Pretty busy place, the Italian was delicious and then mimosas hit the spot. Its busy but the lines move quickly

Waffles served at 10,450 feet! Definitely worth a try! The views are obviously breath taking any season. To get to Corbet's Cabin you have to take an adventure up on the Jackson hole gondola. Service is quick and waffles are abundant. We got the Nutella waffles, the waffles were warm and fluffy. Nice little snack in a unique place. Outdoor and indoor seating area available but can get crowded. Would definitely come back during the winter season to try other flavors.

Just cool! Great selection of waffles that fit perfectly with the experience. Service is friendly and an absolute machine pumping out waffles. 360 views of Jackson Hole from 10,000 feet. Enough said!

Corbet's Cabin was one of the top highlights of my family's trip in Jackson Hole. A warm waffle at over 10,000 feet up? Say less. The tram ride up was perfect and breathtaking. The views were absolutely insane, that pictures simply did not do it justice. It only took about 10 minutes to get all the way up, which was perfect. The views from the top, despite the wind, were once in a lifetime. The Nutella waffle was my favorite. Anything with chocolate is what I will always order! The berry compote and the brown sugar waffles were also delicious. And, when paired with hot chocolate and hot cider, it was the perfect meal. We could've gone up here for waffles for every day. We had a ski pass that was good for our whole stay, and it included this team ride. If you are an advanced skier, sometimes the mountain is open for you to ski down. However, they say it is the hardest trail. Corbet's Cabin is not to be missed. It's worth everything and anything!

What an adventure! Waffles worth the trip! Toasty and crispy! The perfect warm treat after the crispy snowy winds blowing off the tram. Service was quick and friendly. Inside seating is limited but make a new friend and share a table. Everyone is there to have a warm drink and enjoy their treats. Loved it here and would ride up for waffles every trip!

Soft, buttery and freshly made waffles! We got the gateway which includes the bacon and peanut butter. Our order came out in 10 mins, we took the tramp up just to see the view and have the most wonderful waffles. Totally worth it! The wait is not long however they do get crowded inside and out so come warly, I wiuldn't recommend coming during the middle of the day as that is the most busy time for them. The atmosphere was cozy. Waffles with peanut butter and bacon sounded different but drizzle a little honey to yout waffle and you will be in heaven! Hoping to come back here sometime soon!

Corbet's Cabinis a small cozy wood cabin on the top of a mountain. With an evaluation over 10,000 feet. The only way to get there is to take the sky tram in the Tetons Village. It serves delicious waffles with several topping, coffee and hot chocolate. We decided on the Belgium waffle served with caramel drizzle. It did not disappoint. The hot chocolate was also delicious. It's worth the trip up!

Definitely such a neat concept. The waffles aren't anything special it's more about the experience and then being able to go ski down the mountain. They have a variety of different options from Nutella to a few other ingredients that you could have on the waffle. The views at the very top once you take the tram are incredible. I did think it would be nice if they let you take the tram for free if you were getting waffles otherwise $55 to take the tram is pretty expensive

The gateway (peanut butter + bacon) $10. Delicious. The line is long, but moves decently quickly. Highly recommend

Fun experience all the way up in the mountains. Was able to catch a ride to the top and enjoy some waffles. The waffles themselves are really good and there are some nice options to choose from. It's a bit cold so a warm cider always hits the spot. The cabin does stay pretty warm which is nice as well. Definitely make time to visit this spot.

After a few mountain hikes, we decided to find a place to sit down and enjoy some food. We had heard good things about this waffle spot from our wildlife tour guide, so we gave it a try. The fresh-made waffles are $9.75 each, with the following options: The "Trad" - Brown sugar butter The Belgian - Cookie butter, drizzled caramel, powdered sugar The Italian - Nutella The Gateway - Peanut butter, bacon The Cobbler - Mixed berry compote, whipped cream We ordered the Belgian waffle, and the order came in 10 minutes. From the first bite, I found it lacking the crunch I expected -- the texture was a bit too soft and floury, and it fell apart easily. The flavor was decent, but overall, I felt it was overrated compared to waffles back in my hometown. If I return, I might try The Gateway with peanut butter and bacon for something more savory. That said, the restaurant offers a wide variety of hot drinks, including spiked options. I imagine this would be a great spot to warm up and relax during the winter season.

If you visit Jackson Hole, then you really should visit Teton Village. If you visit Teton Village, you really should take the aerial tram to the top. And if you do all that, then you ABSOLUTELY MUST visit Corbet's Cabin for one of their famous waffles. Disclaimer: I'm a big sweets guy. Like, Buddy the Elf without the tights. I love me some waffles, and I've enjoyed them all over. Hotels, restaurants, diners, many homes, even several places in Belgium. And I have NEVER had a waffle like Corbet's. Not thick and dense, but rather crispy, light, and fluffy, unlike any waffle I've ever had before. My wife and I selected "the Belgian", and it was totes amazeballs. The waffle was prepared quickly, and the staff was very friendly. There were several tables inside, and places to eat outside as well. My only regret was that I didn't have enough room in my stomach to try a second waffle.

Peanut butter bacon waffle, the fruit crumble waffle and the traditional waffle :)

Ask the Community - Corbet's Cabin

I would like to go to Corbet's Cabin, when I am in Jackson Hole next March. I am an intermediate skier and it appears that all the trails are black diamond. Is there a way to go for waffles and then take the tram back down to an intermediate area?

Yes! You can enjoy your waffles at Corbet's Cabin and then ride the Aerial Tram back down to the base of the mountain.

Do they serve any food besides waffles?

Waffles are the only food served in Corbet's Cabin, but we do have a wide selection of drinks including hot cocoa, specialty spiked hot drinks, beer, wine, and more. If you're looking for additional food options, we do have a number of restaurants,…

    Can reservations be made?

Reservations cannot be made at Corbet's Cabin. However, there's usually not more than a few minutes wait, as the tram frequency spaces people out nicely. Enjoy!

    Are you open now?

The atmosphere hits that perfect Jackson vibe with a modern Western, warm lighting, rustic wood accents, and a fun energy vibe without feeling chaotic. The menu has something for everyone: elevated comfort food, solid steaks, fresh fish, and great shareable starters. Everything we ordered was flavorful and well-executed. The cocktails were creative (and strong in a good way), and the wine list was thoughtfully curated. Service was friendly and efficient even when it was busy, which says a lot during peak ski season. For example, I asked for a warm croissant. There was no mistake in my order. I said it twice. The young lady at the cashier stuck it in a bag and slapped it on the counter. I then asked for it warm. She said they have no way to warm it but said it was bakery fresh. It's 9:30am... what does that mean to me...or any customer? If I ask for it to be warm, that is how I want it... if you can't do that just tell me before charging me. The manager came over and asked that the issue was. I explained it to him. He then explained that they don't warm things up. I said, "no issue. I just don't feel I should pay for it if it is not the way I requested. He agreed. Then one of his employees stepped in and said, "just keep it. I said I don't want it. She responded with, loudly as almost to embarrass me, "we are going to throw it away because we can't resell it!" This is not a place I would recommend if you like customer service, positive attitudes in the morning and/or a place where you can order food how you like it. This is a place that sells expensive overpriced bakery items and feels it is ok for its staff to be rude and indignant to its customers and does not cater to their customers needs. They get away with it because they get a lot of transient customers who simply don't care about the experience. That's ok for some, but for me, not for me.

I paid approximately $6,500 for an 8-9 day stay, and unfortunately the room felt very old and dated. There was also a noticeable old/musty smell that made the room feel even more worn. The biggest issue by far was the bathroom. The room had a huge jacuzzi tub that did not work, yet the shower was located inside this tub. To take a shower, you had to climb over an unusually large, high step and into the tub. Getting in was inconvenient, but getting back out while wet was genuinely concerning. The large tiled step is directly outside the tub, and one slip could result in a very serious fall or head injury. I'm surprised this setup is still being used in a hotel at this price point. The attached photo shows exactly what I mean. For approximately $6,500, I expected a much more updated, comfortable, and safer room. The property needs significant renovation, particularly the bathrooms. The location is excellent, and that is what brought my rating up to three stars. Without the location, I would have rated the stay lower.
