The food here is top notch! They serve the milkshakes in big silver cups like places should. I got the jumbo crab cakes-so good with remoulade sauce and their mashed potatoes are homemade-buttery good. Caesar salad had an excellent dressing. Lots of delicious seafood and burgers. This place was definitely worth the trip! I ordered a strawberry lemonade along with the prime rib sandwich and their loaded "Famous Fries." Ugh, it was honestly to die for. I always judge a prime rib sandwich by the horseradish sauce, and this was incredible. Thick and creamy, it was a perfect contrast to the warm beefy au jou. However, the bread on the sandwich was a little too thick for my liking. The fries were excellent as well. The fact that they were a potato wedge was a nice touch. Went to Copperhead Grille Sunday 4/23. In attendance were my wife, her Godmother, one daughter and my married son, his wife and his 1 1/2 year old son. We ordered our apps and not even half way through, a runner/bus boy brings our food and starts placing entrees down while 4 of us rush to make room for everything. Four of us are holding multiple plates and empty glasses and after placing our entrees down, the bus boy literally runs away and doesn't take all the plates and glasses we are holding. Still not sure if he was being rude or clueless. So we walked to an empty table and placed our items down. So now we leave the rest of the apps uneaten and start on our entrees. Our waitress happens by and I tell her my complaints and she apologizes. By the time I walk away, I realize the sides to my entree were not plated. I ask another waitress to grab our waitress. In interim someone else walks by and asks hows everything and my wife says ok and employee says 'good' and walks away. Sometime later the waitress walks back, by now I no longer want the sides, and she says the manager should be over at which point my wife and I cracked up as we now realize the person who passed by was the manager ,who didn't address any of our issues. I wasn't about to repeat my complaints to a random person walking by. Identify oneself as a manager and address our complaints. Add to that the meat on my 'pit beef dip' was beyond dry. Frankly, if you all would have taken one beer off the menu (.85 cent wholesale cost on a domestic light beer , fyi ) I would have felt somewhat better. Or at the very least the manager, identifying herself as a manager and addressing our issues would have made us feel somewhat better. The Copperhead serves pretty standard sandwiches and burgers. I go pretty frequently so I've been able to figure out what they make well and what they don't. There are a couple salads (spinach, motz, and tomato salad, and the cobb salad) and sandwiches (cuban, chicken ranchero) I stick with to be on the safe side. Their fajitas are filling and well seasoned. They have a okay selection of beers on tap and make a lot of mixed drinks as well. There are many televisions to easily watch sports. They hostesses and waiters are friendly. The bar service, when sitting at the bar, could be better. Since I'm pretty laid back and usually just relaxing I'm okay waiting for a drink even if they are not busy. They do a nice job with take out food also. read more

I come to Copperhead for one reason, the mozzarella sticks. They are the top of the line when it comes to fried cheese. They are huge, and always crisp. My cousin loves this place and I have met him here a few times. I really think he just likes the cold beer. It is very cold and kept at an even temperature. I too appreciate it. I have read the majority of the reviews here and I agree, the food isn't that impressive. The restaurant is always packed, and I know personal friends of mine that love both locations and eat their often. I have had the fajita platter, and it's pathetic for $20. A couple thick pieces of what appears to be tough London Broil, with a side of boxed red rice. I wouldn't even consider it a side, due to the size of the portion, more of a condiment. I have had the the Mediterranean chicken skewers. The flavor or which is good, but I feel like it is over priced. On one occasion, I made the mistake of ordering the Pho they had on special. That was a huge disappointment, but that's my fault for ordering a Vietnamese dish at a sports bar. I have gotten the pit beef sandwich, and it looked like damp brown paper towels on a roll with a slice of cheese on it. This one was really upsetting for the price. The Airport Rd location, was the culprit here. I know I can get a tremendous beef sandwich at a local bar 3 minutes down the road, so this one really hurt! I attended a Christmas Party at the Coopersburg location, and the food wasn't impressive. Crab Cake and filet. It was comparable to what I would expect in a higher end diner. I have had wings at each location. Both under cooked and underwhelming. It seems like all the flavors taste the same. I have been to both locations more than a few times, and I am always let down. I cringe when family or friends suggest it. That being said, my sons loves the mozzarella sticks, and rightfully so... they are the best. Last night I decided to order takeout from the Copperhead Grille. When ordering online I was looking around and got something out of the ordinary: a grilled black bean burger. I also accompanied this with some kid's mac and cheese. At pick up, the young man who handles take out took great care of my order as it was sitting there when I walked in. I'd also like to mention he hadn't poured my drink yet which I was quite pleased with because no one wants a watery Raspberry iced tea! When getting back home and dining I was surprised to enjoy the burger so much. The flavors stood out and the bread was soft. However, the fries that came along with the burger were a little cold making them less appetizing. The kid's mac and cheese was pretty good but needed salt which I didn't have. My wife and I met at Copperhead for lunch today to catch a World Cup game. Upon arrival the game was on but the sound was off and they were just playing music. So we asked our waiter if they could turn on the commentary for the game and within 2-3 minutes it was on which was great. About 10 minutes later we hear the table behind us complaining about it being too noisy and they didn't appreciate the sound from the TV but preferred the music. A manager was brought over who kindly reminded them it is a sports bar and that for bigger events they will turn the sound on if requested. The table continued to complain and, in my opinion, the staff went way above and beyond to satisfy them. In the end, the commentary stayed on which made us happy. Waited and hour and fifteen minutes for a salad, no explanation for the wait and every time I asked what was going on I was told it would just be a few more minutes. We finally got a manager (only after asking multiple times) and Manager apologized and said the bill would be adjusted to compensate us for our wait because the order slipped through the cracks in the kitchen. Got the bill as is and nothing was adjusted and we were not compensated at all. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and I am not a complainer. Just had a business dinner here after a 2 day conference. I called days ahead of time to make arrangements for about 20 people. The entire staff and owner along with the managers were amazing! Our servers were top notch, providing us with all the answers to our questions and explaining some of the newer dishes to us. From chicken to steak, even the appetizers, the food was amazing. I'm not a big review person but when you receive the level of service as my group did, you need to let people know. I ordered the Pho and let me tell you I closed my eyes and I thought I was in Vietnam. It was amazing! I could go on for days about the food but let me tell you about the service. Hands down the best service I've ever encountered. The manager Brad treated you like family right when I walked in the door. He was polite, attentive, and went above and beyond to service my needs. The bartender Shawn was a real stand up guy and even the other server Jen cleared my plates even though I wasn't in her section! That was so nice of her. The whole staff was amazing even the owner, Mike Senior, greeted me as soon as I sat down! Now if that isn't great service well then I don't know what is. A real spectacular establishment. Three of us sat outside on the patio on 7/31 and thoroughly enjoyed dinner and drinks. The service was fantastic!! Laura is fun, helpful and attentive. Mo, the manager, was equally wonderful. They both were working really hard to please customers and make sure everything was clean and safe for everyone. We are slowly venturing out post-COVID and believe that Copperhead was the best restaurant we've been to so far. The food was good, the drinks were great, and there was live music to enjoy.
