I have been taking my dog here for 12 1/2 out of her soon to be 13 years of life. She was recently…read morein on Monday for a vertigo episode and prescribed trazadone. Later that day she started hacking, they said nothing to worry about, I call back to say it's white foam, message was to be passed, no response before close. Days continue of hacking and no sleep. (Wasnt happening before the visit). I continued to call Tuesday, Wednesday, and Today (Thursday). To be told someone was supposed to call me, they were also supposed to call on a scheduled follow up on Weds but that never came. I have been worried if she was allergic or something was going on from days of panting. What I was told after the 10th call was that she will need to come in for an x-ray.. REALLY?! An X-ray. That couldn't have been communicated days before as I sit around helpless. All these calls are me reaching out to them and 0 calls in return Very upsetting. I've decided to spread my experience on my local FB group (I heart emoji PLX), where I have 3,300 + local members and this experience has already stopped one from scheduling an appointment.

Dr Faulkner has truly taken care of all of our babies and most recently our old girl who had a bout of cancer. They're so accommodating and kind and helpful taking the time to address any concerns and help our baby in any way they can. So grateful we were able to find such a great veterinarian and clinic staff. Even just cute little extras to make us smile and feel more at ease with the entire process. We are so grateful for them!

It was a long and expensive visit but I would do it all over again if needed cause she is well on her way to recovering due their treatment. Well this is our fur baby and we paid it. 2 months later he needed a lipoma removal from under his arm which was causing lameness. OK. How much was this going to cost? I was told another $4,000.00 We paid it. I asked if there was any way to cut down on the cost because I am on medicare/SS and we just had to pay $5,000.00 for a surgery 2 months prior. I was told NO, our prices are set in stone from Columbus. ??????? WHAT? you CANNOT give a discount to someone after they were JUST there for a prior surgery?????? After the second surgery, the lameness was still there and the DOCTOR told me I would need an MRI to determine where to do an injection. ANOTHER 2,500.00. NOPE. My vet, whom I called before his follow up, said to ask for steroids and if the doctor would not give them to me, she would. He DID give them to me but said , and I quote, "This is like throwing sand at the problem". OK . RUDE. After the 3 week regimine, he is walking fine and never had a problem since. RIDICULOUS. SO YES, THEY ARE ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. Do NOT take your pet there!! We now go to Metropolitan Animal hospital.

It's not just the routine healthcare we appreciate, but it's the difficult issues where we've found comfort in knowing proper, loving care has been administered. Our dog, Jax, was been coming here for years for routine checkups and immunizations, but when it was discovered he had cancer in one of his dew claws, we were grateful that the cancer was skillfully removed with great care. Jax recovered fully. Then when Scout, one of our elderly cats, was so ill that he couldn't go on, the staff made him and us comfortable as we said goodbye to him. Their empathy and final care was so appreciated. And now, Steve, our Turkish Van of 13 years, has become ill and has been seen by both Dr. Ryan Gates and Dr. Eric Allie. I am so grateful to how kind, gentle and patient they were with him on both visits. Both vets were also patient with me, as I had so many questions for them, and they provided answers to everything. My wife and I deeply appreciate this clinic and staff for all they have done for our beloved pets.
