Absolutely rude and arrogant employee!! One of our clients took his service dog to the deli today and was told to leave, even after notifying them that it was a service dog. (The dog was well-behaved and simply doing her job standing next to him) Additionally, the dog had a vest on, our organization's patches, etc. I cannot believe this business had the audacity to ask him to leave. It is 2022, where have these employees been? These people better get to know the law before they are introduced to ADA and suffer the ramifications of their ignorance. Will never visit here again!! I encourage others, especially veterans with service dogs, to do the same. https://www.ada.gov/service_animals_2010.htm

Ordered the asparagus salad.... Asked them to switch out the cheese for feta and added cucumber and onion.... But egg and the main ingredient ASPARAGUS is missing... got to work to realize this as I opened it, such a bummer because I was looking forward to this.... I don't have time to turn back around on my lunch break to get this fixed... I wish they would stop rushing so much.

Very good value for the money. For 75 cents more you can get an extra piece of warm bread wrapped in foil. I would avoid parking right on Lorain Avenue, it is tough to back up. Just park on the side street behind the shopping center. The pictures are of the cauliflower/chick pea soup.

Great place to grab a wholesome quick lunch . They offer a great variety of soups , salads for any eater ! I've had a few different flavors of the soups and they were all equally great . The salads are some of the best as well . Clean and very helpful friendly staff makes it the place to grab a bite.

Best soups and salads I've ever had at a restaurant. Also, the chunks of sourdough bread are fire.

Was very delicious, crispy skin and jucy meat. Came with a spice powder dip. You order via qr code that's on the table corner. Have a decent selection of drinks too. Solid options with ability to adjust sweetness and ice level. Also got their spicy dumplings, came pipping hot. Decent. Ordered a soup noodle. Their noodles come out in a bowl seperated from the soup. Kind of nice so it's not just sitting and getting bloated. Also nice for take out to be able to have them seperated so noodles aren't again just sitting in soup and getting bloated. Forgot which one I got but it came with a huge piece of bone with meat. Had a bit of a hard time getting the meat off, def had to go in with my hands. Bowls are a bit weird to me, kind of reminds me of elevated dog bowl. Definitely will come again for that fried chicken and need to try their other dishes.

She joined us a couple days prior to her wedding to romp around Cleveland and our group of 5 checked out Superior Pho. Delightful. Prompt and friendly service--our server mistakenly put in a 4th bun bo hue soup when we'd only ordered 3, but we brought it to our AirBnB--and excellent food. We ordered 2 bonus bahn mis, per our freind's recommendation, to share table-wide too. Great food. The Bun Bo Hue is mildly spicy for my fellow medium spice tolerant folks. Everything was awesome. I like the table set up with the siracha, hoisin, and utensils all right there like the pho spots I'm use to. I got their goi cuon, pho dac viet, and a boba. Goi cuon came out pretty fast. Nicely wrapped and came with a peanut dipping sauce. The roll was good, I would've liked the peanut sauce to have been a bit more peanuty, and thicker. Sauce was a bit on the runnier side. My personal preference. Pho dac biet soup seems to be the same for all the pho spots in Cleveland that I've tried. It'll satisfy my craving but doesn't seem to be rich. The meat portions were generous for a small. Got their premium oolong milk tea. Didn't taste premium to me. I like you can adjust the sweetness level and ice level. Wish they had just plain regular boba/tapioca balls. Only had them in brown Suger syrup. Definitely enjoyed this spot more than some of the other pho spots. Will come back to try their other dishes too.

It's beautifully decorated, warm, and inviting without being over the top. We started with the Thai tea, and it's an absolute must. It's that perfect balance of strong black tea, sweetness, and creaminess--easily one of our favorite drinks and they nailed it here. For food, the beef pho was exactly what you want--rich, hearty, and super comforting. It came with a generous side of fresh condiments so you can customize each bite. We also tried the vermicelli with shrimp and pork, which was just as impressive. It was loaded with fresh veggies like cucumber, carrots, lettuce, and bean sprouts, plus crunchy peanuts and an incredibly flavorful fish sauce that tied everything together. Service was pretty fast even on a busy night, which we really appreciated. They also offer to-go cups for drinks--a small but thoughtful touch. Overall, everything felt fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. Definitely a spot we'll be coming back to.

Pros: the third soup I got was the wild mushroom soup if you like mushrooms, I highly recommend it was very delicious. I would definitely get this one again. Now, the place isn't very attractive and there is an odd maybe they sprayed for pests smell when you walk in, both of which is something I normally can't overlook, however, the service is quick and impeccable. Not only do you get soup, but you get the most delicious fresh bread and oyster, crackers, and butter if you want.
