I Went to copperhead grille at 5 pm with a friend and my 1.5 year old. While we were waiting for the check my son started crying for a few minutes. The manager (Kenny) came over and told me " are you going to take care of this situation." I responded with "I am just waiting for the check." He did not offer to get the check instead just said you need to take care of it. If this is not a family friendly restaurant you should just not have high chairs. read more

We visited 9/17/15 and went in not knowing what to expect. We couldn't have been happier! We had relatives visiting from out of town. They both had the Cobb Salad and both said it was one of the best they've ever had (they are well traveled). My wife had the crab cakes and asparagus. The crab cakes are actual lump crab and not a bunch of filler and the asparagus was cooked perfectly. I had the Cuban chicken which was absolutely mouth watering. Our waitress was extremely attentive (especially with our kids) but not over bearing. The food was amazing and we didn't have to wait a long time for it to come out despite the being packed. Still love the airport copperhead grill location however the Saucon valley location has been disappointing the past two times. Mediterranean salad is so sad looking now, two red peppers were put on my salad the one day. I also got a to go order called at 4:15 said it would be 20minutes (ordered a app and salad) arrived a little early but food was not ready till 4:59! Unacceptable especially when it was not even busy. Mabye new management has taken over.... just won't be visiting that location anytime soon. read more

With it being Valentine's weekend, we were expecting long waits and lines everywhere. We were visiting from out of town and decided here for dinner. Was impressed by Kenny's (a manager) ability to sit our party of 7 in less than 10 minutes. We had Sarah as our waitress. She was very attentive to our orders. Our table was not level, and Mike (manager) came and corrected it. I took the time to compliment on the service. Food was great. Mozzarella sticks are huge! Coconut shrimp was tasty. We came for a late lunch before dinner time. Our party ordered the steak fajitas, chicken fajitas, buffalo chicken sandwich with onion rings, kid's menu chicken fingers, and beer battered bacon cheese burger with special fries. The men loved their fajitas. Everything on their plates was fresh and smelled delicious. The buffalo chicken sandwich with a mild sauce was juicy and delicious. The onion rings are thick onion slices fried in beer batter. The beer batter burger is a unique menu item we have not seen anywhere else before. The burger is cooked just under your desired doneness then deep fried to preferred doneness. Special fries are potato wedges covered in cheese and bacon. The children's chicken fingers were disappointing. Chicken fingers were thin, small and looked dry. Three pieces of chicken were served with a small handful of fries. My friend & I would always drop in to eat 3 times a week. Being from out of town, we like the hospitality of the people, food, atmosphere & location. We brought friends to dine with us on Sept. 13, 2012, and 5 of us had dinner there. That night our friend found a plastic wapper in her fish dinner, [ like off a ketchep bottle] which she was chewing on. The manger came over to see if everything was ok with our dinners. We told her about the plastic in the fish dinner and she said "Oh my God!". She went over to tell the owner of the Restuarant. We where very embarassed for our friends. They did nothing about it. Here I recommended the Restuarant because we were frequent diners there and was disappointed in the way my friends were treated. Food is good. Layout is good. Recommend for the sports nut but... The booths are the worst place to sit on earth if you are on the interior seats. Get the ends. The interior seats leave you sitting in the corner of a 90 degree angle with access to basically the corner of the table. Horrible. I don't usually write reviews but I felt this one needed to be done. My boyfriend and I came here last night at around 9. It was my first time here and it exceeded my expectations. For starters, I don't remember the name of our waitress but she was AWESOME. she told us it was only her second day which blew me away because it seemed like she had been there for years, she guided me through the menu and was so helpful. Tonight was my third visit to this restaurant I was very disappointed tonight. We arrived and were seated right away which was great- we looked at the 2 for 29 menu, which we have never eaten from the other two times- looked it over and decided on our choices- Potato skins to share as an appetizer, Caesar salads and I picked out the Garlic Steak and my husband picked out the Ribs & Pulled pork- the waitress came over and we told her we wanted the 2 for 29 so I started stating that we would like the potato skins- immediately she said that they were out of them- so I quickly responded "are we able to substitute mozzarella sticks?" and she said - we usually dont do substitutions for the 2 for 29 but let me check- she came back and said- guess what we have potato skins again! - ok so then we ordered the rest and she went off- our potato skins came out- they were very good- our salads came out and we started to dig in- very good- well our waitress comes over while we are eating our salads and comes up to me and says she is very sorry but they are all out of sirloin steaks and they just told her now- I said....ok well there are only 5 choices on the 2 for 29 and 2 of them are a sirloin- the other 3 options I did not want- so I asked her what was I supposed to do? So she went to go get the manager- he came over after a few minutes and said that he was sorry they were so busy today and they ran out and that he was going to make me a breaded sirloin with marinara sauce. I said that did not sound appetizing to me at all - and then he just didn't say anything- I then said- well just bring out my husbands entree and take some money off o our bill and that will be fine- at that point I wasn't getting full- well the manager again- doesn't really anything! My husband then says- can't you prepare her a NY Strip steak or something the same way ? So then he says to me- would you like a NY Strip -and I said that would be fine- so he said he would do that for the same price-So our entrees come out and it tasted good- I was not unhappy with the taste of our food at all- I am very disappointed in how the whole situation was handled- I felt very pressured and felt like I was just supposed to settle for what he told me he was going to make- He should have given me the full menu and told me to pick something else out for the same price range- The couple sitting behind us had the same thing happen to them but the person who was offered the breaded sirloin had the manager come back over and they told him that they did not like the meal at all and it was taken off of their bill. I just don't understand why it was such a big deal- and again- I felt like I should just setlle for what they told me they were going to make me- I thought going to a restaurant was all about choosing what you would like to eat! I understand that sometimes restaurants run out of things- but #1- don't tell me this 30 minutes after I ordered it- and #2 don't just come over and tell me what you are going to bring me out instead- give me another option! I have had mistakes happen at other restaurants before and they were handled in a much more professional manner which has made me WANT to come back- How this was handled really turned me off to the Copperhead Grill and I WILL NOT be returning- read more

Other experiences have been bad here and there but I always try to give the benefit of the doubt as everyone has off nights. Recently this place has gone down hill and will not be returning. Loved this place! Let me start with the atmosphere. Now...I am not a "sports bar" kind of gal, but although there were TVs everywhere I didn't find them annoying in the least. Each table has its own volume control for whichever TV that table would like to listen to, so it's up to you if you want to listen. The seating was different - loved the setup. On to the wait staff...our waitress was a sweetheart! She was attentive and very pleasant. Each stage from our drinks to our food came out timely and nicely spaced out between appetizer and meal. And finally, the food and prices - the prices are a little high and the sides are ala carte - I'd love to see sides included however the portions are huge. We started with the nachos and should have stopped there - huge and enough for the four of us and delish! Two of us ordered the crab cakes. There was another reviewer on here who complained bitterly about the restaurant not picking through the crab, etc. Come on - really? These were some of the best I've ever had and if you've ever had crab cakes it should be expected that you might just run across that one tiny piece of stuff that was missed being picked out. These were just about all crab meat - hardly any filler...just delicious. One of us got the chicken fajitas - huge portion and thoroughly enjoyed. And finally, one of us got the combo dinner with the ribs, pulled pork, chicken, and bacon wrapped shrimp - the person that ordered this doesn't even eat shrimp but ate every single one because they were so delicious. I highly recommend the Copper 'tini too! We left there stuffed - the food was so good that we didn't want to leave any of it or take it home! My husband and I had become regulars at your restaurant since we discovered it, as we had received great service from your servers and the food was much better then any other pub we had been to in the area. We were also happy to know you showed the UFC events, so we starting attending them until about a month ago. At that time, we stopped attending because of the way we were treated by your general manager. We had arrived to watch a UFC fight and came early as last time we were stuck in a horrible spot on patio furniture, we made it clear to the front that we were here for that and asked for a booth with good views of the TV's, after we had sat down and ordered and received our drinks and some appi's your GM came up to us and told us that essentially we are taking up prime space as she could turn over our table 3 times within the time we would be there. I would like to note we spend on average $120 each visit and always tip nicely. We found this comment horrendous to be said to a customer, you should never make a customer feel as if their money is worth less then another's. In fact we recommended that she should never say such words to a customer again, she wanted us to relocate to the bar even after having received food and drinks. The situation could have been dealt with much better, by simply saying "by the way next time you guys are in for the UFC, this is our standard policy....." rather then making us feel insulted and asking us to move in the middle of our meal. We left a good tip for our server as she was very apologetic for how it was handled and a note to the owner to email us "if they cared", we have received no response from the restaurant and therefore I am now writing my review. We will never come back to any copperhead grill because of this and will never recommend anyone to go as well. Huge disappointment, as I mentioned your servers are great and your food is good, but if the management continues to treat customers this way, you will continue to lose them. read more

Absolutely my favorite restaurant ever! The meals are fantastic, excellent portion sizes and appropriately priced. Service is great, amazing bar and drink selection. management is always there and making their rounds throughout the restaurant to make sure guests are happy. Ask for Whitney or Savannah!! We are new to the area and have been here twice all ready. They have good food and plenty of TV's to catch the games. We recently went for the UFC fights and were quickly seated right in front of a big screen. My only small irritation was that, if you go for a fight, you have to spend at least $20 per person at the table. Other places we've been to have also done this and that's totally fine, but I was a little annoyed that we weren't told about this policy when we were seated (the hostess knew we were there for the fight) and I didn't see it written in their advertisements either. read more

I went to the Airport Rd. location on July 2 for dinner and meet friends to see the UFC fights one hour later. Apparently they have a different policy for people that are there for one or the other, but there was no policy for people that want to do both. So I was given an option to take a small table that would not accommodate the rest of my party meeting us there in one hour or have to wait 30 minutes to be seated for the fights/dinner, even though the restaurant was only at 1/4 capacity. The "policy" wasn't as bad as the condescending and argumentative hostess who didn't understand we did not fit into policy and she should make an exception. After speaking to the manager we got the table we wanted. Things were good until the waitress spilled a beer on my fiance and me. She was very apologetic and we where not upset. However, I was very upset to find that the waitress notified the manager and 1) the manager did not visit the table to make sure everything was okay over the next three hours of our visit and 2) we did not receive any type of compensation off our bill. These two events have led to a terrible dining experience. read more

I went here when they first changed hands form Damon's and had horrible service, probably just new waitresses and starting a new chain. Kind of forgot about the place due to lack of advertisement, and I just started going there again, 1st time, excellent service, but it was tues night, second time a weds night, orders were wrong and food was cold, but it was a table of 8, third time, was a Saturday college football day, a party of 25+ entered sat down in front and acted like it was a family reunion, standing in front of the TV's without a care in the world. Multiple complaints went out to the manager on duty with absolutely no concern to the families that were already seated. He did not address the problem at hand but chose to make the majority of the room move around to different seats to allow the minority of the people causing the problem to simply sit down. Last night at dinner my experience couldn't have been any better out server Andrew, was one of the best I've had in a really long . His welcoming made the entire party feel right at home he introduced us to your iron pig famous and fresh mozzarella sticks. Upon taking my first bite I could not believe the flavor of fresh mozzarella along side your tasty marinara the combination was out of this world. As we started to order our entrees I was unsure of what I would get. Remember this is my first time every to Copperhead I didn't know what I would order of course Andrew walked each and every one of us through our menu and explain that the CharChar Chicken was one of the best. Andrew explained how the garlic sauce made the chicken explode in your mouth, I ordered a side of mash potatoes fully loaded. After a few delicious Stella's, our food came out and boy was I surprised. Not only with the presentation of everyone's food but how delicious and flavorful everything looked. I couldn't wait to dig in but before I did I made sure I took a sweet Instagram picture. Now when I say Andrew hooked it up, boy did he hook it up. Not only was I beyond satisfied with my meal, I was more pleased with how concerned he was with the party, and how he always came by to touch base with everyone. He made the experience worth returning to Copperhead, his thrill for the food and for serving others made me and the entire party want to go out to eat together again. Thank you for making us feel right at home Drew, you truly made the experience more full-filling then we all thought it would be. Our first visit to the Copperhead grill won't be our last. Our bartender was a sweet, adorable and bubbly little blonde who was quite attentive. The Mediterranean salad was delicious and the chicken breast was done perfectly. The quesadilla was very tasty as well. They had an impressive beer selection.
