I've been to CoreLife a few dozen times since it opened in Strongsville. It was great when it opened, but somehow they still managed to get vastly better over time. They have really increased their selections and added lots of new flavors. Everything is very good and done very well. They make the food right in front of you and you can make substitutions as you go. Kind of like Subway or Chipotle. The dining room is always spotless, and the staff is very friendly and efficient. They are always happy to answer any questions I have about the ingredients. The prices are pretty reasonable considering this is fresh and healthy food. If you are looking for a quick meal that is also healthy, this is the place!

My favorite place! Endless possibilities, I enjoy making new bowls every time I go! If You want a salad, there's all different kinds of lettuce and all the toppings you could want. If you're in the mood for a soup that's filling, this is your place. I prefer to get noodles and rice and add my toppings with barbecue chicken. The most recent time I went, my bowl was so big I got three meals out of it! All the food is fresh and delicious in the employees are always welcoming and happy. Thanks CoreLife for making healthy eating possible

Healthy food options galore at CoreLife Eatery. There are menus as soon as you walk in and you can always ask for an explanation, if you need it. Basically you can select one of their pre-designed bowls from the menu with the option of changing any of the individual ingredients to your liking. You can also go full custom and create your own bowl with a base, a vegetable choice, and a protein. The bases are things like purple rice or quinoa, the vegetables can vary and were either Brussels sprouts or root vegetables when I was there, and there are plenty of protein options, like steak, chicken, or fish. They also have vegan options, and I know this because my cousin was there specifically for a vegan meal. I went with the steak, bacon, and blue cheese salad bowl and was very happy with it. There was a large selection of dressings as well and I went with the cranberry vinaigrette. It was actually orange in color, which surprised me until I realized they do not use artificial coloring's like a lot of store bought dressings would. All of their drinks are self serve natural beverages in active mix tanks that keep them will mixed. They range from drinks like lemonade, green tea, and fruit punch. I went with the Apple cider green tea and it was amazing. I definitely plan to go again and ironically just received a coupon for the restaurant in the mail. Woo Hoo! Oh and they currently have a 21 day challenge that is about to begin which is a campaign to get more people eating healthy all the time to see how it benefits their life and improve how they feel each day. Pretty cool idea.

Love the concept - it's like Chipotle but with healthy, made-from-scratch components. Impressively, their bone broth, dressing, sauces are made daily in house. There is a large variety of options: salads, grains, broth-based bowls, and rice bowls. Given the amount of ingredients the turnover in the line is longer than what one would expect from a place like this, so don't be surprised to spend 5-10 mins waiting in line.

In addition to pho, the restaurant offers banh mi and vermicelli noodle bowls, both of which I had during my most recent visit. I opted for the special banh mi ($8.95) and vermicelli bowl with grilled pork & egg rolls ($14.95). The banh mi came with some Vietnamese cold cuts, pate, mayo, pickled radish, carrots, cilantro, and jalapeño. The sandwich was delicious. I loved the bread, which was so crispy on the outside and so light & airy on the inside. The veggies were fresh, and the cold cuts & pate were flavorful. The noodle bowl was also tasty. The bowl came with a generous amount of noodles, a decent-sized portion of tender grilled pork, an egg roll chopped up into pieces, bean sprouts, carrots, and other veggies. It was served with fish sauce on the side, which I used liberally along with Sriracha. If you dine in, there is a big bottle of sriracha at each table. In addition to being delicious, the noodle bowl was so filling. Between the bowl and sandwich, I left the restaurant stuffed. The service was quick and friendly. The vibe is very casual. Then I got the dan dan noodles. The noodles had a bit of a kick, but they weren't overwhelmingly spicy. They had a nice chew, and I slurped them up happily. I just wish there were more noodles lol, but the portions were pretty typical for dan dan noodles at Greater Cleveland restaurants. The dim sum was great. The shrimp dumplings were tender and juicy, and the buns were so fluffy. Be careful eating them though, or you might get hot, delicious egg goo all over your hands, lol. It was horrible. The worst Chinese food I've ever had here and I've eaten Chinese food in Singapore all over Asia. This is not Chinese food at all. It's disgusting and I would highly recommend you don't eat food from there, especially because the owner will not stand behind the food. They cook and prepare and they just hope you're on a trip like I am and won't come back because it's so terrible. Unfortunately, for them after she said she wasn't going to do anything for my order my bank realize that I sent him the information I provided him with information for the pictures and then I had also taken pictures of the food that they had given me so yeah my bank took care of me thank you very much US bank for doing the right thing. You should be ashamed of yourself Szechuan gourmet there is nothing gourmet about your restaurant and this is coming from actually a real restaurant owner. I would never ever treat my guess the way you treated me over the phone you are rude. You produce bad food and hopefully you're not in business for that much longer.
