Well, after talking with our neighbor. These people are all living here now. It was no big deal they were all quiet and very nice to visit with. Just be warned on a holiday there are not that many spots to get so camping spots will go FAST. Also. We rented one of the pontoon boats that had a slide on it. I requested a refund in July, and was told the instructor was out of town again and would reach out when he returned. It's now September and I've heard or received nothing. This is highly unacceptable for an organization that claims it supports wounded warriors and disabled veterans. 10/2/2021 In response to the owner's response. I do appreciate taking ownership for missed communication, but expeditiously means "in a timely manner". My original request for a refund was 3 months ago, and as of today I have yet to see the refund. Once the refund is seen, I would be more than happy to return the knot rope, cert book, textbook, and the drawstring backpack they came in. Aside from that, I was offered for my family and I to attend a discovery sail at no cost. I declined due to time constraints now that summer break has ended. I will say this. I chose this school based on the reviews found on Google and Facebook which are really great, and at the recommendation of the ASA. I'm sure the captain is great and believe that other people may have had great experiences here, this is just mine. Take it for what it's worth. 4/22/22 We are now in to a year since I started this process, and this company has yet to make good on their "expeditious" refund. Nothing whatsoever.
