Three stars for their gluten free red velvet cake, carrot cake, strawberry cheesecake and confetti cake bites. All the cakes we tried on this trip was delicious except for the Lemon bar. It was overly sweet and tasted very eggy. Zero stars for their service. Counter lady taking orders was very snotty, had a resting bitch face and was very rude rushing people to make their orders for both pastries and drinks. It is very difficult to find parking as the bakery is located in the corner on a busy four way stop. The interior of the place was cute but dirty. Many tables were available but non were cleaned off after customers left. Will I come here again? More than likely not! read more

So the bakery itself looks pretty epic and the servers are really sweet and genuine but my review is purely off of their lemon bar. The problem with the lemon bar? It didn't taste like there was ANY lemon in the recipe. There is no pucker, zing or tang that you would expect from anything lemon related. It was just extremely sweet to the point it hurt my teeth. We had a wonderful experience with Corina Bakery! Their customer service is superb. I started planning my spouses Birthday about 2 months in advance because it was the first one we have spent in the same country together. We had several guests with changing allergy issues. Corina bakery worked with us to keep the order able to accommodate everyone. The design of the cake was exactly what we wanted. It was perfection. Their cupcakes were also big and beautiful. We also got a cake for my stepsons birthday which had to have a lot of allergy tweaks. They were great about all changes made. Our guest list always changes as events near and they have always been friendly during updates. They are our go to bakery for party needs. If we lived closer I would visit often. I have never had any issues with service. It is sometimes a little packed. Its delicious why wouldn't it be?!? I order all cakes/cupcakes online saving myself the trip. You can pay by phone or in person but payment must be made 3 days before pickup. I have never had an issue paying by phone and showing up to pick up my cake 3 days later. I came in looking for some New Year's Eve gluten-free desserts and got super excited when I saw a whole cabinet full...then realized only a few were GF- two cookie options, a muffin or two, an energy ball, three different cake slices (devil's food, red velvet, vanilla strawberry), a turkey breakfast biscuit and a fritatta. I bought a regular gluten-filled lemon bar for my Boy and a GF Red Velvet cake for me. The Boy felt the lemon bar was meh. As a southerner, the two Red Velvet cake requirements are cream cheese icing and cocoa flavor, none of which seemed to be present at all in my GF slice. The actual cake crumb was dry, dare I say, old. For $5 a slice, I was hoping for something better. After reading the reviews, I expected fireworks, instead it was mere tea lights. But I didn't mind it too much but they gave me a small box for the cake so I wasn't able to close it due to how tall the cake was! Also had the cappuccino brownie, it didnt have a coffee taste which I liked it was just simply amazing great texture. Got the both for 5.50. Great price. I am not vegan, but my daughter is--so when we needed to find a vegan cake made-to-order, we went here. Chocolate cake with chocolate ganache with strawberry frosting (and glitter!) My daughter loved how it looked. We were going on vacation and ate the cake the day after we picked it up --it was absolutely the best cake I have ever had.
