In my prior experiences, IV treatments typically last closer to 45 minutes, which made this feel rushed and less substantial. I was also surprised by a $25 physician consult fee for a phone call that lasted less than three minutes, during which I was simply asked if I had any drug allergies. The physician was not onsite, I did not request a consult, and I was not given a choice in the matter. This fee was not disclosed upfront. I've had IV drips at least four times with two other providers and have never been charged a physician consult fee or encountered undisclosed add-on charges. Between the shorter treatment time and the unexpected fee, I won't be returning. UPDATE on 1/2/2026: I am updating my review from two stars to one star. A few days ago, I left a detailed review explaining my disappointment with the IV amount provided and the undisclosed $25 "doctor consultation" fee and small IV bag. The business owner publicly responded, asking me to contact the business so the situation could be "rectified." I called in good faith. The call itself was frustrating and unproductive. The receptionist initially had no idea what I was referring to, then reviewed my Google post and asked, "What's the problem?"--despite the fact that my original review clearly outlined my concerns in detail. I was also told, unsolicited, that the consultation fee could not be refunded, even though I never asked for a refund. I called only because the business asked me to. After that call, the owner, Erica White, subsequently contacted me directly. During that conversation, she stated she would be willing to issue a refund only if I agreed to take down my original review. She also offered a complimentary 1-liter IV bag if I removed the review. I absolutely refused. I do not engage in quid pro quo arrangements, especially when it involves suppressing honest consumer feedback. This confirmed for me that the original public response was performative rather than genuine. The business already had my full contact information from intake (phone number, email, and home address) and could have reached out directly at any time. Given how this situation was handled--and the pressure to remove an honest review--I am deeply concerned about how this business is being run, particularly by owners who are not licensed healthcare professionals (neither a nurse nor a physician). I do feel my mood to be better and I do have more energy. I go with the all inclusive package with two shots. One vitamin D and the B12. After my six weeks, I had to wait two weeks to start another six weeks session. You should definitely try the shots because I know it's been working. If you care about your health, your money, or even basic honesty, stay far away. The treatments themselves were physically damaging. One nurse attempted to insert an IV in my hand and left me with a massive, painful bruise and swelling that took weeks to heal. After I complained, they sent another nurse, supposedly to "make things right." At first, it seemed okay--but then I developed an even worse bruise on my arm, with blood pooled under the skin. It was extremely painful and again took weeks to go away. These were not small marks; these were serious injuries that should never happen in a professional medical service. Because of this repeated harm, I placed my membership on hold. I followed every step they required--emailed when told, and received a text confirmation on June 4 that my membership was paused. I keep all my emails, and I can state without question: PureDropIV never emailed me about a time limit on the pause, never emailed me about its duration, and never emailed me anything about my membership at all. Later, when I challenged them, they tried to claim otherwise. That is simply false. Even with the confirmed hold, PureDropIV still charged me $499 on August 11, 2025. To make matters worse, they continue sending automated reminders to schedule treatments as if nothing ever happened. This is not only sloppy--it's dishonest and predatory. So here's the truth: PureDropIV caused me painful physical injuries, lied about their communications, and billed me when my membership was confirmed as on hold. That combination makes them unsafe, unprofessional, and untrustworthy. Do not risk your health, your money, or your peace of mind. Stay far away from this company.
