Such an amazing community to be a part of. Female led and owned. All genders are embraced though…read more:) I have yet to have a class I didn't enjoy. And by enjoy I mean: fully accepted in modifications, intentional movements and truly motivating instructors who make you feel empowered as well as worked out to your fullest potential. They have an array of classes to choose from and their app makes it easy to book and read on what the course of that class will feel and look like. All the equipment is provided and sanitized daily. (I know, because we all sanitize after class with wipes that are provided). I've also watched their staff sanitizing mats and other equipment, so it really gives peace of mind. Just need to bring your water bottle, towel for the mat (they provide), and a face towel. Other options would be an extra mat for more padding or your own ankle weights (which I do). There's 16 spots so it's limited but it really gives you a feel of community and more of a hands on approach (if that's what you want). They won't touch/comment on form if you don't want that either, they are all about honoring your space. When walking into the mat class there's a white board that lists equipment needed so it's really nice and sets up the expectation. I've just started spin so it's been a challenge to get into the groove but again I feel no pressure and constant reassurance by the instructors so it feels like I can get to a better place given time. Just love this place! Highly recommend!! And the eucalyptus cold towel given to you at the end is chefs kiss. (Side note: they have sales periodically off their already affordable packages, so if one is going on, make sure to hope on it! I personally like the unlimited package cause I can try all the classes and bring a couple friends a month. Also there are challenges held in the community to help motivate and create healthy competition #blueprintchallenge)

It's a dog eat dog lot at the Honolulu location. Friendly good morning when I came in, and checked in with my phone number since I have a membership. It's smaller than Honolulu but they use the space effectively. After I got off the stairmill, I walked around to look at the equipment. He: Hey Mike Me: Yes. He: Your membership only gives you access to the location you signed up at. Me: Oh, I didn't know that. I signed up online. He: But you are good to work out here today. You just might want to look over your membership. I think there's a level that gives you access to all. Me: Thanks! Jason was great! Polite and courteous and made me feel welcomed even though I didn't read the fine print...LOL! I would definitely be back if I change to the next level of membership. Again, it has a great layout!

I stayed in Waimanalo with my Aunt & Uncle earlier this month and felt so blessed that this home…read morestudio was only minutes away from them. The backdrop is just incredible! Gina was very welcoming. She's a wonderfully light and gracious spirit. I had never practiced Viniyoga before, but having practiced yoga for nearly a decade, I will practice this style of yoga whenever it is available to me, due to the fact that I had such a transformative experience during Gina's class. It's clear that she is very knowledgeable about the tradition of yoga. We began class with a chant, and then we moved into the asanas. Much focus was put on pranayama and really working with the length of the breath. By the end of the class, I felt like I had reached layers within myself that had not been awakened by a yoga class in quite some time, and possibly never like that before. It was so opening, and I am so grateful to have had this experience! For those who are new to yoga, you will be welcomed here. There was a student in class very new to yoga, and Gina offered ways to make the practice work for everyone's level. I highly recommend this studio and very much look forward to returning.
