I purchased both my engagement ring and wedding bands from Forever Diamond and I couldn't be happier. The level of customer service Nicole (store manager) provided was above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. My now wife (married in December of 2012) wanted a very specific Tiffany setting (ribbon cut). The price and quality that Tiffney was asking for was outrageous. I felt like I was just purchasing a brand. Nicole was able to recreate this ring by just looking at pictures on the Tiffany website!!! I was able to get a lot more value for my money. In fact, I wanted to purchase a bigger caret and Nicole talked me out of it! She asked me what my wife was like and after describing her, Nicole explained a gaudy diamond wouldn't look as good for the setting or fit her personality as I described her. SHE WAS RIGHT!!! My wife loved the engagement ring!!! HOW MANY JEWLERS TALK CUSTOMERS OUT OF SPENDING MORE MONEY?!?!?!?! My wife has received so many compliments on her engagement ring and people still comment on it to this day. We obviously went back for our bands and Nicole again worked her magic. She asked my wife some questions and found bands that fit both of our tastes and personalities. My wife decided on a beautiful rose gold band with diamonds around the band. I picked out a silver platinum band. My wife's band was so beautiful the pastor stopped our wedding ceremony when we were exchanging bands to comment on her band!!!! I will be returning to purchase her anniversary band and any other jewelry I may need. Forever Diamond's customer service is simply un-paralleled. We never once felt pressured, taken advantage of, or like we were just any old customer. Nicole made us both feel special and didn't just try to "make a sale." This is my first Yelp review! I signed up because of my experience at Forever Diamond with Nicole. My fiance and I went to the Jewelers Building two weeks ago in search of an engagement ring setting. His grandmother gave him an absolutely beautiful round diamond, which i later learned is called a transitional cut from Nicole. We started at the ground level (who knew this place has 8 floors) or even existed!!!! what a great find!!! Anyway, we made our way through a few stores and we heard pretty much the same thing: oh, you have your OWN diamond, with a disapointed look on the salespersons face. To be quite honest, I felt like a fish out of water. We made our way to the 5th floor and wandered into Forever Diamond. A woman was on the phone when we walked in and she gestured to us that she would be right with us. The shop was smaller than most of the ones we had been to, but it was quaint and appeared to have a good ring selection. As we waited, I overheard the woman, who i later came to know as Nicole, talking about delivering a ring to someones work for them. Hmmm...sounds like good service to me. We showed Nicole our diamond, which she called a transitional cut and by the look on our faces she clearly knew we had no clue what that meant and gave us a brief education. Since the stone is an antique style, we wanted to keep with that style. She had two rings: one with intricate detail and another with leaves/diamonds. After a lot of back and forth because both styles were gorgeous, we decided on the one with leaves/diamonds in platinum. Three days later my boyfriend proposed and it was perfect!!!! My ring is stunning and I've already stopped in for a lunchtime cleaning! Nicole is very professional, educated and she listened to exactly what we wanted. While overseas in Iraq, my brother emailed me and gave me the incredible task of picking out an engagement ring for his then girlfriend. As flattered as I was that I was asked to help with this huge moment, I was also stressed beyond belief as this is a huge under-taking. I was able to get a considerably higher quality diamond for less than the price the retail shops were charging for mediocre diamonds. Love this place. I got married one year ago, I had a very unique, antique looking engagement ring. I knew what I wanted for a wedding band to compliment it, but was afraid it was going to cost an arm and a leg to get it. My now husband and I went here along with many other jewelers in the building. Everyone else was trying to sell me a ring they already had it stock, saying they could bend it, or do something to fit into our price range. Nicole made me the exact ring that I wanted, for about half the price of the other quotes we got. A year later, my engagement ring (that we bought from someone else before we knew how awesome she was) has lost a diamond, and I wanted to have my rings soldered together and she even fixed my engagement ring within days, so I wouldn't have to be without it for as long. It was our anniversary weekend she knew I didn't like being without my ring, she actually lent me a band so I wouldn't feel naked. I went to Forever Diamond based on a recommendation by my college buddy to look at engagement rings. After reading online about diamonds, I went to a few local jewelers and a couple big names in town. I took lots of notes and learned a lot! There was so much difference between all the prices and qualities that i was a bit overwhelmed and stressed. Don't you just love the holidays? I do!!! This year the boy was out to dazzle me under the tree and headed into Boston (a rarity for him). He went in to the Jewelers Building and saw Nicole at Forever Diamond. The earrings he came out with are positively gorgeous. I'm not a big "glitzy glitter girl" so a jewelery store is the hardest place to find something I'd like as most of the stuff is just too gaudy for me. Not the case here, he had a hard time narrowing down the choices they gave him. He ended up choosing a beautiful pair of diamond hoops. They're really different in that the diamonds are set on the outside in the front and the inside on the back side so that they're all visible. They're absolutely gorgeous. I was upset when I saw what was in the box as I know how pricey both diamonds and gold are right now. He assured me that the price he got from them was really reasonable, which made us both happy! For the past three years Nicole at Forever Diamonds has been the gloucester go to person in my book. It started with my son and his engagement. Since that time myself and another friend have had jewelry reset and redesigned with great results. I went to the Jewelry Building during lunch to get my girlfriend a birthday present. What a place! There were 8 floors of stores...overwhelming is not even the word. Clearly this was my first time. I started on the second floor and visited a few shops. Everyone was eager to sell me way over my budget. Hey I am a guy on a budget who is saving for a ring. I came across Forever Diamond by chance when the elevator opened. It was small but had a lot to look at. I met Nicole the owner and she was really patient and open to my budget. She spent a lot of time with me talking about color clarity size etc. and in the end I got my girlfriend a really nice pair of diamond earrings. She loved them!!!!! Nicole even made me a sandwich since my whole lunch hour and then some had been spent in the building. Last week ,I was roaming the Jewelers Building with my brother in search of a diamond ring for his girlfriend. After a few hours of hearing about the 4 c's and certificates, we ended up at Forever Diamond on the 5th floor, where we met Nicole. Its a small shop and she is young, but dont let that fool you. This girl knows her stuff and can design any ring!!!!
