This is a cool bar/restaurant near our hotel. They had a variety of food. They also have specials on different days of the week. Miller's Ale House really surprised me. I was expecting just a regular bar experience but the food and service were actually great. The restaurant was clean and the service was outstanding. Our server was super kind and gave awesome suggestions. We started with the spinach and artichoke dip which was good but a little bland. The Big Red Zone with chicken fries and ribs was a hit. The chicken was juicy and the ribs were tender. Mimi's Fiesta Bowl was also solid and seasoned well. For dessert we went with the layered ice cream cake and the warm chocolate melting into the ice cream made it even better. Overall we had a really good time here. The service here was outstanding! The food was pretty good, too. In fact everything we ordered was delicious except for the spinach artichoke dip, which must have been frozen and warmed up. There was literally one piece of artichoke in the entire thing and the dip screamed SPINACH at you. Definitely pass on that appetizer. The quesadillas, "Big Red" chicken sandwich, and the desserts were ordered were all great. The chicken was really, really juicy and the mango habanero sauce was delicious. Met a bunch of friends there recently - I'd never been to Miller's Ale House but had heard good things. I love a lively bar atmosphere and was in the mood to try some new food. First off, the staff were all so friendly and accomodating! They really went above and beyond helping us get seated together (we were a large group) and answering questions and making recommendations. The food was outstanding! The Osso Bucco was huge and fall-off-the-bone tender. We were all happy with our meals and drinks. Too bad no room for dessert! Prices are definitely reasonable for the portion sizes. The reason Miller's got 2 stars is because server was nice, drink, and fries was good. Food use to be good, but now I don't know what's happening. Ordered Mild wings all salt and grease, ordered pot stickers, chewy and bland, prime rib French dip was thick roast beef with no flavor at all even the dipping sauce was bland. Fries had seasoning that's about it. Now the bartender makes a good drink not pictured because I drank it to fast, the black mint margarita. Overall I'll sit at the bar to drink and eat fries. We literally took about 15 home While the service wasn't amazing, it honestly seemed more like an understaffing issue than anything on our server's end. i've eaten in this place twice now and probably won't be going back. Food is generally good,& mostly that you were expect from a sports type bar. Service has been overall pretty good, with just one clunker of a waitress one evening. Hamburger/cheeseburger is very good!. The reason I didn't rate them higher is their prices--way too high for this kind of food, in this area. They seem to make the mistake of many other chain - type restaurants, with pricing I assume formulated for "big cities". But in an area like Lehigh Valley which is a little more conservative and generally lower prices, this place seems WAY overpriced for this type of food! Many places around here have similar menus, I generally significantly less expensive. They need to set prices appropriate for the region in which the particular restaurant is located! read more

Went to the house to get a quick dinner before our flight back to Florida. The waitress was overwhelmed with other tables took forever for her to get there, but we were patient and we understood. She told us that she worked a second job and it's been up since 5 AM. We understood and was courteous to her. She took our orders took forever to get our drinks, but we were patient after over an hour and other people that seated before us getting our food their food we finally just decided to leave the establishment and just pay for the drinks. The manager did come over and said he would give us the food for free. We took the food and gave it to a homeless guy has to be one of the worst restaurants I've ever been to in my life management really needs to step up and get more help or you guys need a new manager will definitely not tell anybody to go back to this location. Had a great rib eye steak with delicious made mashed potatoes and broccoli in the restaurant area, then moved over the other bar area to watch the Bears/Eagles game with some other fellow Bears fans. We always told our friends that Millers was a nice place to eat, not exceptional , but solid. Our last two visits have us changing our mind about going to Millers. The first time that was unexceptional was a steak that was over cooked and dry but we decided to try again and we were truly disappointed again so we will not be back. First we ordered the soup of the day, a cup to share. the waiter came back shortly and told us that soup was unavailable but they had clam chowder. No problem we received the chowder. They brought 2 soups and we told them we only ordered one. They took one back but when we asked for crackers, we were told they have no crackers, the order didn't come in. The soup was fine. For entrees, my husband had the fish and chip lunch special. It was greasy, very little fish and tasteless. The fries were fine. I had the zinger salad. The lettuce was fresh but the zingers looked like mozzarella sticks with no flavor. when we received the bill, we were charged for the extra soup we never took and the waiter could not change it on the bill because there was not a manager available. He said a manager would call us and put the money back on the gift card. We never received a call. We are not going back and that is a shame because we once liked this place. read more

For appetizers with had mozzarella sticks & 12pc garlic chicken wings (they weren't crispy at all but they were good, also I forgot to take pictures of these). My dad had pork with rice & mashed potatoes, Diet Pepsi & a sangria. My mom had salmon with rice & vegetables & a lemonade. And I a Mahi Mahi sandwich with kettle chips, a blackberry drink & a strawberry drink (I forgot the names but I have pictures, lol). Overall t it was all great & we will be back soon. read more
