Recently the brine control valve started leaking. Made a appointment and was scheduled within a timely manner. Albert, the service technician called with a time he arrived on our scheduled day. Nice, thorough man checked everything I had concerns with....that is testing how soft our water was and the inlet water screen. He replaced the leaking valve and everything is fine now.
