein Sacramento and the dealership is in Concord, John went above and beyond by working with us before we even arrived. He was responsive, helpful, and made sure we had the information we needed ahead of time, which saved us a lot of time and made the trip worthwhile. He called us right when the car arrived. When we got to the dealership, everything was ready to go. John was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He answered all of our questions, kept us informed, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward.

UPDATE: I sent the picture of the "tar" oil to the owner and to his credit he responded quickly and…read moreapologized. He said that it was indeed obvious that the oil wasn't changed, and acknowledged this was a "miss" by his mechanic. I appreciated this bc at the time I was contending that the oil hadn't been changed, I felt like the "bad guy" when his mechanic was telling us that he had changed it. So I appreciated the call. In any case, this could have been a real problem for me had I not done my own checking and changed the oil myself, and no doubt I would have just been out-of-luck with no recourse. So even if not attributable to malice in this case, stuff can fall through the cracks and I recommend that you do your own thorough due diligence and not necessarily just take everything that is said at face value. ORIGINAL: Be careful and you should buy here only if you know cars or if you have a good mechanic. I came here only because they happened to have a rare model that I was looking for. The owner represented that they had changed the oil after I expressly asked. I honestly didn't care if they did or not, I just wanted to know so I would know to do it. After a cursory check after some driving, it was obvious from the dipstick that the "mechanic" had not. I went back to the dealership to get them to do it. When I returned, the owner swore up and down that his "mechanic" changed the oil, and that he didn't want to ask him to change it again bc then he'd be "calling his mechanic a liar." I said I couldn't speak to whether the "mechanic" was a liar or not, but see can see from the photo what eventually came out when I changed it. So yea, man, your "mechanic" is indeed, a liar. The owner then offered to reimburse me if I went to go change it at Midas nearby. Not trusting a "quickie oil change" place either I asked instead if the owner would just pay me the cost of the oil and filter and I'd do it myself. So buyer beware. They have a decent selection of interesting cars, but you should assume, regardless of what they tell you, that they did not do any maintenance to the car. Unless you are physically watching them as they do it, and even then I'm not sure I would trust them. You will either have to check everything yourself, or take it to your trusted mechanic. The one thing that is good, is that the salespeople seemed like decent enough people, but definitely are not thorough or take proper care in what they are doing. For 90% of buyers who don't know anything about cars they can probably get away with their behavior. But I'd recommend that you only buy here if if you really know your cars and know exactly what to check.

I've been searching for a good local mechanic as I have four different vehicles to maintain, and I'm certain I found the right shop for me! Kristen, the receptionist was absolutely lovely, great costomer service and very friendly, (she responded to a message I left on Yelp and was very responsive, helpful and knowledgeable) The guys who worked on my bike were pros and made me feel relaxed and reassured as to what the heck was wrong with my bike And how to fix it. The answer was everything basically, lol. I came in with a 2006 Suzuki GSXR 1000 with running issues, It had just hit hit 26,000 MI so needed a valve adjustment. Oil change, Cam chain tensioner, brake fluid flush, radiator flush, battery, spark plugs (which I tried to do by myself but failed).. and they said that my air filter was by far the dirtiest air filter they've ever seen by far... They got everything done perfectly and it feels like a new bike! It wasn't cheap but you get what you pay for, and it was done right and they were super cool! I highly recommend this Business as I plan to be a regular customer there myself.

Then took all of our finished and unfinished products with invoices and threw them in a dumpster. And on the same day went into an area which wasnt supposed to be touched (as i verified this with all 3 of his employees that there was personal stuff that belonged to myself that had nothing to do with the auction. I had two of my dirtbikes we were rebuilding there. One of which was my sons race bike. I told the guys multiple times that the bikes and bike parts were mine and yet all of my parts that were new in bags and all my specialty tools to fix the bike also with the parts all dissappeared. Unfortunately i wasnt there when they took the first dumpster (one big enough to park a f350 inside of but i did catch the second one as he was leaving and he told me the company who ordered the dumpsters was acting funny. Was adamit that they went and got it right then. And said when he got to the recycler he was told just to go drop the box and not to weigh it. Unfortunately for me they had already recycled the first dumpster by the time i got there. But i was able to catch the second one. After 3 days of digging i was able to find my kick starter and side cover but the rest was gone. So not only did our company loose over 500k in finished product i also lost over 1500 in parts and over 300 in specialty tools. It just made me sick to my stomach. And when i questioned ashman they said it was protocol to go in and throw away all your stock and inventory and take dirty scrap prices for it. 4k for nearly 700k doesnt sound like a fair deal to me. I took pictures of what got thrown away. Mind you the first dumpster which was 3/4 of the way full was already recycled. So these are images of the second dumpster. Sad is all I can Say
